Waheguru ji ka Khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh what is the length and width required for dumalla dastar and for bunga sahib for females and which cloth material is the best to tie the dastar. Is their any specific difference between men and women’s dastar. Any difference between length and width or the style of tying the dastar. Thanks

@Sat1176 So does it mean that if I'm not baptised my bhagti is of no use. In that video baba ji says people do lots of bhagti who r not baptised but their simran or bhagti has no power so it's mandatory to Amrit shakna thn the real bhagti starts. I'm not baptised and I won't get baptised until I know that I'll be able to keep the rehat of Amrit 100% but I love doing simran and path so does it mean it's not approved by waheguru ji. That was kinda heart breaking ?

I've been also experiencing strange dreams from past two three days and last night I had a dream in which I got hit by a truck and I was screaming but after that I woke up and realised that was a dream. But it felt like I was literally there. Like can't understand if this life is a dream or dreams are the real life ?? and in all the dreams I feel like I AM THERE I don't know how to explain the feel. Before I use to have dreams as well but they weren't so intense like these dreams that I'm having and it's been three days I'm continually having some kinds of dreams and they make no sense to me. And due to these dreams I'm not being able to concentrate on my simran, on my god. Everything has been disturbed. ?

I wonder how this works the breathing process because I have no knowledge about this at all. Like when u do simran with breathing technique u take long deep breaths and thn say wahe-guru or can it be normal breathing and thn do it. I wish I could see someone doing it and thn get a better idea. Isn't there any video related to this. I've tried doing both ways long breath in thn little pause thn long breath out. And thn just like we breathe normally but concentration more on the breathing and try to match wahe - guru with it. The long breaths makes me uncomfortable can't do it for too long but with the normal breathing and doing simran is better thn other but not easy at the same time. Any suggestions for me would be really appreciated.

When I'm doing other works I say it loud and listen to it but when I sit down and eyes closed thn i can do it internally and concentrate easily but yes sometimes mind wavers but thn again I bring my mind to where it should be and continue doing it. But I'm finding it hard to match breath in and out while doing it loud. I don't know I'm confused now. And can't talk to anyone about this because nobody knows these things. I didn't even knw that there are these techniques and one should follow to keep mind stable. The only problem I'm facing is matching my breath but Im able to concentrate my mind while I do Simran. But I'll keep trying to do with inhale and exhale method as well. Hopefully god will help me. Thank u so much for the reply ??

I'll be grateful if u can answer my few questions. Like u said when saying wahe guru, at first don't have to focus much on the rhythm with breath in and out. It'll automatically sync. So can I do this while doing house work as well like washing dishes etc or do I have to sit down and thn do it and is it ok if I do it in my mind and not saying it loud because saying in my mind I find it easy and breathing in and out thru nose. Because this is the way I'm being able to and find it easy to do and sync thru nostrils and saying wahe-guru in my mind rather thn doing it loud because as u said it's not easy to say wahe while breathing in. And while doing Simran at Amritvela is there any specific timings for how long should I be doing it. Like is it okay to do it for 20-30 mins or have to do more thn two hours or even longer thn that.

I need some more info on satnaam cult and if u know their previous students who I can contact. It's really urgent plz it will be great if u can help in any way because there is someone who's in their sangat and being brainwashed but somehow she understood things. But needs to clear few things about how to get back from them and if they do something wrong or bad o the person who doesn't want to be a part of their cult anymore
