Veer ji banis such as Chandi Di Vaar,Uggardanti,Shastar Naam Mala,Brahm Kavach,Chandi Chirtars 1&2,Bhagauti Astotar etc are for pure bir ras as dass has read all of these banis with guru sahib ji's kirpa using roman english text and seen the bir ras from them. Tav Prasad Savaiye is actually from Sri Akal Ustat as recently dass read the full paath as its quite a long length bani same as Sukhmani Sahib Ji but with harder words. But its full of lot kirpa as dass heard in katha track to do akal ustat paath

Thanks for sharing veer ji as dass didn't know about this. It does make sense especially as you have been through the training which does sound like a really good intro to the training of the purtan arts.

Dass has been eating breakfast before doing nitnem or other banis as i get headaches/migraine if I try on a empty stomach. So dass is happy to see that our fellow message board members are doing nitnem without eating as thats something that dass hasn't for a quite a few years now.

I agree with this veer ji as our bhen ji is in a really tricky situation right now. @lively123Bhen Ji everyone makes mistakes so rather than waiting later on why not get married at a local registry office as then you will be legally married.

WJKK WJKF Veer ji you should do ardas or at least say the names of our Guru Sahib Ji before starting any simran or nitnem as it will help give you strength to do paath simran nitnem as nobody is as powerful as Waheguru so try to do ardas. Rest just try to listen to as much katha,kirtan etc as you can. As dass suffers from migraines its not nice to have so i can imagine reading your posts and you must be feeling veer ji.
