Das Gur Katha was written by Court poet of Dasmesh Pita. Bhai Jaita jee and Baba Jeevan Singh jee are the same person (the one who brought the sees from Delhi). They either attained Shaheedi at Chamkaur saab or before that. Younger brother of Bhai Jiwan Singh (bhai jaita ji) was also of the name Sangat Singh. He also got shaheed in Chamkaur war. Bhai Jivan Singh's father in law and 2 elder sons got shaheed in Chamkaur war. Bhai Jivan Singh's mother and 2 younger sons got shaheed near Sirsa river.
