  1. Jaap completed for month of April , 19440, Total =38,880. Hopefully, Guru ji keeps this streak. If this post encourages anyone to increase their simran and nitnem, i will get the punya as well. so sangat ji stay in chardikala and do more simran/nitnem than you previously do and also bless this keet. waheguru
  2. I have used malas of regular wood, plastic and sarbloh. I have read in Sikh literature about use of sarbloh mala and mala made of cotton/wool. I dont have the sensitivity to tell any difference between the above.
  3. Visiting this thread after 5 months. Have started to think about the inner sound again, been more noticeable again in last 1-2 months. I dont think it had disappeared but just was not actively thinking about it. The sound is still the same in nature, continuous ringing type, and the subtle machine drum sounds that come intermittently. @Sat1176 I am trying to pay more attention to it as you advised. I feel its mostly on my left side, sometimes right, I am trying to pay attention to my gichi . I was trying to get in touch with Bhai Dharamjit Singh ji to ask what sehaj dhun sounds like ? So I was able to speak with a singh who organises telegram for Bhai Sahib. He said sehaj dhun, and anhad naam are just different words for the Naam. He said he was also having these similar sounds. He asked me to listen to these sounds, whenever they come, with love, reverence and devotion. So right now the goal is to fall in love with these, and listen to them as much , pay more attention to them with reverence, and hopefully maharaj does kirpa. Speaking to Gurmukhs really help and is encouraging. ps. I would not have remembered anything if I had not shared here. Its a good idea to keep journal. Also another subtle detail I got from katha of Bibi Parminder Kaur Ji was that sometimes when we are not supposed to do somethings, the sounds can get louder essentially to signal us from stop doing whatever we are. I have noticed that couple of times in past when I was in tamo gun activities. maybe someone else can confirm that too ?
  4. Fever lasted for 2-3 weeks, extremely tired and fatigued for one month after, doing better now. My other relative in India had it really bad, he was admitted, but doing fine now.
  5. @Sat1176 recent q and a apr 21,by Bibi ji was so enlightening, so many subtle details and q about recurring past thoughts was answered as well . Thanks for introducing this group. I don’t know how to upload it here.
  6. Listen to this playlist who are interested in keeping purity of mind, and progress in sadhana. It has helped me in past. This mahapurush is genuine , real deal not like other fake babas. You can sense the purity, bhagti and prem in his vachans.
  7. @Sat1176 Veer Ji, what does sehaj feel like ? are you able to put in into words. I dont think I have ever experienced it, so I am just curious. Does it feel like sleep ...I might have experienced few seconds of sleep during simran but not remembering anything..kind of like a head bob and waking up.
  8. The purpose of these videos is to reaffirm and reconfirm again and again that there is life after death and you will be accountable for your deeds. I know Guru ji already tells us everything in Gurbani and we don't need anyone else. But its good to hear truth from other sources. And also these kinds of vidyas exist. But after an incident last night I am not sure if I should have posted it. Watch at your own risk. I had a really scar dream last night, almost real, in which an exorcism was taking place. And when I woke up in fear I was reciting Waheguru Waheguru, so that was a good thing that came out of it. The voices in recordings are real and I fear if they tend to attract similar frequencies, so better to stay away just in case you are sensitive to these things.
  9. Pret with 400 years of punishment because he was a dacoit in his previous life and committed robberies. Gives information about how ghosts live. Similar answers like suleman ghost. WARNING : do not watch if you have no kavach around you now i realize how important is dasam bani
  10. Akhri Naam Akhri Salah...Akhri Likhan ... also likh naam salah likh... if someone can find these Gurbani tuks?
  11. I personally haven’t done that but its called Likhita Jaap. Many traditions employ this method to stabilize mind. Some sants mentally write naam or mantra in front of them or their agya chakra, i will try to find a link and post it for you. Do you understand hindi?
  12. @Sat1176 were you asking a question in recent q&a with bibi maan kaur ji, I seriously felt a vibe it was you even though i have never heard your voice
  13. Take vaccine. I had 2 doses pfizer. Felt fever 2 days 2nd dose but fine afterwards. Family had covid, dad worst fever 3 weeks , but i was saved due to vaccine and guru kirpa. Not sure about astrazeneca for under 55, i would avoid that. Parents are booked for moderna vaccine.
  14. I was going to type a response but I feel its not worth it and takes too much energy , and distracts mind’s stillness.
  15. I can't exactly pinpoint but I feel Baba Ishar Singh ji mentioned it and also rare wale mahapurush. But its a common theme in puratan sampardas. If I come across a source, I will mention it.
  16. This is a link of all the articles, marayda books, and transcription of bachans of baba Ishar Singh Ji. @sevak you might be interested in these. https://www.scribd.com/user/29524097/hansrab/uploads
  17. And just to add this maryada of doing 6 malas moolmantar, 80 malas waheguru gurumantra, Japji sahibs etc was done by Singhs during Sri Guru Gobind Singh Jis times and during war times when they were mostly on horses.
  18. So I had this conundrum for a long time. Reciting it loud, and fully listening to it. So I experimented to see how much time it takes me. My goal was to atleast follow the bachan of finishing atleast 1 sehaj path equivalent per month. So first I started to do 80 malas Gurmantra Antarghat/day. That took me approximately 1hr and 40 mins. Then I tried to do by chanting and listening to it. That would take me around ~ 4 hrs which was not possible to take out that much time. Then I switched to Moolmantra 6 mala/day. If I do it Antarghat it takes around 1 hr and if I chant it loud it will take 30 mins/mala. So what helps me is finishing 6 malas moolmantar antarghat in about 1 hr. This gives me a sense of completion and mind feels satisfied. And then whatever extra time I have left, I listen to Waheguru Gurmantra and chant it slowly Waaaaaaahe Guroooooo or listen to Moolmantra. This time the focus is on just listening, and not on repetitions. This is what has worked for me. Whenever my mind feels dull whether reading Gurbani or Moolmantar antarghat, I start chanting loud in a high note and that infuses a new sense of Freshness. But yes, my goal would be to spend more and more time chanting loud and listening to it. ... Dhun me Dhyan...
  19. It was mentioned under Patha di Maryada section, so especially for those Singhs who are partaking in Sri Akhand Path Maryada.
  20. Moolmantra Jaap completed for month of march, 30x6x108= 19,440. Month of April started . I shy away from posting because often I face obstacles in some way afterwards. Maybe just my bharam. Hopefully , others join in too.
  21. I think the best option would be to get some high quality attar or natural made dhoop with maryada.
  22. The path of siddhi is a difficult and arduous one. The most important of all things is that you need the guidance of pooran sadhu who is antaryami and can watch all your mind and body actions.
  23. Very good point. I read in a book by Sant Gurbachan Singh ji khalsa that one has to do ardaas and 25 japji sahibs when this happens.
