  1. Most people may think that they are unwell if they encounter stages during #meditation #simran. @Soulfinder @tva prasadveerji
  2. I don't need thanks veeji. Looking For 'asees' blessings from Gurmukhs like u.
  3. Yes pls don't apologize @Soulfinderveerji. @tva prasad Veerji. U r most welcome . Those are two Gurmukhs with avastha, we listen to their kathas. I m not sure of email, u can try via watsapp though. This is one of hiz video touching on ur subject And here's of Dharamjeet singh ji, video has his number there Interestingly as I was reading today's Darbar Sahib hukamnama it talks about this avastha. It's called ' ateet' that is detachment. Here's d pankti
  4. See what have i found for u. This is page one of ringing sound here Posted January 30, 2014 In all honesty, I personally feel it has had the opposite effect to a road block ! It has made me realise that i have a very long way to still go and there is so much more. As an idea, I feel it is ONLY a fraction (1/10th) of the complete journey to sachkhand. The only thing that can worry me at times is that I may feel that everyone thinks I'm becoming introverted and detached. But I am far from that because I feel much more in touch and attached with REALITY. Edited January 30, 2014 by Lucky Quote Sat1176 1,848 Posted January 31, 2014 I can totally relate to what you are saying. I actually feel internal detachment occurring that I have to force myself to remain grounded so to speak.
  5. Though I am very small in here however as far as I understand though we come in 'awe' or vismaad and look for some kind of confirmation in case we reach a stage in spirituality yet somewhere inside we know it's there. U know it's like a wife knows when it's her husband coming close or some other ' paraaya ", so @tva prasad veerji u must be having some feelings to assure urself. I can provide you the number of Simranjeet Singh ji or Dharamjeet Singh ji who may confirm ur avastha.
  6. Veerji i remember seeing a post somewhere, where @Luckyveerji demonstrated via similar diagram ( not a 3d one like this) that here ( core self) is where peneal ( if i spelled it right) gland is. Which imparts Amrit Ras Haina?
  7. I know this is an year old post m reading but I feel like slapping u on d face for insulting an answer worth more than millions by lucky veerji here. Honestly m ashamed of people who do not contribute anything themselves but simply blabber crap against those who try to help other members of the sangat to understand d message of Guru and discourage them... Shame Mr. @samurai2 if u call urself that. - though I don't find u penny worthy
  8. Ji, take care of urself. Waheguru ji
  9. Gaave ko daat jaane nisaan.  M dat pampered child of my father who looks for 'gifts' as a sign of his love ❤

  10. Hi.. Every thing is good rather better than before. M blessed☺. Believe that Gurbani takes care of all the worries and u shud not feel pain when u sit in his company.. I would tell u from a personal experience. I had this problem of body ache and I hired a maid for massage. Initially she used to keep on talking (crap) all the time and believe me even long after she was gone her stories used to keep on lingering in my head.... Then I started to switch on kirtan roopi Sukhmani Sahib path few mins before her time, I concentrated on path while she did her work peacefully. After a month I bid bye to her as bani had its effect and I no more required her svcs BUT not only on me -Bani had effect on her too.. She asked me how could she keep on listening to this 'music' as it brought peace to her mind. She said first 2-3 days it bothered her alot but slowly as she listened.. now it feels beautiful and brings peace✌. She was more quiet n mature Just few inputs about Migraine if u think may go for... Migraine can not be cured by allopathy. Go for Ayurvedic treatments like tarpan and panch karma etc. And keep ur jaw muscles relaxed.. Yes jaw muscles. And most important read the bhakti section in here more n try to meditate. Sitting in sunn relaxes all the muscles and nerves. Wahegurujis blessings are of course most important. Waheguru ji!
  11. In my quest towards Amrit.. I came across two extremes.. Pls pour in your ( source Gurmat Rehat Maryaada - Damdami Taksaal front pg uploaded) Vs ( source http://www.sikhnet.com/news/i-miss-good-ol-days-1) I remember my own ‘amrit sanchar’ very well. Bapu Ji took me to see Baba Sohan Singh Ji to discuss amrit as I had felt I was not ready for it. I was 15 and a favourite of Baba Ji as I did kirtan and accompanied Baba Ji and Bapu Ji on numerous occasions. The conversation went something like this. Baba Ji: Beta, your Bapu Ji tells me that you feel you are not ready for ‘amrit’ Me: Baba Ji, I will not be able to handle all the expectations of ‘amrit’ just yet. Baba Ji: Chal beta. Let us go through all your apprehensions. Me: I will not be able to do all the Nitnem banis expected of me. Baba Ji: Can you do JapJi in the morning, Rehras at dusk and Sohila at night? Me: I already do those. Baba Ji: Well, we have no problem. As time goes by add Jaap Sahib and Sawayiyay as Nitnem. Occasionally do the full Anand Sahib. In fact you will find that doing Sukhmani Sahib occasionally is also very uplifting. It will help you in your studies and even in your sports! Can we agree on that? Me: yes, Baba Ji. Baba Ji: You know what is expected of you and let me assure you that you will get supreme bliss and a sense of well-being every time you do all the banis! Next? Me: Baba Ji, 5 kekar. I cannot keep all 5 kekar on my person all the time. I love my sports and cannot be lugging around a kirpan, a kachhera and even a kanga in my hair. In fact when I play hockey, I am even expected to take my kara off as it can hurt an opponent. Baba Ji: Beta, I have one important question for you. Do you have intentions of cutting your hair into the future? Me: (I was shocked at even being asked that). No Baba Ji, I shall always keep my hair. I am proud to be a Sikh! Baba Ji: (Smiling, seeing the look of shock on my face.) Then Beta, we have no problems. The other kekars are man-made. They can come off and on as required. They are loving gifts from you bapu – Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Treasure them. Keep them. In fact learn how to wield a kirpan for defence and learn self-defence. Treasure your kachhera – do not go chasing after loose women or any woman for that matter. Wear the kara as your ornament from Guru Ji. Does that answer your question? Me: Yes Baba Ji! But Baba Ji, I play team sports where I am expected to share drinks with other players. What about ‘jooth’? Baba Ji: Not a problem. Let me explain something about amrit, beta. Amrit once taken is not easily broken. Once your pita, dhan dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj takes you by the arm, he does not easily give you up! Amrit only breaks if you commit a heinous sin including cutting your hair, engaging in extra-marital sex, eating halaal meat or consuming tobacco – the four ‘bejer-kurahits’. You will come up short many times as you are a human being. But all you have to do is realise your shortcoming, pick yourself up, ask for forgiveness from your father and move on in life. THAT IS AMRIT. Amrit is to give you a sense of belonging – belonging to the family of Guru Gobind Singh. If you want to be part of that family, then take amrit. It is as simple as that. I saw no possible reason not to partake of amrit. It was more about partaking of it and working with it rather than working at it first and then partaking of it when one felt ready. Let me assure you, I believe 95 percent of youngsters or just Sikhs who would otherwise take amrit will never ever feel ‘ready’ to partake of it. IF I HAD BEEN GIVEN A CHOICE BY SANT BABA SOHAN SINGH JI, I THINK I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOT AROUND TO PARTAKING OF AMRIT. He made the partaking of amrit feel like a rite of passage into adulthood rather than an option of getting into a rigid code of conduct for the rest of my life. Yes, I have fallen short many times but I have never felt that it has ever been broken. I belong to the family of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj.
  12. Thank you for this one. It is more clear than any of the previous ones for a ' niyaana' like me. Thanks. now i may find my steps further.
  13. That would be great. Thank youfor posting this. It's an amazing piece of literature, which we may have not access to otherwise. I loved the way the sifat/ upma of Guru Sahib and his shastr s is done here. No wonder Ani Rai ji was welcomed and regarded/ rewarded by Guru Sahibaans.
  14. The most surprising part for me was that even after being a 5 time 'namazi' and being such learned( as he sounds) of Quran Sharif, he wasn't even heard once because '"Ek baar jin tumhe sambhaara Kaal phaas te taahi ubaara"
  15. People have started calling me ' 'mad' and I am happy about it 😇

      3. Instead got upset 😭 when the landlord of the mango farm found a way out to 'kill' all those trees naturally and is now selling those as commercial plots ( they say of course that's a correct move as he was wasting his expensive ( in crores) main road property on Mangoes worth few thousands.))  And I stand against his smart move.

4.Govt is cutting off those mountains for four way lanes - all others see 'progress' i am complaining- i am called - pagal hai

5 I fought with the sweeper of our area as he was trapping little cute piglets when everyone else said whatever he did with them was none of my business   haha 😂😂

  16. After seeing this one, I kept thinking how strong these moh k dhaage are and we ve kept lingering to it since so many janams
  17. Well veerji snoring means blocked channels. This may reflect bad health, pls read about saas saas simran- Pranayam on this forum and get to work ASAP. P.s. My husband used to snore too and never indulge in healthy lifestyle even after constant nagging from me but since we have come back from Hemkund Sahib ( it's been 5-6 weeks)) he hasn't snored
  18. Yeah he says it in every possible way n we Still don't hear. Every thing around us is in cycle. Round. I have heard in a katha of Pinderpal ji that a wheel keeps on repeating its rounds again and again and thus covers long distances. Repetition of Gurumantra can thus take us to heights of spirituality. In childhood mom used to instruct the same things again n again. .. So if only one of those several panktis finds root in our hearts❤. We will be blessed. (Kinka aek jis jee basaave)
  19. Probably they have Intentionally not included those who have answered correctly... how's this possible that NOT ONE person knows about the real history?
  20. O... Sorry for the late reply Yes these are good links above. Still try and read the 18, 19 page of this thread only @Luckyveerji has described the things so well Let me paste it for us here. It's too good and has helped me alot Quote Lucky 1,876 Posted April 5, 2014 I was just going to explain my interpretation of Rom Rom simran. It's mentioned quite often in the order of saas graas, saas saas and then rom rom, but very rarely does any mahapursh give any details about it. I get that impression because it is a very practical technique that involves sukham sareer compared to physical, and I assume that most teachers/mahapursh/sant show and demonstrate to an abyhasee only after he is adept in saas graas and saas saas. It almost seems as it is kept hush hush and some sant/mahapursh don't reveal to student until x-amount of years have been spent doing the other vidhis/jugtees. I found that I could get a little information from one place and another little idea from another,,,,, so basically, my interpretation is from gathering the little bits and putting them together from varying sources. I must stress that as far as I understand it, one should be doing this only when they know how to maintain or get very close to a steadiness and when they are able to get breath balanced (ie,, via sukhmana channel) Primarily, one has to do more abyhaas to get the nadhis cleansed and stimulated, and when this happens- the sukham sareer properties start coming into play. I won't go into the vidhies of breath balancing or dhyian control for now,but will give you my understanding and how I've been doing the rom rom simran. ROM ROM SIMRAN This is pasanti bhani jap- which is mental, silent and completely from the sukham Mind. and it is antar ghat (completely internal) We are using sukham ears and sukhammouth to jap. (ie,,,sukham gyan and karam indries) It is ALL sukham compared to the Physical breathing manoeuvres/inhalations/tongue use....etc.. in Saas graas & Saas saas However, there is the beginning aspect of trying to feel the pulse or heartbeat, that is classed as physical. But once you master this, then it all becomes sukham. A little point I would like to make is about some confusion for matching breathing with heartbeat - which can no doubt lead to hyperventilation! I really don't think that you should match your breath to heartbeat- since this is ALL sukham. If we start matching physical breath then we are going towards sargun/physical behaviour again. The way I see it is- With simran we progress through the jugtees and techniques by gradually making our surti, dhyian and actions, to move from Sargun to Nirgun. So, if our surti can come out and away from the sargun body, then we move away from the grasps of kaal and his maya dominance. Therefore, we need to make surti/dhyian move from Sargun to Nirgun. (remember- before creation there was just the nirgun shabad and all sargun manifested later. It makes sense to go back home in that reverse order!) As for the rapid breathing technique that can lead to hyperventilation and hypoxia, I am aware that some keertan sangats practice this, but this is not to be confused with heartbeat & rom rom jugtee, or any other jugtee for that matter. Hypoxia or oxygen deprivation from rapid hyperventilation can give someone a good feeling of being lightheaded. I have heard how some of these kirtan sangats(akj) claim to have feelings of divine anand from their fast paced kirtan samagams, but this is nothing much different than the 2 minute high that party students get with nitric 'poppers', because of same oxygen starvation effects. Technique/method 1) 1st quieten and get that steady state where breath is balanced. 2) Try and feel your heart beat by putting the focus into that area 3) If this is difficult, then it may help if- -a) you hold your breath for a few seconds and then try to locate/listen. -b) Or you can instead ,try to feel your pulse on the wrist. 4) Once you find the beat and can follow it's beating rhythm, then putting some more dhyian there should make it more louder and prominent. 5) the anhad naad/dhun should also get more prominent if you have it present. -I usually find that they both get more enhanced at the same time 6) Now, that the heart beating is clear and can be followed, you incorporate and match the gurmantar along with it to begin rom rom. -this itself can be done in 2 ways a) you should be able to identify an ''up'' beat and a ''down'' beat. ...then coincide the Wahe-with-Up, and the Guru-with-Down. OR.. b) when the beat is too fast to differentiate the up/down, then you can match the whole gurmantar with this faster beat. For eg..you are saying waheguru, waheguru, waheguru, without any pause or breaks in wahe-and-guru. With practice, you should eventually be able to locate the heartbeat without touching or feeling any pulse. If you HOLD the breath for a few seconds, then this also make it easier to sense. NEXT, the goal is to put the focus on navel, because when focusing at navel, one can be steady in the sukhmanna channel and trying to rise upwards. The sukhmanna channel runs directly from navel area towards the nijh ghar. (in a straight line along the path of chakras) Before we are born and in the womb, this connection is fully active and intune with waheguru. When the umbilical cord is cut and the first birth breath is taken, that's when the veil layers of maya world start their course. You could also say that the knot to maya is tied after cord is cut/breath is taken in atmosphere. ਮਨ ਰੇ ਪਵਨ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਸੁਖਮਨ ਨਾਰੀ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥ Man re pavan ḏariṛ sukẖman nārī. ||1|| rahā▫o. O mind, hold your breath steady within the central channel of the Sushmanaa. ||1||Pause|| It's important to get the steady breath balance before you start rom rom. This steadiness and control comes when there are no thoughts. If any thoughts arise, then the breath balancing goes into either side of Ida or Pingala. That’s why it is called the turbulent ocean (bhavsagar) because we rock from side to side (left to right), or from ida to pingala whilst trying to travel up the nadis and trying to maintain the steadiness in sukhmana throughout. This 2nd stage of rom rom is to focus around navel area and feel the pulse there which is much more sukham. The focus, I believe is not directly at the belly button, but you feel the pulse and rom rom vibration just below it and deeper inside. It is the area called the DHARAN.- which is about 1 inch below and 1 inch inwards. I often find it a little easier to locate this subtle area compared to the heartbeat sometimes. With practice it should become easier and almost instant. The vibrations that I feel there can be Inand Out and so I use the mental Wahe-inand Guru-out, OR sometimes they may be going slightlyup/down at an angle rather than in/out, but I still use the same method and have noticed that the rate of rom rom vibration is practically the same. All the jap is done in complete sukham from the mind, and it can help if you do the internal, mental chant with the inner voice being raised with some power behind it. (as if your enforcing your internal chant) The last check I usually make is to be sure that I am breathing slowly and normally, and not accidentally incorporating the breath into the jap rhythm-which can be very easily done (and then you can end up with the hyperventilating issue explained above). Again, with practice, this will become instant and second nature. This practice takes you on a whole new quest with both mystical and spiritual experiences, that are individual and personally tailored to each of us. You will know that they can't be discussed openly. I can seriously understand why it is of great importance to have the right sangat and experienced gurmukh/mahapursh/sant guidance/advisor to assist you along the encounters at this stage. This is probably the reason to why it has the "hush hush'' factor and doesn't get mentioned too often. Sadly, I'm not in the company of any mahapursh and at certain times I have felt the desperate need to get questions answered. So far, I seemed to have managed using gurbani, certain info sources, practice and of course, Waheguru's blessings. Using the above practice method should eventually make Rom Rom fully manifest/pargat. There are a few nishanees that can help determine if it's pargat in full or not, but I won't go into those here.
  21. Cooool... Wow. All the best. Pls do read about rom rom simran from this site... And keep growing. But remember this always.. 919} It's all about 'Gurprasadi'. Don't let ur ego come in between. It's him doing 'his' Jaap
