how? He is  right. Indian state used to itself call bhagat singh terrorist until they wanted sikhs to forget their own martyrs and imposed this bhagat singh dude as a shaheed on sikhs in the 80s. I dont know what bhagat singh has done that 1000s of sikhs have not in the past already? Also bhagat singh ended up killing innocent people too so why is the killer of beant singh called a terrorist and not bhagat singh? Indians have reserved the word terrorist for people who dont agree with their nonsense and revolt against it.Can someone give me one reason bhagat singh is considered so "special" and please shed light on how his communist beliefs would have been good?

Maybe it's a generational thing. Now, to get at Hindus we start to attack other Panjabi shaheeds. In colonial times, apnay started sidelining Dasam Granth because they thought it was 'hindu'. For people of my time, people like Bhagat Singh and Udham Singh are maximally respected. Whatever India has done since them, doesn't reflect on them. 

It's like that stupidity of not calling diwali diwali to me, despite Guru ji calling it thus. If we want to attack and confront the establishment, we shouldn't start attacking Panjabi shaheeds too. 

And I'm pretty sure Bhagat Singh turned atheist/commie because he was probably disgusted at seeing how the brits were mass manipulating the majority of dumbo pendus, and through them, Sikhi (to the point of creating some new protestant 'Sikhism' which many still latch onto). As well as mass manipulating them into being their poster boy, imperial attack dogs. It's cringe worthy. These people seem exactly like dogs in that they seem to run around looking for a master and can't function without one.  No independent spirit.  What's next? Are people going to start insulting the Gaddari babay because some of them (presumably to make allies against the colonialists) were also communist? Who we going to diss next? Sohan SIngh Bhakna??    

Now, Mann, who I used to have a lot of respect for, starts telling apnay to start jumping into wars in europe again, like we haven't learnt any lessons from that. What century is he living in?  F**k that!

naah my point is why is bhagat singh considered so great? I just want to know one thing he did that made him so great that sikhs will not bother with beadbi of gurus but go mental over some one comment against him. Because most 'Sikhs' of that era became hardcore, bhundhu, willing slaves of their goray masters. But he is one of the ones who fought back. If it weren't for people like him, we (as a community) would look as if we actually conform to all those stereotypes of docile, dumbo, pendu sepoys.

See for yourself what they really thought of pendus and their mentalities and capabilities. They knew full well that these people were a weak spot for exploiting the panth, and that's why they focused on them.

there were many sikhs who took revenge from British and were anti British to the core. Bhagat singh only wanted to take revenge for lala lajpat rai's death who himself was anti sikh. Have you read his views on Punjabi language, punjab and economics in general. Bhagat singh wasn't any different than other Indians in that he also latched onto foreign beliefs and system like communism. How can someone think this person was intelligent?

yes many "pendus" i agree didn't use their brain and were just like sheep following their British masters but as many Sikhs did fight against the British for Punjab and Sikhi. Singh Sabha movement( which the British did end up infiltrating) was still a large scale anti British reaction. Yes there are faults that resulted because of it but my point is that there were many Sikhs who had strong anti British sentiments and tried their best to fight for Sikhi and Punjab to counter British propaganda so why should i care about an anti-Sikh anti-Punjab Bhagat Singh.

We could also castigate the Gaddari babay for affiliating with communism to some degree if we think this way. You're wondering why Bhagat Singh got disillusioned with his dharam, maybe seeing hordes of own people cowardly subordinating themselves for greed, as well as being active pawns in subjugating other quoms played a part. 

Plus Bhagat Singh inspired Udham Singh, maybe it's a bloke thing, but as a man, you have to respect that conviction and sacrifice. I can't knock shaheeds just because of what some hindus have done after their qurbani. That's not me. Call me old fashioned.

I don't see the Singh Sabha lehar as you do, even during it's time there were apparently hardcore Sikhs who were calling it out for being too weak. I only know this because of a Bhai Jagraj Singh video I can't find right now. Also, you do know it was originally going to be called 'The loyal Singh Sabha' but brits made them change the first bit to hide how compromised they were.

Sir Chhoturam welcomed simon commission.

Bhagat Singh and lala lajpat Rai opposed it.
