What do people think of this? Useful or just a gimmick that won't get used after a few days/weeks?

Hmm tldr is, while hanging only for periods of time that feel good, you're releasing, aligning, activating, extending, expanding, pushing instead of contracting while you release all the blockages through Naam Simran. Releasing the sis. 

Sometimes you hang. Sometimes you do a few syrupy easy pullups. 

The high end of it looks like this 😂. I only do stages one and two as described above. Regard the background of this video.
