gursj Posted July 18, 2003 Report Share Posted July 18, 2003 SSA All of us keep photos of Guru's in our homes but they are at times different from each other..why is there discrepency ...secondly it gives rise to another question ie when we do ardas in front of Guru ji's photos does it amount to idol worship. The famous pictures are by Sobha singh. The painter drew the body but couldn't draw the head. Guru Sahib drew it Himself with the brush! But the paintings u see og the Guru's hunna, ppl wud paint them out of love say if GuruJi came into their dreams....
