    I have told you many times, widen your horizons a bit, you are not the center of the world, so that all has to revolve as per your thinking and likes.

    Accept people as they are, nobody is perfect, and you even less... So stop being so negative.

    Had you paid attention a bit to the wordings, you would have realized that it is nothing but seeking His help and guidance.

    In fact  inspiring words with deep meaning are more  valuable, music as in this case is secondary. 

    So, is that in any way wrong or bad? 

    For your kind information, the word kirtan, or kirtana, means ‘telling, narrating, enumerating or describing’ and originates from the Vedic period,  and that is exactly what the singer is doing, communicating with the Almighty.

    You may not have good vibes towards me, and I understand and accept it, but so do I towards you...

    I do not like 99.99% of your posts, yet I respect your freedom, and do not wait for a chance to point out.

    I let you be as you are, for hardly anyone can change anyone.

    Mooorakh jee, just mature up by accepting things as they are taste wise, thinking wise,  and do not be so judgemental.

    Such a disgrace, a person calls himself a sikh, keeps on lecturing people on principles, sikhi, rights and wrongs etc etc more than anyone else and couldn't take a line long feedback? Taunting a female on the forum is such a manly act paaji i am impressed. 

    So much content each day made me think what kind of person is this? I asked you, your avastha cos you act being the head here..now you proved 👎   You would have utilized your time in chanting or studying Gurbani instead. Number of pictures or panktis on a forum only makes things difficult for others to look for, doesn't prove your high Intellect.  Your behaviour with others does.

    What exactly are you trying to convey? Of course naam is supreme! And "avar kaaj tere kine na kaam" Japping naam is utmost and only important thing to do... 

    I am not discouraging any one to do path.. I am only asking to shunn off smartness in front of the Gurujii and do path with love than counting numbers.. 

    A stage may come in the life of a sadhak ((as we may get answer to how Baba Deep Singh ji and other Mahapurush had high number Japji Or naam for that matter )) is absorbed into their Rom Rom and one path can be equivalent to 72 crores then. 

    But thas AVASTHA. .. only via Gurprasad!

    I am sorry guys but this all is too funny.. 

    I would say you need to grow up. It's good that you are communicating with your father and even better that your mind wants to increase its food by Increasing your Nitnem but

    one you made a silly Comitment of increasing one path a day and now when you see it as a not possible task for yourself you are finding ways around? Whom are you trying to fool man? Your own self of course! cos it of course doesn't matter to Baba ji. 

    Brother he only sees your bhavna. ( remember Gobind bhaav bhagat ka bhooka. Jin Prem kiyo tin hi Prabh paayo) so it's love that matters. 

    Syaanpa - chaturaiya that you are doing with your mind are NOT parwaan in Sikhi and you should of course know that as you recite Japji sahib so much. It's not the game of numbers, it's Not materiaistic, it's all about ❤love. 

    Ek chhin vi parwaan hai if it is whole hearted ( ek pal ek chhin jin dhiyaayo kaal phaas k beech na aayo) 

    Read the sakhi of Bhai Gopala-one Japji sahib paath with all your concentration and he was about to get the Gur Gaddi- imagine the power of this bani. 

    Do as much u can with utmost Love! And that's parwaan. 

    @ lavi -please understand that we don't do paath to make Guru sahib hear it, he would of course understand all the jumblings and mumbling of his kids, but we do paath, simran for our inner cleansing ( bhariye mat papa k sang oh dhope naave k rang) and again it's the love that matters be them mumblings, barking or gargles

    I don't think that one should go into technicalities of breathing and simran together etc. Every person is different as in other things, so is the case with Simran too. we do things differently, something that suits me may not be feasible for you. 

    Waheguru ji respects and rewards our labour and I am ensuring that from my personal experience.

    Just sit and start loudly- initially.Forget about anything else. Breathe etc will sync in automatically.

    Read Guru Granth Sahib ji brother. Try and understand the meanings - deeper meanings. It will give you the necessary boost. I am myself astonished as to how a pankti that i have been reading since childhood can have such different meanings for instance, Gopal tera Aarta did u know what this shabad actually mean

    The lotus! 

    It refers to the flower or ☀ mark that you see on the foot of Guru Sahib in the picture above. 

    Nanaksar Maryaada tells us to meditate on the padam - on the Sargun roop of The Guru. 

    It is said that Sri Krishna had this padam on his foot, which emitted s a bright light like a star. It became the reason for his physical death. Similarly there's a Sakhi of Guru RAMDAAS Sahib having Padam on his feet

    He means Kundalini, chakras, ridhi, sidhi etc are not the goals to stress upon. If we have a proper Guru- the perfect one and his powerful mantra these sounds, lights, Kundalini etc allign themselves as naturally as digestion tkes place. 

    All you should be interested in is eating and getting energy... Intestines, gastric juices, excretion etc will happen on their own. 

    Nofap - if you are a hindu i would suggest you to accept Sri Krishna or Ramji as your master.. These Nirankaris and other land mafias ( thas what they look to me) -are not spiritual masters... 

    Swami Ramanand, Swami Ramakrishna, etc are others that you can follow. .. Again don't follow a muddy pond... Find a fresh lake. 

    Try reading Guru Granth Sahib or Bhagvad Geeta (original NOT The ISKON Version) to guide you further on this journey
