  1. Sikhs are there in such positions because of their own merit. "..Indians have given the leadership.." ? India is distributing "leadership" in gift hampers? Mr. Clown, time to start waking up and seeing the reality without your skewed perceptions ...
  2. Earlier on this post: Now: Hypocritical self countering statements ...
  3. Caught you again. I had clearly said "Your" and you respond with "...ALL HINDUS..." From your earlier post: Lying again.
  4. Your "bhagwan" whom you are defending:
  5. Your "hours of research" turns out to be a microseconds google search - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mahavir_Tyagi Lying as always. Such is your research based upon. Mind starting from the first line of the post, sentence by sentence, word to word ...
  6. No I did not spent hours researching (as in "re" "searching") history. History that has already been established. For me our (Sikh) history is unparalleled in the world and that is enough (you will not understand why). There could be a billion (repeat billion) people like you trying to prove otherwise but as long as there is one Sikh around, people like you will be running in all directions. What you are dealing with is your own insecurity. Also let me tell you that all your research is highly flawed. Maybe you may not be realizing it, but you are a supremacist and a fascist. The kind that has plagued mankind forever. You and the likes of you. This is all very evident from your opinion about Sikhs. You cannot look beyond Kushwant Singh when you have to refer a Sikh author on Sikh history. Now let us take a look at yourself when you came to this forum. (I had also joined around that time and so remember). There was an excellent discussion on Guru Nanak Dev Ji's new found udasis. Great points were raised on the validity and possible invalidity of this new research. And then you come in and slowly derail the whole topic. This is what happens when you talk. You just crap all over the place and people stop anything that they are discussing and start cleaning your nonsense. This behavior (YOUR behavior) and mindset, if we can extrapolate to rest of people (like you) in Punjab and we can clearly say where the problems are originating from. The fact is you and your likes are caught in your own web and now do not know how to get out. Enough said.
  7. Tag this statement to yourself as: "request to mods, this 'wholesale' distortion of history to justify hindu bigotry and extremism should be stopped."
  8. First, remember that we need Guru Sahib Ji, Guru Sahib Ji does not need us. We are the seekers of the truth. We are looking to progress on a spiritual journey. So if a person does not bow to Guru Granth Sahib Ji, then by no means that person can be related to Sikhi in anyway. That humility should exist before anyone approaches Guru Sahib Ji. In regards to Guru Granth Sahib Ji being on a computer or some other device, then the expectation is that everytime before recitation(at least) and learning, a person should bow with nimarta. If you think merely having the Guru Granth Sahib Ji on a computer device and everyone would start bowing to the "portable device" then that is utterly foolish. That would surely be a ritual. Just remember, what matters is the connection with Guru Sahib Ji. I hope you have your answers.
  9. Very adamant aren't you? Get the ritual nonsense out of your mind. Bowing before Guru Granth Sahib Ji is not a ritual. It is a custom. An act of submission. Answer my question now (before your's is answered). Would you rather eat from the floor or need a dish to put to your food on before eating? I mean you can clean the floor and eat from there right? Using a plate to put your food on may be just a ritual per your understanding, so why use it?
  10. Don't play with words that you do not understand, else explain who is a Bhagat and what is Gurmat.
  11. Anyone who is to be exposed here is you. Many have reasoned with you with utmost decency and yet you fail to understand. On a topic's convenience you call yourself a Hindu and sometimes call yourself a Sikh. The fact is you are nothing. All that fanaticism and bigotry talk you can say that about yourself.
  12. Do you know what "Guru" in Guru Granth Sahib Ji means?
  13. Maybe I am .. Maybe not ... But you surely are! Were you living in a cave all these years? Technology has existed in other forms before. We have Gurbani in audio cassettes , record players before that. So by your definition every time someone passes a music shop then that person would bow to the music shop? You really are an idiot. It's all in the intent, the same intent with which your are asking these questions.
  14. Why are you so keen on broadcasting to the world that you are moron...
  15. "Amandeep Hindustani" has already been kicked out of this forum once (at least that I know of). He is back with a new id. He is know for his supremacist trash talks. He has openly admitted that Sikhs deserved the '84 massacre. Now you can decide if you are his "brother"
  16. You really enjoy going in circles? It's already concluded that Gadri movement was a Sikh movement. And you remembered to post but forgot to acknowledge: 23 March 1931 - Shaheedi Dihara of great revolutionary Shaheed Sardar Bhagat Singh and his companions Rajguru and Sukhdev.
  17. Simranjit Singh Mann also resigned after the attack on Sri Harmandir Sahib. You seem to be a well read person so I believe you will easily agree that both shared some common sentiments to do so.
  18. He surely not a very strong minded person, but had his faith. Here is what his son had to say about his views on Sikhi (contradicting to a much popularized propaganda): "In an address read out by his son in February this year, Khushwant said he was an agnostic, but strongly believed in the sense of Sikh identity and of Sikhs retaining their symbols. "Without that, I am convinced, the Sikh religion will eventually die out and perhaps merge with Hinduism," he had said. http://www.hindustantimes.com/india-news/khushwant-wanted-sikhs-to-retain-identity-wasn-t-a-good-student/article1-1197630.aspx
  19. "He could not take the mandar out of harmandar sahib. He could not take Hari or Ram out of Granth sahib. You can try doing that :)" Do you know what you are saying?
  20. This was not a good thing to say. He was a great literary person who believed in Sikhi, perhaps in his own way, but he still had his faith. May Waheguru bless his soul.
  21. Maharaja Ranjit Singh's loyalty was to his people not British. Get your perspective straightened out.
