No response, please someone reply now.

Is it important to be brahmcharya after your marriage duties are complete in order to obtain brahm avastha?

It depends on your goals in life and the mutual understanding from your partner. If your partner is not ready then there will be friction/conflict.

There are various levels of grihasth jeevan. Nothing is wrong or right, just depends on your internal state or goals. There are some who will bhog to only procreate, some who have moderate bhog beyond procreation and some who are extreme.

Are you living with your partner? Answer depends on your situation.

Veer ji thank you for the update. I also spoke to him 2 weeks ago and he said he “you have come to the right place, I will give naam (you understand yes) , so don’t worry. Just read the book and join the google meets .)

he sent me the link to the WhatsApp group which I joined and daily after the vichar, he tells everyone to listen to him say waheguru and then leaves you to keep meditation focused on 3rd eye area.

my question is , i fall asleep is this the samadhi he’s talking about ? I sleep for 20-30 mins then I’m up with a viby head. But if this is right I can be asleep for 1hr or more if I just do waheguru simran and have chakra cleansing in the background (I meditate in the afternoon and it blocks out load noises).

Are you supposed to be mentally awake but with the body asleep ( like paralysed?).

your right too many people with TMI and videos daily on YouTube it’s hard to decipher who will put you on the right path, Bhai Ranbir singh Canada had a PDF which said essentially falling sleep while you do simran is entering sunn.

    Wjkk wjkf ji!

tbh I didn’t fall asleep. I didn’t feel anything different. Yeah sleep is a v interesting concept....

  3. Hello everyone,

Just wanted to post an update. So I spoke with Gorkhi veer ji on phone 2 days ago (sep 6). He was very kind to take out his time for me. He made me do the waheguru jaap for around 20 mins over phone and then asked me to focus between eyebrows. I am a total stranger to him, and I was really impressed how he was so eager to help me out. So I did that. Maybe I had my expectations too high that I would go into Nirvichar Samadhi but nothing spectacular of any sort happened. I was just staring into dark sunn in the third-eye area, still aware of my body, and surroundings around me, no thoughts but no blissful experience either. I was kinda disappointed because I thought something magical would happen. Because one person had an experience of nirvichar samadhi on their first day when they spoke with Gorkhi veer ji. Anyways I will keep on doing this dhyana simran sadhana .

  4. @HisServant welcome back again and thanks for updating. I was wondering where did you disappear to. Its been amazing to see your exponential progress from a beginner to this...Its inspiring so please post from time to time.

@Sat1176@Lucky How are my veerjis doing? I know you guys used to share your avastha/experiences in the beginning a lot, but you have also gone quiet. Please do share from time to time, so we can have an idea about next stages/avasthas.

    Wjkk Wjkf!

  5. The sounds have been on and off since last few months but have been more noticeable again. Last night had an interesting experience. I slept late than usual. Woke up in the middle of night, was half asleep. Body was numb and still but was half awake. The sounds got really loud and sounded like a very high voltage, not sure how long it lasted. Was trying to merge myself in that sound. The experience was neither blissful nor painful. Also woke up in middle of a dream and noticed myself saying wahe guru , maybe I was scared.  The sound looked similar to the below video and got really loud and faster  Anyone hears a similar sound to high voltage like below?

See how it goes. Many other benefits as well, I know someone had their psoriasis clear up since they been using this.

I will keep you posted but for now it creates a pleasant glow, it can be dimmed , and sets a pleasant mood. I will have to use it more to see what it offers. Its been only one day.Its a very pleasant addition to the meditation room/ place.  😊

I'm still learning but I would say that chandan (sandalwood) is given more significance in gurbani. There is an avastha during which a fragrance akin to chandan emanates from the abyasee,, therefore, I'd say chandan gurbani references are more than just metaphors and we can go though some if you like.

I've tried different dhoof brands and some are more preferable than others.  Mother india is one that i like but can't always get hold of around here.    Not noticed any direct affect with doing bhagtee, but I usually put one on at the beginning of long session if I feel the air needs it.    I do have a himalyan salt lamp and I firmly believe it has a positive effect in helping sum the pavan.  It may just be psychological, but I seriously feel the pavan get balanced after it's been on for half an hour or so. We have a few in the house and it seems to work in the room i have my deeper and longer sessions in (small bedroom).    In terms of physics, it emits negative ions to counter the excessive +ve ions/free radicals.  Electronics, wifi, EMF.. .etc...all emit too many +ve particles.  and these can affect both our sukham and astool bodies.   I also don't keep phone or wifi in the same room I'm doing abyaas in.

thanks for the info veer ji, i will definitely try himalayan salt lamp, and avoid having phone nearby during abhyas. These are little things that can add up and you dont know unless someone with experience tells you.

I cant wait to smell the real chandan one day haha 😆 hopefully maharaj does kirpa.
