Has anyone considered that if Dasam Granth Sahib Ji was "female bashing", what about Chandi Charitar and Chandi Di Vaar? Is Chandi/Durga not female?
    Pritham BHAGAUTI Simarke?
    What about Sri Bhagauti Astotar?
    Namo Sri BHAGAUTI Badheli Sarohi.
And Sri Sarbloh Granth starts with Sri Lachmi/Maha May Sahai.
All in the female context of Shakti.

stop insulting shri dasam granth sahib. dasam bani is not against females. i would request chatanga to stop insulting cdn sikh girl. we should focus on how to spread sikhi not to insult each others. i know many of our brothers and sisters are against dasam bani the reson is lack of understanding. i don't think anywhere dasam bani insult anyone. the problem arises when some use wrong interpretation of bani. i heard many nti dasam elements saying that dasam granth promote devi puja but if you read it and understand it correctly then you will get to know that no where in dasam granth devi is been worshiped or any hindu god is been worshiped. many of us in rehras ( taksalis, nihungs ,hazuri, nanaksar) read
"NA MAI PRITHMAI GANESH MANAU, KISHAN BISHAN KABHU NA DHIAU."
    IN RAM AVTAR THE SAVAYYA
PAYE GAHE JAB TE TUMERE. IS ALSA REJECTING HINDUISM IDEOLOGY.
stop potrying dasam granth in a negetive way.
no book in sikhism is against gender equality

Thread Title and Question is  What does Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji or Sikhi in general say about extraterrestrial beings?
For me, Guru Nanak ji 1st explains and hints this in Pauri 22 Japji..
Then there are a number of references made throughout  gurbani as to galaxies and worlds outside of our earth-dharamsaal.

    Please read below.

To everyone’s surprise Guru Nanak agreed to do so not only theoretically but practically by showing a super-civilization on another planet to his young and pure minded son. It is recorded that not only did Guru Nanak show the pir’s son, one planet with advanced super-civilizations on it, but brought some concrete material evidence of the highly civilized human beings on the other planet so that this daring experimental revelation could not be dis-missed as magic or hallucination of the young boy.34 The first hand experiences of this young lad were able to convince everyone about the existence of super-civilizations on other planets, though not on the moon. The sun and moon according to Guru Nanak serve a specific purpose of the civilizations on this earth.35

    it's all good I reckon.
I assume that when you say 3/4 of way up you would have felt tingling/vibration between throat and heart area?     ..It was probably localised in core- middle of the body between cross-section of spinal-back and front of neck area?..
Then, in some people it can either go straight upwards towards upper head, or sometimes upwards and towards center of brows.
Seems like the route of sukhmana/central channel from what I gather and is probably part of the activation stages.
You are right that it won't be kundalini, because that is a lengthy process than most of us understand. Firstly the channels or gateways begin to open whilst kundalini starts it's awakening...and then after enough awakening/activation, and when there is a pathway open enough for it to travel through, will it begin to rise.
Don't worry about 3rd eye opening and all that, because that is another thing that is too often misunderstood and explained. It is no pre-requisite, and it actually occurs in many stages which are mostly different and variable for all of us ....  My advice is to stick to "listening" and not visuals. What you are meant to see or be shown, will automatically occur with kirpa whilst your dhyian is on the DHUN of gurmantar.

Therefore focus on the  DHUN, Gurbani says
Ḏẖun mėh ḏẖi▫ān ḏẖi▫ān mėh jāni▫ā gurmukẖ akath kahānī.
keep focus on dhun and be absorbed in it, then you shall receive the knowledge from this very dhyian on the dhun itself ..thus, the gurmukh speaks and learns the Unspoken speech. (meaning the gyan will come without any words that are ever heard or spoken)

Keep going and don't ever let oncoming encounters distract you. Experience them, acknowledge ..and  then move on...

Had a very odd experience last night with astral projection.

There was a very big thunderstorm in my city and the sound was so loud that it woke most of my family up. The lightning was so bright that my entire room would be covered in light every once in a while. If anyone lives near here they might have heard it last night.

I'm a really heavy sleeper so I didn't notice it at first but it woke me up to a point where I was half awake. My body felt light and I noticed that I could move my body at an extremely fast speed. I moved around my room for a little while but I can't remember what happened after that.

This is a first in a very long time. Astral projection has always happened by accident for me, I've never been able to do it on purpose.

I know this isn't really our purpose but it's always a cool experience.

Guest jee - Kaam not only refers to sexual desire, but to all types of desires (examples - desire for cars, houses, money, etc). Desires are a big obstacle in the path of spirituality. The more Nishkaam (desire-less) you are in your life and live according to the divine Hukam, the faster you will move towards Waheguru jee.
    ਹੇ ਕਾਮੰ ਨਰਕ ਬਿਸ੍ਰਾਮੰ ਬਹੁ ਜੋਨੀ ਭ੍ਰਮਾਵਣਹ ॥
O desire, you lead the mortals to hell; you make them wander in reincarnation through countless species.
    ਕਾਮੁ ਕ੍ਰੋਧੁ ਕਾਇਆ ਕਉ ਗਾਲੈ ॥
Sexual desire and anger waste the body away,
