You don't absolutely need gym for exercise, but I know its difficult for exercise in the cold outdoors in winter. Running is good and I am planning to start this again soon.

'Control my diet' is very vague

 

For me, it will be reducing my screen time outside of work. Anyone got any advice on how they have done that successfully?

You are correct veer ji i do need to make a plan for it as they always say actions speak louder than words lol. 

 

For reducing screen time its best to use a timer with limit minutes or time restrictions

Phones do have screen time limiting option under settings. 

Only using Instagram and limited myself to two hours daily, it reminds me five minutes before two hours. Never done over two hours since set this time limit. 

i am struggling to wake up early these days, that’s my challenge now.

Screen limiting thing will be difficult for me for next couple of weeks but definitely after that

Two hours on the phone is too much unless it includes listening Gurbani
