Gatkha is not a real Martial Art, it looks good but its not the true Matrial art. The British Empire banned the practising of Shastar Vidiya when they came into India but did not ban Gatkha, anyone caught practising were shot. Shastar Vidiya is what our Gurus' practised. Our Gurus' were Warriors and practised the art of war, they practised wresting, grappling, unarmed combat, armed combat. Every Matrial Art that your've seen is similar to Shastar Vidiya, this is why you see posts of other Matrial Arts on this forum. Our Gurus' had everything in mind about combat. But Sikhs now adays Dub Gatkha as being Shastar Vidiya, but there is a difference, Shastar Vidiya is the complete combative form.

I really rate this guy, he plays table, DJs and produces. I don't think maybe people know about him but I really like his music, I've been a fan of his music for quite some time.
