    my friend had this experience he was sleeping then suddenly he was out of his body he freaked out , he was gasping for air in spiritual state his body was cold he got afraid and he saw him self standing by his side, then suddenly he was pulled back inside he stopped what he was doing , he is hindu guy who isnt religious at all, he followed some methods to achieve it
