All Sangat can participate and should post how much they are doing everyday until they get to 125,000 no matter how long it takes. This is to encourage discipline. This will be a open Jaap. You can do while sitting or walking around doing normal activities. The focus will be to say Waheguru with love and listen with love. Will try to get this jaap done under two weeks.
