So we have Jesus saying the salvation he offers is for anyone who is kind and commanding us to love God, self, all others. 
We have zero verses claiming what christians claim. Who are often of the devil despite having the Word. 
Jesus doesn't mention faith, beleif, affiliation, race, cult nothing in that parable. He keeps mentioning Love, the verb. 
I'm unaware of anywhere the Bible actually contradicts Gurbani. Only human dogma made by devils not based on their bible. 

And there is basically a satanic agenda to misuse Christ, so as to dishonor, pervert, subvert, control, tarnish everything around him. Same is and will be done to us and the Guru Saibhan. 
We must be vigilant as hawks and keep this garden and everything done in it's name Khalsa. Or they will malign us as well fully as we see them attempting full time like devils especially the last 60 years.

Christian's say only there religion gets people to God other religions are of demons.
Christians say non Christians can't get salvation. 
That Jesus is the only way all other ways are false.

I can debunk all that with one parable brother. 
Matthew 25 31 to 46. It's the parable where Christ says who a sheep, saved, and whos a goat not saved. 
Let's see what He said. 
“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. So Christ says he gathers all nations. Not just israel etc. 
That they will be divided into sheep and goats. 
Sheep are those who uplift the weak and beset and goats the ones that don't or do the opposite. 
For the record the greek says heaven or hell for aionion. Which means a long time forever like a Yugh.

Dass reads this mahaan bani and there is no fixed marayda like timings,Ishan with Akal Ustat. But with Dasam Chandi Bani's there is marayda to be followed. 
 
So you can read this bani any time and it can be done either one day or a week depending on when you get time.

Well without saying too much dass is in the same boat as you as I got my sister who brings meat in the kitchen and cooks it. But dass doesn't eat anything like that. 
 
So yes you can still read Akal Ustat at home as they're no whams superstitious with it. Dass himself has reads Bramh Kavach and many other Dasam Chandi banis but as long as you have taken Ishan bath shower it's fine with Bramh Kavach.
 
As long you are not eating non veg it's ok as I try to ignore that it gets made at my home kitchen.
