Few things that i have noted during my practice and may help or motivate others. I plan to jot here. I stand to be corrected. @Lucky @Sat1176veerji tagged for correction and support. 

 We need not chant loudly all day however we have to do baikhari bani jaap atleast few minutes a day ( more initially n less at later stages) to

1. wash us off our daily maya indulgence. 

2. As we chant loudly our naval automatically gets pull inside at Waahe and released at Guru... Like a yoga asan ( I think it's kapal bhaati) n release of Amrit ras gets activated.

I am really sorry soulfinder veerji -- no offence but this is a Very misleading and a wrong video. Totally against the Gurbani pankti written by Kabir ji in the video itself. 

anyone listening to this video please replace the word mala with Jivha or tongue as you listen to it. Materials don't become parmesar the roop - Mann does. Human soul does. 

if we chant waheguru, we get sugandhi from INSIDE NOT FROM MAALA. if we do jaap the fruit is bestowed to our Mann not to wood or plastic simarni. Hide your inside self from negativity NOT materialistic maala.

Why is Sikhi getting merged in karan kaands like other Dharams. Hygiene is important rest should depend upon an individual and his environment

The so called historical facts are about the warriors after Guru sahib's time, may be MAharajas or Gorays' soldiers like those of Saragarhi etc

Focus and concentration are the fruits of doing Gurbani n jaap. The Results! You can't have results before you study or appear for exams. 

 Keep karam kaands aside as Guru Nanak Dev ji taught. Your regular one time bath with water suitable to your body and the weather is okay too. Ardas should be a prayer with love - may or may not have specific words. 

Thoughts does bother each of us, so that's human! Bring your mann back to track everytime you realise it's wandering - all bani of Anand sahib keeps on calling mann - eh mann mereya:  eh mann pyareya etc. Mann nu control karna is the ultimate goal n it's not a one day game. It's a lifelong rather lives - long struggle

Sukhmani does not object to Sukha. It understands it fully.

Thas your version - an addicts' version of sukh. ((Sukhmani sukh amrit PRABH NAAm)) My sukh doesn't depend upon any drugs. A suhagan would only know the sukh of her husband's arms around her waist. You enjoy your nasha. I am all drenched in love n enjoying it. 

N @paapiman why can't you understand things in one go.. I don't slander you. I still pity you. - poor man has time - is however wasting it in reading n spreading falsehood. - if you had bibek budh to differentiate .... !

M sorry but this is little skeptical if we go by this pankti of Guru Nanak sahib then waheguru has a roop - with beautiful eyes, nose, long hair n golden aura roop. Sorry but I hv a shanka on this.. @Lucky veerji pls clarify if possible. 

Well on the second thought.. See how children draw sun - see yellow or golden. They also say stars are golden but science term sunlight as white light or natural light - combination of colors... may be it's how one may perceive it . It may depend on many other factors and varies from person to person 

U asked a question- didn't wait for me to reply   you passed a judgement..still  FYI I have won this one here, - now anyone reading this thread would get to know that watever paapiman has posted is not itihas rather mithias as there are so many people opposing it n trying posting the truth... ... So they won't atleast blindly think that sikhs n their Gurus are addicts.

6 ghar 6 gur 6 updes Gur gur eko ves anek. Baba jai Ghar karte keerat hoye so ghar raakh vadai toye. So, wen asked from Guru Nanak Dev ji- he answered that one should keep his awareness on tenth gate of his body, where there is always a bliss or the praise of Lord going on... (Anhad shabad) - over and above the land of thoughts. - that is thhir Ghar or tenth gate.... Just like there's one sun still many seasons similarly there's One God yet many paths ( karte k kete ves) 

The paths may be different however the destination is the ultimate truth- the One and only. For sikhs the path is sehaj - naam japna with loads of love for the Guru sahib- to the extent that the Lord is pleased- just like a husband is pleased with his loving n caring wife-..

You didn't read n kept on talking about shaheeds and medicine. They weren't the topic of my or @Ragmaala veerjis' larai anyway. When people say that this sant did a miracle or something, then we should correct them and tell that it is Vaheguru who is keeping the laaj of his gursikhs. The sants never use the Ridhi sidhis they obtain, unless to fulfill any hukam of guru sahib.

Gurbani clearly states that one should not focus on ridhi sidhis nor use them for selfish purposes because they keep you away from path of Vaheguru.

I guess it's high time I can stop making you guys understand my point.. The one who hasn't tasted Amrit rass of love n bhakti can't understand the power of its intoxication and healing.. ... 

But I would still say one last time that Guru k singhs were in love with the Guru -they weren't paid slaves or soldiers like that of mughals...  they won't need any such superficial thing if they have the real thing..- the Amrit (only if you knew the power and how high it can make one! - but aap aapni budh hai jeti- you are considering them ordinary human beings like me n you)

Don't worry bro @GurjantGnosticMy husband loves me more than you can think of. He's a teetotaller - won't allow me a drop of wine be alone sukha ...
