SURYADEV Posted June 21, 2008 Report Share Posted June 21, 2008 It is said that Baba Deep Singh Ji hand wrote four copies of the SGGS and sent them to the four takhats. Furthermore, they also wrote a copy off the SGGS in ARABIC and sent it to Baghdad, Iraq. From my understanding that copy was until recently kept at the Baghdad National Museum or Library (don't know which one). During the US 'shock and awe' bombing of Iraq these institutions and there contents were heavily damaged. In the aftermath, whatever was left was destroyed or looted by the mobs.
