  1. In the past I've used the following method to scan hundreds of books for my record. Basically just click the photos of the book and then create PDF using NitroPDF software and eventually convert it to searchable PDF (OCR) by using ABBYY PDF Transformer (ABBYY Finereader which can auto split the one photo with 2 pages into 2 separate pages if chosen). This technique is very fast and the quality is really good but the only problem I faced is that because I didn't take the binding off which leads lines in the scan to be somewhat curved. This problem could be solved by either placing glass above the book or by taking 2 persons help in holding the book on both sides but that would increase the production time.
  2. I've listened to the Katha as you have posted and it seems like I was right in saying that you are referring to the God (when HE was only present) as "Mind (Cosmic Consciousness)". You are right in your concept/understanding but have used very wrong name for the God. I would request you to please do NOT mix newAge terms with your understanding OR else please study it througly before using those terms. NewAge terminology does some times use "Universal/Cosmic Mind" referrring to God and/or Kaal (depending upon what you're reading). Again, your understanding is right that HE (God) is the cause of everything but do not use the term as "Mind" because 'Mind' in english terminology is reserved for 'Kaal' (thinking facility). Also, we can say that: Mind has 4 phases: Waking/Conscious/Gross, Dreaming/Unconscious/Subtle, Deep-Sleep/Subconscious/Causal, Turiya/Turiya/Absoule-Reality (This we can say is God). (Vivek Bhud/Bhudi): It is the ability to discriminate between the permanent and the impermanent. Atma/Soul is truth/permanent; Body and this world are false/impermanent and painful because they are changing. I am Soul and not Body. This is called Vivek. And this Vivek Bhud (Mind) is attained only by the the Guru as your reference Shabad has explained. In-fact, as per this Shabad "Vivek Bhud Guru Te Pai" means Vivek Mind is given by Guru, then please ponder upon who is Guru: Vivek Mind (good thinking facility) is the grace of Guru but it (Vivek Mind) is not Guru itself.
  3. It seems like you might be referring to Mind which in main stream is not called Mind; Your definition seems like everything exists because of Mind (Saab Dimag ha) and that is right because this material world is the play of Mind and Maya. But core definition of Mind is: Mind means a catalogue of thinking, a series of thoughts. It is an obstacle for the ignorant, and a means for the wise. It is the cause of both bondage and liberation. It is the mind that is in direct control of the thoughts, senses, breath, and body (including all diseases). Mind does have its boundary. It cannot go beyond its limit; but there is something beyond the mind. The functioning of Mind is also dependent on the Prana. So, keeping the above definition of 'Mind' in mind, I can say that Mind cannot be Guru. We are Souls and not bodies, not mind, not thoughts. Mind is the instrument; Consciousness (Soul) is the power; Body is the vehicle. Soul provides energy (Prana) to Mind to operate; and Mind controls the Breath and Body. Secondly, do not mix Prana with Air or Breath. Saas (Breath) is not Prana (Breath of Life) . Prana is just another word for the spirit energy (or cosmic energy) of God and It is the very essence that one's soul is made of. Prana is the food that builds the soul body as it draws energy directly from God. As it is God's energy and therefore God can provide any person additional prana in order to sustain him. But if you stick with your approach that Mind is Guru and then it is entirely up to you. The following article has helped and it might also help you: "Mind and its Modifications": http://satgur.net/Articles/Spiritual/2
  4. Pal bhaji, could you please let us know the reference from where you took the arths. If it's from Sant/Mahapurash, then either you have misunderstood the meanings OR meri mand bhudi and karams are putting a curtain on me and therefore I'm not able to grasp it correctly. As per my understanding as of now; Mind cannot be Guru in any case. The Guru is the Pavan: which is the power with which everything works; without it nothing (nothing in universe) can work, but it is neither Air nor Oxygen. It is the Prana energy (Neutral energy of God) which flows on the Air and charges everybody. It is also called the "Breath of Life" and [[----Sound is also produced from Prana----- - trying to find reference]]. Once it (Prana) is out then we're dead and it remains in the body as long as it is ordered by Kaal. ਪਵਣੈ ਕੈ ਵਸਿ ਦੇਹੁਰੀ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਸਚੁ ਨੀਸਾਣੁ ॥੫॥ The body is under the power of the breath, according to the True Sign inscribed upon your forehead. ||5|| Secondly, Prana energy is the main force (river/source) from which 2 other rivers are born: Sun and Moon energy. In other words, energy must have a center to move from and an objective to flow to. So, we’ve a ‘Breath of Life’ called Prana (Pavan) which is the source of the 2 forces (Sun/Moon) working in this universe. These twin forces operate in all created forms, for without these two factors, neither function nor perpetuation of forms would be possible. These two forces constantly flow out of each other and into each other to sustain the function called Life. The inter-play of these two cosmic essences functioning as four rivers (Air, Fire, Water, and Earth) of attraction and repulsion is called the Life. 1.Air and Warmth principle Above (Sun Principle): It is Positive, Yang, Male, Sun principle, Outgoing, Expanding, and Radiating. These are also called Father (Air) and Son (Fire) principle. 2.Moon (Water) and Earth principle Below (Moon Principle): It is Negative, Yin, Feminine, Moon principle, Contraction, Concentration and Resistance. These are also called Mother (Moon/Water) and Daughter (Earth) principle. Bottom line is that: Prana is the main source of everything and therefore it is our Guru; and we’re made up of 5 basic elements (which are derived from the interplay of 2 cosmic forces which were also derived from one basic Prana energy). Water sustains us; basically human body is 70% water. Earth is our mother because she carries our burden and gives us everything to eat (vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts etc). Parpanch This whole world is Parpanch i.e just the 5 things: Naam (Name), Roop (Form), Sat (Truth/God), Chit (Pure Consciouness), Anand (Supreme Bliss). These are the five things that are famously known as the 'world'. Out of these, Naam and Roop are destructible and bound to go through transformations. Sat-Chitt-Anand is sweetness, it neither dies nor transforms. This rass is called by names like Waheguru or Parmatma or Khuda or God. Naam and Roop are composed of five basic elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. These five elements are tangible (matter) and everything in 2nd and 3rd division are made up of various combinations of these 5 basic elements, while Sat-Chitt-Anand is the true self of everyone. Sat-Chit-Ananda is not 3 different things. It is different dimensions of 1 thing. Immortal, eternal and unchanging. The body has been given to this self for a limited time, upon which it will be taken away (known as death).

  6. There is no point in arguing. You are objecting to the information based upon your knowledge and understanding and your intention is to keep the people away from harm. And that's good intention. I'm happy for that. But at the same time, my intention is also for the betterment of everyone based upon my personal experiences, knowledge and understanding. I think that I've given enough time (7-8 years) in studying the material before launching the website. So, in other words, there is no point in arguing but still for the sake of information, I would like to point out few points here for other people's reference. Also I'm not against the Western ideas or medicines, what I don't like is the materialistic approach. My thinking is that Human body works as a whole and is a master piece of God. At the same time, I would also like to request Admin(s) to share their thoughts in regards to this discussion and if no-one is willing to hear about these alternate treatments, then I'll stop mentioning those in SikhAwareness website. After-all one should not provide information if nobody wants it. Regarding "filling their pockets" or "take money from dying person" etc. You have repeatedly said "filling their pockets" or "take money from dying person" etc.. whereas I've already mentioned multiple times that I do NOT take any money. Neither I sell any information nor any product. Neither I claim the knower of everything nor I force anyone to believe me. I'm NOT a doctor who has spent 5 or more years in formal medical education and then used that information for my living. I've just tried to educate myself for the last 7-8 years and want to share that knowledge. I didn't study it to earn living through it; I learnt because I want to help and I've seen first hand examples in my own family whereas doctors had no hope, but using Spiritual techniques along with alternate therapies does miracles. Regarding the research You can get hundreds if not thousands of real references. Please travel to Bombay/Mumbai and ask for Dr. Devindra Vohra who has cured many cases of various diseases and he did it without charging a penny. He travelled across the world and delivered lectures to professional medical doctors. He was also known to diagnose any problem within one minute by diagnosing the person's paining points on the palms. My personal experience with him: "I called him for my daughter's major complaint and I told him that I want to see him in Mumbai for treatment and his response was [if you have read my books then do NOT come to me and if you have extra money please help someone needy.]" Some of his books are: Health in your Hands Vol-1 and Vol-2 by Dr. Devindra Vohra. Do you really think that Lakhs of people were mad who followed him the last 3 decades? You can also refer to "Dr. Randolph Stone" (a western doctor) work for "Polarity Therapy" who was able to cure the problems where a conventional doctor would fail. Dr. Randloph Stone was very popular among medical doctors in USA and he regularly delivers most sought after lectures to medical doctors. And he used his earnings from lectures to donate for poor people. Another good author (for your research) is Dewanchand Varma (Pranotherapy) upon which the 'European Neuromuscular Technique' is based. There are various other good doctors and persons who are known for their knowledge: "Dr. John R. Christopher", "Dr Bernard Jensen", "Paavo Airola", " Darius Dinshah, "Edwin D Babbitt", "Jacob Liberman", " Rudolf Steiner". I guess there are many people like me (jaddoo-bakwas) who does the follow the above mentioned authors and doctors. Regarding the Glands (Endocrine Glands) knowledge Western-Science did not give knowledge of glands to India, In-fact all Spiritual Granths does talk about the Chakras and these Endocrine glands are nothing but a physical representation of each Chakras. Each Chakra has one corresponding Physical gland. Read any Spiritual Granth (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Vedas, Bible) Regarding the Health powder or other eatables: It was not mentioned that by eating some kalrela/bhindi etc you will get cured. People are cured by their OWN body. The whole treatment involves number of other things; the major part being pressing points in the palms and soles. The health powder would help to keep the diabetes in check while the acupressure treatment would treat the gland problem. As a matter of fact, the cure is done by person's own body (which is stimulated) and not by some magic powder. Peace
  7. First of all, I'm not charging anything for this information and I've invested around 7-8 years in researching this information. And this is neither my profession nor my business. I'm a Technical Architect working for one of the top IT firm in USA and with God's grace it gives me and my family enough and I don't need to play with anyone's health. And the doctor who I do follow has CURED number of patients (Cancer, Diabetes, AIDS to name a few) FREE OF ANY CHARGE for the past around 40 years. The intention of www.SatGur.Net is not to get any reward (publicity, monetary benefits), it is just a help offered after 7 to 8 years of through research. For God's sake, please stop misleading people with your so-called western mind set. Do you even know why someone gets diabetes? May I ask why diabetes is not curable? It is defined as un-curable because so-called doctors don't know how to start/maintain Endocrine glands which is the root cause of diabetes and many more problems. I do agree that there are many tips on the internet which claim to have cured diabetes but those things can only manage the disease but you're not dealing with root cause. If you follow the EXACTLY and WHOLE treatment as mentioned on the website, it WILL cure diabetes. I always say, have you tried it before nullifying it? If not, then how could you derive the results? Isn't this like: Saying there is no True Saint because you happen to come across only fake saints. Regarding your concern for so-called research in labs: Keep in mind that Pharmaceutical companies exists because of the patients and if there are no patients this multi-billion dollar industry would get destroyed. I would suggest to educate yourself with just one webpage: http://satgur.net/HealthTherapy/Detail/16 And if you still do NOT agree, then at-least please do NOT spread the mis-information regarding authentic alternate treatment unless you have tried and failed at that particular treatment. Note: It hurts when people just issue blunt statements something without even trying anything. And that is one of the reason that these days, I do tell people to ask me for the information ONLY as the last resort when their doctors have declared that you cannot survive for more than these many days/month/year. Because otherwise, people just waste time in asking unnecessary questions or claiming these things don't work. Bottom line is : Get the disease, then try the mentioned treatment and THEN make a statement (negative or positive).
  8. I still do not understand after around a month that what "Sher" and other memebers (in his same group and his anti-group) want to prove? "There definition of God or their understanding of God is correct while others is not?". Let me point out certain points: First of all I respect ALL religions and their respective granths. * Guru Granth Sahib Ji is not a book that you can call it book. Here's why: It is written by the Gurus and Bhagats themselves and NOT claimed to the written by someone after their physical life is over on this earth. Secondly, the words written in it in are special Sound codes that comes directly from the one True God. Read Guru Nanak Dev Ji's bani......."Jesse Aave Kasam ke Bani, Teesa Kar.....". But if someone doesn't pay attention to this but just come bow and go, then it is NOT going to help as one needs to follow the Sound to reach the place from where it was generated. * Veda are created by the Kaal (so called God by many people; but it is a actually a power created by God). Vedas do describe the One God but that one God is the Kaal himself which has hidden himself. Kaal's only work is to bound people to lower creation. All the areas: Suun (exclusively where Kaal resides), Casual, Mental, Astral, and Physical are under Kaal's supervision. It is the reason that great secrets of the universe is hidden inside the Veda as it is based upon the area behind Casual plane. Using this knowledge many scientists have done many inventions. But keep in mind that the life's journey is not to unwind the secret of universe but unwind the secret of self. That being said, it does NOT mean that persons reading Vedas are lower and person reading Guru Granth Sahib Ji are higher. But the book/granth/person who helps you to get near to God is the farishta. And at last, Idol is everything, we all love our moms, dads, wifes, children, houses, money, business etc. and therefore we're doing Murti/Idol puja. Idol puja is bad when you think that particular Idol is God and you refuse to accept that God has no roop. Now, if you still want to pursue the worthless discussion of who is greater or if any Granth is equal to Idol, then no one is going to stop you from doing suicide. Enjoy it!
  9. I don't know, but does it matter? Just enjoy the lyrics and feed your Soul........I don't understand why does it matter if someone tie his dastar in this and that fashion. He used to be a normal clean-shaven singer but later gets attracted to some BibiJi (Spiritual person) and since then singing only spiritual songs. 12. do you have any information on the listed books please?
  13. Hello everyone, I'm looking for the following rare books. If anyone has any information please let me know: The Mystic Bible by "Randolph Stone" Mysticism: The Spiritual Path by Prof. Lekh Raj Puri Teachings of the Gurus - Series 1 to 4 (As given in Adi Granth) By Prof. Lekh Raj Puri, M.A., P.E.S.
  14. The following is from Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji's Diary: Types of Naam: There are 2 types of Naam: Japa (Varan Atmak Bani/Naam): It is the Outer Sound Principle. It is also known as the language of the Pranas or the vital airs for it depends on different types of vibrations in the air. All these types of Japas give solace of varying degrees and one gets peace of mind of a temporary nature only, because the various bodily chakra involved in them are of a lower order, situated below Third Eye. Varn-Atmak words pave the way to Dhun-Atmak Shabd and are thus essential aids in stilling the mind of oscillations, purging it of all impurities and rendering it capable of apprehending the Dhun-Atmak current within. The Varn-Atmak words may and do differ because of lingual differences, but the Dhun-Atmak Shabd being the Life-Principle of the spirit or soul is the same throughout. It can be further sub-divided into 4 subdivisions: Baikhri: These are labial sounds or sounds which are uttered with the aid of tongue and lips. It is when God's Name is recited with tongue and lips. It is the first technique and holds 1 unit in power. Madhma: These are guttural sounds which are produced in the throat or at the back or root of the tongue and palate. It is when God's Name is recited within the throat but without the use of tongue. This is 10 times the power of Baikhri. Pashyanti: These are sounds which originate from the heart center. It is when God's Name is recited within the heart but without the use of tongue. This is 100 times the power of Baikhri. Para: These are sounds which arise through vibrations from the navel center. It is when God's Name is recited within the navel but without the use of tongue. This is 1000 times the power of Baikhri. Ajapa (Dhun Atmak Bani/Naam): This is the Eternal Sound Current reverberating endlessly in every living thing. It is an Unwritten Law and an Unspoken Language. It becomes audible, however, when a spirit rises above body-consciousness. Here one has just to listen to the all-pervading Naam or Shabd. As this Sound cannot be expressed in any symbolic form, it is expressionless. It may be contacted above the sensory plane, behind the centre of the two eyebrows. Here one starts hearing Anhad Shabad. It generally referred to as Naam down to Trikuti; and below Daswan Dwar, where the causal region extends, It is called the Trigun Bani, or Sound within the regions of the three gunas. It is also described as Brahm Janjalla, the network of Brahm, the God of creation. This Trigun Bani or Brahm Janjalla is still within the domain of Kal or Dissolution and hence must disintegrate. HE is beyond Japa, Ajapa, and Anhad. More details are posted under: http://satgur.net/Articles/Spiritual/8
  15. Excellent explanation by Maha Singh. There are 2 sides of the same coin. FIRST SIDE is: Spending too much time enjoying your current spiritual state and not moving forward. This is what Maha Singh has explained. SECOND SIDE is: Stop enjoying the current spiritual state thinking that it is Kaal's play to trap you so that you don't move forwad. Here one thinks that it is not worth the state because it comes from Kaal and is bound to trap you. This happened to me around a year back. I didn't hear any sounds, but whenever I closed my eyes I was transferred to another state where I'm talking with other normal persons, spiritual persons and frankly saying that was good and very enjoyable. When I told this to my Mom and Channeled Source; they asked me to not to go too deep and keep doing your path ALONG with family life but I understood it wrongly that I'm being asked to stop it; I also assumed and read somewhere that these things are Kaal's trap. So, I stopped it; basically IT stopped occuring. Now, couple of days back, same channled source indicated that ALL the states goes throught the Kaal's play and I should NOT have stopped enjoying that state. So, I just hope that it will start again. So, at this point of time my understanding is that if one wants to move further then keep in mind the 3 following things: 1. Enjoy the current state and don't feel sad as this is not coming from your Guru and just coming from Kaal. Do NOT stop enjoying whatever comes your way. 2. As Maha Singh mentioned that don't always stay at one state and remember that you HAVE to move forward. 3. GURU is must; otherwise who will put us to next level? So, without Guru reaching higher AND correct states WITHOUT taking wrong route is not possible at all. das
  16. For both the parties: READ THE FOLLOWING and for your version of God's sake please stop posting hate (both parties) "Priest from both Hinduism and Islam got together and began discussing religion. A great fantasy has been created and no one could understand its mystery. They asked Guru Nanak to open and search in his scripture whether Hindu is greater or the Muslim. Guru replied that without good deeds both will have to weep and wail. Only by being a Hindu or a Muslim one cannot get accepted in the kingdom of God. As the color of safflower is impermanent and is washed away in water, likewise the colors of religiosity are also temporary (The Vaars of Bhai Gurdas Ji, 1)" “It is better to strive in one’s own dharma than to succeed in the dharma of another. Nothing is ever lost in following one’s own dharma. But competition in another’s dharma breeds fear and insecurity.” (Bhagavad Gita) "One who eliminates mental wickedness from the mind, and casts out emotional attachment and egotistical pride. That one who comes to recognize the All-pervading Soul and is intuitively absorbed into the Naam (Guru Granth Sahib Ji, 38)" I do NOT understand why people (including me) from one group always tries to pin-point the problems in another group; even tough the one pointing fingers does not understand the core teachings of it's own group. Have you ever heard or seen TRUE sages quarelling over? It seems like it is only us (the educated but yet un-educated in spiritual region). We may not be able to understand other person's view; because each has its own point of view. e.g [ Let’s say there is a classic car in a parking lot. The car is badly damaged on one side, but looks like new on the other. Two people going through the parking lot, walk by the car, one on each side. One person’s point of view is from the bad side, one from the good. As they walk by, they each see the car, make a judgment, and form ‘clear’, solid beliefs about the condition of the car. Because of their limited viewpoints, they are each left with totally different beliefs about the car. And each person’s belief opposes and contradicts the others. They are both right, from their point of view. Yet if you could see the entire car from above from our point of view, they are both totally right and both totally wrong. The fact is that when you simultaneously grasp the two contradictory, yet true, beliefs, you actually have the greater truth about the car. Another good example is island: If we are on an island then we cannot see other world because we are totally cutoff and cannot see the other world. For instance, just like the people viewing that car, the point of view of each individual reading the ancient texts, or any book, is going to be different, thus they will perceive it many different ways, thus it will be perceived differently than it really is, and differently than it was intended to be perceived. People will even go to war, because their personalized version of God is different than someone else’s, and of course, each side in the war always believes ‘God’ is on their side. ] A person’s point of view is affected by both the state of their ‘consciousness’, and their beliefs and ‘programming’. Beliefs and programming are usually in sync with a person’s level of consciousness. However, consciousness is dominant, and if there is a shift to a higher or lower state, the new consciousness can alter and override a person’s beliefs and programming in order to match the new level of consciousness. ALL PROBLEMS come from person's limited belief even though he/she thinks that he is broader. We do actions (karmas) as per our belief. The problems arise whenever we are out of sync with nature or universal consciousness. All nature works in harmony. But we are forgetting harmony. The world’s problems, our personal problems, and all the actions that create the problems, come from our delusion that we are separate from the One, and the selfishness that results from that delusion. e.g [ Consider what would happen if just your arms and legs left the guidance, coordination and consciousness of the entirety of your body. Then they got their own identity, and developed selfish separate selves. You would have such things as one hand trying to put on a glove in a snowstorm, not caring what happened to the other hand. And the legs would be doing their own thing at the same time. And hand is thinking why should I give my hard work reward to stomach or to whole body? ] Source of problem(s) is selfishness. At the root of selfishness is our illusion that we are not One with All things, All life, the entire Universe, and our subsequent belief that this illusion is real. The only way to change things and get back in harmony with the One, is to starve the selfish separate self of energy - of giving in to it, of thought “attention”, and simultaneously nurture the Inner Being, the Spirit within us.
  17. Thanks Neo and Harsharan for your replies. I didn't mean to complicate things. I was just wondering for the reason to create this beautiful mess; but you've responded correctly that "Only God could answer that and we have to raise ourselves in order to understand". I was just trying to understand why God first created Kaal and forgive his mistakes and then eventually give him everything to create the universe. It is like assigning the most merciless and corrupt person the incharge of the entire company. It is like leaving the child (Soul) in unfamiliar place and create illusions for him to complicate things but at the same time sending messengers and notes to remind him of his real home. Now, the question is: Why to create such a confusion for the child (Soul)? Just think about the so many problems in the world: Children dying of hunger, Diseases etc. etc. etc......and this list goes on and on. We just cannot say, oh this is because they did something wrong in their previous births; we've to think about the Mind's capacity which could lead us to anywhere: either to God or to even lower junis. God created Kaal (the controller of many universes) but Kaal attaches some bad karmas to the Soul seed in order to continue his creation; and that's the reason Kaal repeats exactly the same cycle of 4 yugas etc. So, eventually it seems (as of now - till I reach higher spiritual knowledge) like God is responsible for all of these problems. At last I really like Atheist's comments which goes like "God solves the problem when you remember Him, but by the way who created the problem at first place?". I understand that I AM WRONG on this and hopefully one day I will also understand from the core (not just for the sake of pretending). It was just a gussa when you see sufferings all over the world and also in normal day to day life. "Eti mar pai kurlane Tai ki dard na aaya" Thanks once again! Das (NOT a Atheist)
  18. I agree that it is illusion, but still what we feel (Sukh/Dukh) is real as long as we're bound. We can state those things ONLY when one is enlightened, when Dukh/Sukh seems to be the same; but as long as we are NOT on that level, we do laugh and weep. This is punishment (in the limited sense) and everyone (except for enlightened ones) does feel it. It is right that we (Soul) are God and not even separate from Him, but it is just the illusion. I'm not saying birth and death are punishment. I'm talking of the Asa, Trishna, and Chinta which do give pain on PHYSICAL and MENTAL level (even though it is illusion) e.g when watching a scary movie (illusion), we do fear and sometimes our blood pressure gets high. Now, we know that it is illusion but still our body and mental state do suffer. So, my question is WHY we get the perception of suffering and separation even though we are not separated?
  19. Beautifully stated by Sant Waryam Singh Ji, but it again points to the same question: If everything is the play of God via its forces: Mind and Maya; then why we (the separated Souls) are being punished for the deeds which we are not responsible (as a Soul). In other words, it seems like not fair that Mind does the good/bad but the Soul has to bear the results of deeds of Mind? e.g If a small child (who does not know the way back home) is left far away from home and then on the way back home number of dramas are played (scary and good ones); the child gets lost; in this case, who is at fault? The Child without knowledge OR the Parent who intentionally separated the child from him?
  20. If we have no free-will, then why some people are suffering and some are enjoying? Why someone is born with disabilities? If the answer to this is God's will, then can that be a God who favors someone but punishes the other? That cannot be a GOD. My take is: "Free Will" is like the very limited freedom of a dog on a leash/chain. In other words, there is "Free Will", although its range is somewhat dictated by the past. It is because the environments around us, the relatives around us, and the situation in which we are at the moment are controlled by our past karmas. BUT the question still remains, are we responsible for FIRST bad karma and if yes, then what was the FIRST bad karma based upon which we are in 84 lakh joon?
  21. Every Spiritual Granth states that: We're suffering because of our own bad karmas in the previous birth and/or current birth. But just think about it: When God created everything, then we were supposed to have ZERO karma and ZERO desires, then how come we collect bad karma. Some say that God has given us Free-Will and we have used it in wrong way leading us to accumulate the bad karma. But at the same time, Free-Will is God's will in the absence of ZERO karma and ZERO desires. In other words, Free-will cannot be held responsible for bad karma (for the FIRST time). So, keeping the above in mind: * Are we (the Spirit) responsible for the first bad karma? -- If yes, then what is the FIRST bad karma which leads us to accumulate more bad karmas leading us to multiple births? -- If no, then why are we still in human birth despite not being responsible for the initial bad karma. 23. Everyone should note the following important points: Cinnamon are of 2 types: Ceylon (soft, more soft in taste) and Cassia (hard, more spicy taste). True cinnamon is called Ceylon/Zeylanicum and it comes principally from Sri Lanka, India, Madagascar, Brazil and the Caribbean. On the other hand the most common used cinnamon is called Cassia (Chinese/Saigon cinnamon) and it comes principally from Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Japan and Korea. It is Cassia cinnamon which will create some problems because of its high amount of Coumarin (natural blood thinner) which is an anti-coagulant and can be irritating to the liver. But the TRUE cinnamon (Ceylon) has trace amounts of Coumarin and all the old scriptures do talk about TRUE Cinnamon. So, taking Ceylon is NOT dangerous at all. Try to use True Cinnamon if you are using it; specially for medicinal purposes.
