Could have some benefit. Depending on type and extent of damage. Love it. Couple small comment. Keeping kesh is opposite of egotism. It's embracing your God given form in a way the world does not find fashionable. The problem with roop is people putting it on early or when dishonest. And I do think Vaheguru is technically correct.
