It’s around this time Hitler ( Mussolinis friend) starts talking about whites being a super race blonde hair blue Eyes. 
 
Reverse engineering of these craft and ongoing contact with some of these beings. 
 
As Grusch says in the hearing some of their behavior is disturbing. Abductions? Killings of humans? Eating them?
sounds fantastic and weird but the level of secrecy points points to something extraordinary
