The vast majority of abused people suffer in silence, intimidated under threat. Only a small number of cases actually come out. But, you being you, just constantly look for self-congratulations. In my opinion it is a big issue in Panjab, I don't think it's a good idea to compare ourselves to what goes on other states to gain some false sense of accomplishment. This battle hasn't even started yet.
