*disclaimer* please forgive this idiot if he offends anyone with what he is about to say… thanks and sorry in advance.

Of course. I will not disclose too much but I have had many telepathic communications with humans and non-humans. My dasam duar hasnt opened yet but I know people (fools) who opened their dasam duar by their own effort. Mine is very close to opening and Ive seen peaks of it but I’ll tell you once you reach there you realize everything is in Hukam (Hukam means Laws of Universe AND God’s Plan) and there truly is nothing to fear. I am no Gurmukh but God blessed me with many spiritual experiences and darshans and countless hours of naam simran.

bhai ajit singh ji wss referring to energy transumtation. you have to move the energy thru the chakras, if the energy gets stuck you can feel crazy and might act out (happened to me).

if you do bhagti you must workout (minimum 1hr walk daily). Otherwise you become corrupt because your ahankar develops (aka you start getting ridhi sidhi) and overpowers your heart
this is the true meaning of Khalsa I believe. It is far above rituals and keeping 5Ks. To be shastardhari means you are always ready for death, and you remain pure because we will be examined after death by dharam raj (Waheguru). To be pure is to be truly Khalsa, and a true Khalsa trains not only his mind through Simran but also disciplines his body. That being said I am not Khalis, I am a dirty demon worse than Kal yug.

No problem sister. I have never taken Risperidone. I came across some people talking about it in the comment section of the video posted by the op.

@Soulfinder would you like to discuss things here or do you think inbox would be better?
Here, kind members could also add their advice and we could encourage you together and someone else could benefit too but at the same time it is a public forum. Sometimes other forum users could add negative comments too.

lifestyle management is very important to get the most out of your medication and to help patient’s medical condition. Even though we know most of it but still our brain does not register it and we carry on ignoring all advices as if it is bakwaas.

I was listening to Baba Isher Singh Ji’s diwan audio ‘ Bhai Jallan Ji Di Katha’ and Baba Ji said when someone reach higher state of concentration/focus in spirituality, then they start listening to voices from far away / other planets etc because ‘mann bahut sukhsham ho jaanda hai’.

Also, heard Bhai Ajit Singh Ji talking about something like when energy goes up then need to shift it in some direction ( don’t remember the exact words or meaning).
Has anyone who experience the symptoms here talked to any experienced Gurmukh?

Baba Nand Singh Ji Nanksar Kaleran and Lord Yeshua Masih

Sometime in 1944, a Sikh, Mr. Balwant Singh was crying desperately outside Nanaksar Thath, Kaleran. Baba Narinder Singh, (father of Brigadier Partap Singh Jaspal) happened to pass by and asked him the reason for his crying. Mr. Balwant Singh replied that he was Subedar in Indian Army during the World War II in Italy.

During the war, Subedar Balwant Singh was asked to lead a patrol around the enemy battle lines for gathering information about their movement. Once inside the enemy battle lines, their patrol was ambushed, resulting in the death of all members of his group, except he and another soldier. However, they ran too deep into the enemy battle lines, causing them to lose their way, and finally hid behind a hill.

While hiding in the enemy area, they ate the remaining emergency food that they had. They were stranded for two days, worried about their safety.

Subedar Balwant Singh had a darshan of Baba Nand Singh Ji once before he left India for war. Somehow, he took off his shoes and did a heart-rending prayer at the Lotus Feet of Baba Nand Singh Ji Maharaj,”Since you are considered the form of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji Maharaj, please come and help us in this dire situation.” His fellow soldier also took off his shoes and joined the prayer.

Within an hour and half, an old white Christian woman came, and called them out. She told them that she brought food and water for them. When they came out, they saw that she was carrying a big tiffin and water for them. They ate the food to their full capacity.

Thereafter, they asked, “Mother, how do know about us and our situation?”

The woman told them that she lived in a nearby village, and she has worshipped her Lord Isah Masih for the last 40 years. While sleeping, she had a vision of her Lord, which caused her to be happy and blissful. In an instant, Lord Isah Masih’s image transformed into an old holy man, in white clothing, and then backs to His original image.

Lord Masih with love and affection commanded her, “Two of our devotees are hiding nearby and starving. Take whatever you have at home and feed them. Bring them home and tomorrow night, escort them to their battle lines safely.”

Subedar Balwant Singh matched her description of holy man to that of Baba Nand Singhi Ji, and understood that this was all Baba Nand Singh Ji’s game, and was filled with gratitude.

The woman brought both soldiers home, and served them with the utmost respect. At night, she guided them to their battle lines.

Before her departure, Subedar Balwant Singh asked her, “Mother, are you not scared?”

She replied, “What fear, when my Lord Isah and your Baba Nand Singh’s Ji are with us!”

The news of their miraculous survival spread in the platoon. As per the standard procedures, they narrated the whole incident to the command authorities, which was then recorded by the army liaison and telexed to the Punjab government. A retired official who was with the same platoon and in the Punjab government later confirmed this fact.

[summary of Sakhi narrated by Brigadier Partap Singh Jaspal]

Han ji bhen ji it would be better to do a inbox as i have already exposed too much already now. Plus there is also other things that i rather not mention publicly as well.

I agree bhen ji that i need to sort out my lifestyle as what i have noticed is that when i woke up i skipped having a bath shower and the whole day was really horrible as i missed my nitnem banis plus i felt more worse than usual.

The person you have mentioned seems to have achieved a lot especially when people get struck down by this horrific depression and feel like no where to go like i do at the moment. Its not easy i be honest bhen ji but i am hoping to reach the goal one day

I am glad you got someone good.  Health professionals play major part in treating any illness but in kalyug it seems like many are present at work only for their wages.  I have personally witnessed it and feel they look down on mental health patients.  At the same time, we (me and my team) are always very respectful and helpful to our patients but sometimes feel hurt by their misbehaviour.
Medicine alone is not enough to treat or even relieve chronic symptoms.  Drs don't have time to explain everything due to increased workload, staff-shortage, family issues, work politics etc. , and all this is resulting in reduced patient care.
In hurry, would add more later.
There are very helpful and kind people working in NHS but increased workload means they could not provide the care they want to. It is emotionally painful to neglect patient’s needs just because of time strain.  There are videos on You tube showing the medical staff moaning about NHS crisis.

I wish you very good luck!
Believe in WAHEGURU and carry on with SIMRAN, everything would be fine.

I forget a lot as worked in a non-clinical setting for nearly four years.
I have experienced depression and PTSD myself and seen someone very closely beating depression + anxiety + panic attacks + body dysmorphic disorder.  Lifestyle intervention plays its part but it is very hard work.  It is like a full time job working on yourself.

VEER,  have you ever been given lifestyle intervention by a health professional? I have edited this paragraph because I have read theory about psychosis and schizophrenia (not experienced the symptoms myself). There is big difference when you directly experience yourself, take medicine, try lifestyle intervention, experience side effects and then try alternative medicine to come over those side effects or ongoing symptoms.

Have you tried to reduce the dose gradually? Are you in stable condition to reduce? Have you discussed it with your doctor?

I would feel good if I could help you, but I don’t feel confident advising on this medical condition.

It’s sad that a nice person like you have to go through all of this. It seems like your symptoms are not stable.  Do you take your medicine daily without missing any dose? Do you eat freshly cooked food or processed food? Do you have any good circle of friends or supportive family?

Veer, do you do any physical exercise or go to gym?

i think i can help you if you help yourself. At least we can give it a go.

Mental illnesses do exist bro. Even Ayurveda has medications for them. Maybe some of the medications prescribed by the Big Pharma have serious side effects in the long run, but some medications might have benefits (if used for a short period of time).

    Read all the above.
My understanding is medicine is just one aspect of treating mental illness.  You would need family support, surrounded by positive people, remove negative people and situations from your life, physical activity to improve physical and mental fitness, counselling and must do your homework with counselling, enhancement of spiritual journey and above all PRAYERS.
It does take years/decades to fight with your thoughts. These meds block the thoughts and do give side-effects.
    Bhul Chuk Maaf!
