  1. Hmmm... This is lady murder her daughter? Thats what I heard, I'm not sure... and not really trying to pass judgement, just trying to understand the big picture...
  2. Damn, the pink is beautiful... great pictures!
  3. Please translate... I am only up to YANJA... hehe... I'm learning though, slowly but surely!
  4. It's Anand Sarovar... Translated in English...
  5. Actually its not... But, where would I get that book... holla back! PS: Brar Sweets is the shiiii... them THALHIs stay killing me softly!
  6. Bhindrawale should've come out and tried to handle the situation... Bottom line... Sukha and Jinda are warriors... shaheeds to the fullest... They saw their reflection in a bullet and laughed... Same goes for Satwant and Beant... Ajj Satwant, Beant Pyareh... Sikhs used to be sooooo respected... what happened? Shri Guru Degh Bahadur Ji's sacrifice has now been forgotten... I dont know though, I liked some of Bhindrwale's ideals (No meet, religious devotion, and his motto "Naseh chaddo, Amrit Shako, Gursikh Bano"... 10/4
  7. Amazing... Guru Ji could NEVER EVER EVER been beheaded by any man... He said "strike a sword to my neck and you will see a miracle" How true is that... If ANYONE DARED to do so, they would've seen a MIRACLE, the miracle of the Gurus immortality... As hard as it is to believe, this is what really happened, without a doubt... Guru Ji left us physically - and in doing so, stopped INDIA from becoming an ISLAMIC state... He laid down his physical at his own will... his physical presence was NEVER (and could never, and will NEVER) be in another persons hands... EVER! Sikh Sangat, all those reading this... think about it... Could someone hold a sword to GURU's neck??? THINK ABOUT IT... I've heard people say that our GURUs face were soooo adorned with light that one couldn't stare for more than a few seconds... Dhan Dhan Sri Guru Degh Bahadur Ji Tuhi Nirankar... I hope i'm making sense... But our GURUs would not perform MIRACLES for the sake of non-believers... they would perform MIRACLES for those who needed salvation...
  8. HAHAHA... Dude, I loved the way people remove their shoes, cover their heads and wash their hands before entering... One of the stories I talked about in my deleted post was about how they didnt have ANY books on Nanaksar (I believe they had one in Punjabi.... ) ... but thats no good for me... Do you live in Toronto bro... im sure you do... I really wanna come down again in the next few weeks since it's Baba Ji's Barsi (Baba Isher Singh Ji!) - just to do pay my respects... oh well, we have a BABAJI room at home, I'll do so there... My grandfathers off to Jagroan in a few days... ahh, I'ma miss his knowledge, but anyway... I could let you know of this one amazing book he brought me which was written by one of BabaJi (Baba Nand Singh Ji and Baba Isher Singh Jis) sangat... it was written by one of the sangat members in Punjabi, and translated by another in English... it's FIVE volumes... very very very detailed and fully authentic... I'll most definitely let you know... Thanks man... Also, I need your help with something man, I'll holla at you in a bit... One luuh!
  9. Woah... very very very very very interesting post... N30, ur a blessed man... you have knowledge profoundly deep... Anyway... I'd really appreciate the help!
  10. "The day Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji closes is eyes for a second is the day the world is in ruins" BabaJi wasn't asleep, his physical was in one place while he was carrying out duties elsewhere...
  11. Woah... I went to the Nanaksar Gurdwara at Brampton (one of the three) not the one close to DIXIE Road Gurdwara... but the one that was kind of close to REXDALE... I'm glad I got to pay my respect... I'm reading the ONLY 'semi-authorized' biography of Babaji right now... it was translated by Bhagat Singh (Retired Judge - no relation to the painter)... and yeah, the first two pages have blown me away (thats all i've read so far - and it is the first of five volumes!)
  12. Woah, thanks so much for sharing.... it meant a lot...
  13. Amazing... legends... restored the spirit of the Panth single-handedly... Could anybody PLEASE link me to the picture of them feeding one another ladoo... please let me know, thanks! "The lawyers told Nirmal Singh that at first the judge had written a 20 year sentence in the Vaidiya case but when he came to announce his sentence and Harjinder Singh and Sukhdev Singh began to shout Khalistan slogans, and said that they were willing to sacrifice for Khalistan, the judge cut the 20 years and replaced it with death. Because of this, he wanted an extra hour to announce the sentence. The judge was compelled to announce the sentence of death. Today we have ordered a Diwali card for the judge and tomorrow we’ll send it to him." AMAZING!
  14. *I love you maaaaan* --- End of homoness.... How true, I shall forward that to all in my email list now... hehe!
  15. My grandfather is an avid historian... he was a Principal for the majority of his life... Anyhow, nowadays many talk about how this story is exaggerated and how only Baba Deep Singh Jis neck was slightly cut, stating he was not decapitated... My grandfather has read numerous books by MUSLIMs which were ANTI-SIKH... BUT, when they referred to this great battle, they ALL stated how BABA DEEP SINGH JI was beheaded and DID continue fighting... It is just in the past twenty years with the new extremist HINDU government that all these books have been destroyed and replaced by bullshit propaganda stating how SHAHEEDs such as BABA DEEP SINGH JI did not fight with BabaJis blessings... Hope this made sense... great post!
  16. I used to struggle with religion until I realized my biggest mistake... I was trying to view the Guru Granth Sahib Ji from the persepctive of the world, instead of viewing the world through the perspective of the Guru Granth Sahib Ji...
  17. Man, I just wrote a huuuuuuuuuge post... lost it all... ahhhhhh! Oh well, went there... brought a bunch of books... Great store... Man, I had some entertaining stories in there too... Oh well, another day...
