1. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh Is it feasible to request at the feet of Sant jee who is having all the copies of audio of Viakhya Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji By Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji. The request to collect all copies/cassette/tapes and give them to professional companies like: HMV or T-series to convert all the tapes to mp3 digital dvd. We all can bear the expenses. It's just a thought which can help us to get the best possible quality within very short span of time. das
2. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh, I don't have any idea whether Guru Nanak Dev Ji met Bhagat Kaber or not. But in Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji's deewan of Sant jee it is mentioned: 1. Bhagat Kabir lived for around 100 years. (I think Sant jee specified 100 years....I don't remember exact number of years). 2. Gurmukhi is GOD's language. Gurus could have written Sri Guru Granth Sahib jee in some other language. But they chose Gurmukhi. The above 2 things were inside Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji's deewan. das
3. As shaheediyan has stated a sakhi to show the purity of milk, milk is the puriest form. GOD has given food to unborn child inside the mother's womb, and then HE has given the food to newly born child through the mother. The point to note here is milk comes ONLY when a child is born to a mother and NOT before that. It is gift of GOD to newly born child that even if the newly born child's parents are very poor, even then the child will be survived on mother's milk. Mother is second to GOD. So, Milk is considered to be pure and scared. das
4. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh Milk, Yogurt, and Ghee DOES hold important place in universe. Some of the things are: 1. Milk is used to clean the sacred places (irrespective of the material of which the place is made of). e.g In Harimandar Sahib, Amritsar Gurdwara Sahib, Milk is used to wash the floor. e.g Nishan Sahib is cleaned with Milk. 2. From Milk alone, 36 types of food could be prepared. GOD has given us 36 types of food. 3. New born baby is given mother's milk. Mothers are blessed with Milk from their breasts. Why GOD created Milk to come out of Mother's breast? HE could have created something which includes all the vitamins... 4. Milk, Yogurt, and Ghee are most widely used ingredents in any religious ceremony. Pasoo mileh chang-aa-ee-aa kharh khaaveh amrit deh. Even beasts have value, as they eat grass and give milk (Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji - Page 489, Line 6) Amrit khand dooDh maDh sanchas too ban chaatur ray. The realms of nectar are irrigated with milk and honey; you think you are clever to live in the water. (Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji - Page 990, Line 11) A cup of milk and a jug of water is brought to family god, by Naam Dayv, after milking the brown cow. ||1|| Please drink this milk, O my Sovereign Lord God. Drink this milk and my mind will be happy. Otherwise, my father will be angry with me."||1||Pause|| Taking the golden cup, Naam Dayv filled it with the ambrosial milk, (Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji - Page 1163, Line 18 ) Milk is compared to nectar, which one can drink to become immortal. Of course, simply drinking milk will not make one immortal. Guru Ji instructed us NOT to indulge in things like: Only Milk can save you or can give you everything or GOD is happy with milk etc.... One has to do Naam, Daan and Ishnan. So, it looks like milk does hold some important value, but the reason behind that cannot be explained by me with mand budh. It cannot be explanied by any of the so called today's scholar. The exact meanings can only be learned from a Sant Mahapurash/Brahmgyani. das
5. Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ke Fateh It great to know that you already copy of "Das Granthi". I will appreciate if you can send me the PDF or .doc version of "Das Granthi" at: sas79gi-me@yahoo.com Thanks
6. I don't understand why we always start debate over why Nihangs wear blue and all that stuff. I started this thread just to get the information related with three important colors that hold special meaning in many religions and NOT specific in Sikhism. GOD created Maya and 5 fundametal elements (earth, water, fire, air, sky) for all religions. HE did not create colorless sky for Sikhs, saffron for Hindus, and green for Muslims. HE created blue sky for everyone. I might be wrong, but this is the information that was derived: WHITE: It represent GOD's character of everything, everywhere, and truth. Everything comes from white and goes into white. White represents GOD color. White is for man de shanti, veraag, sacha-socha. examples: 1. Mostly the saints wear white. 2. Good-spirits are also mostly dressed in white chola. (for those who have seen them) 3. Opening dasam-dwar, ones sees is ONLY the bright white light and feels unexplainable anand. SAFFRON: It represent GOD's character of purest of pure and can make anything pure that comes into GOD's contact. Saffron also represents the color of fire and sacrifice. examples: 1. A desi ghee jhot is lit during Akhand Path. 2. Shaheeds (not in physical bodies) are mostly dressed in Saffron and Blue, blue being the large portion. BLUE: It represent GOD's character of universal and unlimited (RAAB da koi ant NAHI ha, there is no end and there is ONE GOD). Our blue skies represent the ONE and infinity. Nothing can be said for infinity and unexplainable. examples: 1. Sky and sea are blue. 2. Shaheeds are mostly dressed in Saffron and Blue, blue being the large portion. These colors can also be described in another way as follows: WHITE: White being the color of veraag, being seperated from GOD. A person wearing white represents that he/she is seperated from GOD and wants to merge with ONE source GOD for always. SAFFRON: Saffron being the color of sacrifice, represents that the person wearing saffron is willing to sacrifice himself in order to be on GOD's path. BLUE: Blue being the universal color represents that the person wearing blue is available to help and fight for anyone and everyone without taking into account anyone's religion, caste, creed etc. Bhul chuk de maffi das
7. I'm not that type of Khalistani. Infact my basic question is: Why White, Blue, and Saffron are widely accepted as auspicious and sacred (in relation to the 5 type of fundamental elements - Water, Fire, Air, Sky, Earth or in relation to some other generalized concept) Just for example: Sikhism also we do prefer White, Blue, and Saffron........and same thing for Hinduism for whom Saffron/Kesri is most sacred.........and the explanation for these need not to be from Sikhism.......it could be from anywhere......from Vedas etc..... As a matter of fact, I'm against the persons who outrightly reject anything coming from Vedas.............just like most persons calling themselves true Khalsa outrightly reject the concept of 14 loks - 7 worlds above earth, and 7 below earth (including earth)............they reject the concept of Savarg and Narak, because it is first defined in Hindu Vedas..........by saying that you are RSS agent and Vedas are nothing..............GURUji has asked us "NOT to say that Vedas are wrong".........but at the same time GURU Ji also asked us to follow only GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI. GOD can achieved through ANY religion..........the ONLY requirements are: 1. Having GURU. 2. Person's devotion towards ONE GOD. das
8. It is just for the reference as Xylitol has asked and it has nothing to do with Sikhism. I will appreciate if anyone could help me with my queries which is posted ABOVE this message. Color has a profound effect on all of us on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Using the seven colors of the spectrum, Color Therapy aims to balance and enhance our body's energy centers / Chakras and also to help stimulate our body's own healing process. For example, we all know that chakras help with spiritual levels. The following are the relations of chakras with colors: Chakra Name - Color - Element Base/Root - Red - Earth Sacral/Spleen - Orange - Water Solar Plexus - Yellow - Fire Heart - Green - Air Throat - Blue - Ether/Sky Third Eye - Indigo - Light Crown - Violet - White Light Now, some of the effects of colors are as follows: RED: Red may help when: *you need courage and self-confidence *are anemic *feel tired or indisposed *have poor blood circulation *you are cold *need renewed energy ORANGE: Orange energy may help when: *you want to increase appetite *you need joy and well-being *have stomach disorders *nervousness *skin problems *asthma *allergies *vertical grooves in your nails *lack working energy YELLOW: Yellow may help when: *you feel nervous or tired. *you are sad. *you have parasites *skin problems *wieght problems *suffer from ulcers *poor digestion GREEN: Green Energy may help when: *you need to soothe your nerves *you have tension headaches *need peace and harmony *have chronic problems *digestive problems *need to calm down BLUE: Blue Energy may help when: *you need to calm your mind and nerves *have throat problems *cannot sleep *have menstrual problems *eye, ear, nose, throat problems *have had a shock *have a fever INDIGO Indigo Energy may help when: *you need to find inner balance *calm nerves and lymphatic systems *have hearing problems *have sleeping problems VIOLET Violet Energy may help when: *you have emotional problems *want to clear an existing situation *strengthen your spiritual values *strengthen your creativity das
9. Sangat ji, please post on this topic as I need the information..... In Sikhism: White, Blue and Saffron are given preference. So, please do NOT start the debate that Sikhs should or should not follow White/Blue/Saffron only. Please NO debate for Khalsa colors or not. I need help from learned sajans...........Till now, I've collected the following information, but I still need something for Blue.........moreover, if there any thing that you have heard from a spiritual discourse from Sant/Brahmgyani or other religious person, then please post those valuable information. I am NOT trying to determine the effects of colors on body/mind, instead I was wondering why these colors (White, Saffron, Blue) are widely accepted in Sikhism. WHITE: It represents source of conscious creation. It represents everything (All colors include), in other terms it represents GOD which is everything. White transforms the delusion of agnorance into the wisdom of reality. Also, upon opening of Dasam Dwar, one sees the bright light only and feels the unexplainable enjoyment and this light is White. SAFFRON: It is a color of sun/fire. It represents the pure thing. We lit desi ghee de JYOT during Akhand Path Sahib. Fire is considered the purest of the pure because it consumes all impurities but yet remains pure by itself. It is believed that the desi ghee de JYOT purifies the atmosphere. BLUE: The 2 fundamental components (from Water, Sky, Fire, Earth, Air) are blue (actually sky-blue)......?????? Bhul chuk de maffi
10. I think vedas must have mentioned these colors if anyone has read???
11. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ke Fateh, In Sant Baba Attar Singh Ji's JiwanGatha, Babaji mentioned that: "Nothing against any color. But in Sikhism White, Blue, and Saffron are acceped". We can see that these 3 colors in widely used in Sikhism and many other religions. We all know what these colors mean, their effects on our bodies, on spiritual stage etc....., but I am really looking forward if someone could shed some light on the history behind these colors.......like does the 5 fundamental elements (earth, water, fire, air, and sky) has any relationship with these colors? OR something like that. These colors are considered as sacred, and scientifically these colors do affect one's mind, brain and other body parts and also spiritual stage. I agree with it......but what is the CORE reason behind that? Anyone having knowledge (by reading vedas, or learning it by reading some books or through any other means) of this is requested to please throw some light on it. For reference: 1. Nishan Sahib's cloth is mostly saffron, sometimes in certain Gurdwaras it's color is blue. 2. Most of the Sants wear white bana. 3. Guru Gobind Singh Ji's army is associated with blue color. Nihangs wear blue. 4. Siropa given in Gurdwara is mostly of saffron or white color. and so on.... das
12. Waheguru Ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji ke Fateh, I also face same problem with most of the modern Amritdharis. Actually, we've unable to understand the core meanings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji though they say that we're not understanding the Guru Granth Sahib Ji. We need to understand that: Where in Guru Granth Sahib Ji it is written that hate some religion or people. Guruji does NOT allow us to hate anyone even though the other person or religion is trying to prove that Sikhs are part of Hindus. We belong to a religion which even quenches the thirst of its enemies in the battlefield. Guru Gobind Singh Ji didn't say that we should not give water to injured enemies. But as a matter of fact Guru Gobind Singh Ji asked to provide medication to injured enemy soldiers. If our Gurus have ordered us to do such things to our enemies, then how could we hate and say bad to other religions that are trying to prove that we're part of them??? Secondly, most of the modern Amritdharis looks down upon anyone (including other Amritdharis) that goes to Sant/Mahapurash/Brahmgyani. They normally say that Sant/Brahmgyanis claim themselves as Gurus and as you are following dehdhari Gurus, you're going against the order of Guru Gobind Singh Ji. But they need to understand this very clearly that NO Sant/Brahmgyani claims himself as Guru. They're here just to let us know how to reach the GOD BY FOLLOWING GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI. Sant do NOT preach anything outside of Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Most people normally ask that if you're Amritdhari who has taken Amrit from Panj Payaras, then why you need to go to Sant/Brahmgyani? The answer is: We go to Sants because only a Brahmgyani can give us a Naam Jugti. If any one payara from among Panj payaras is Bramhgyani, then he can give naam de jugti to the jaiagaso. But if there is no Bramhgyani within Panj Payaras, then we need Bramhgyani to guide us for the meanings of Guru Granth Sahib Ji and for naam de jugti. This was different in older times when all the Panj Payares were Brahmgyanis, now these days see how many from us are Amritdharis and Brahmgyanis??? Brahmgyani can disclose the very core meaning in Gurbani. Each tuk can be understood in different meanings according to the avastha. But Brahmgyani can disclose the actual meaning of Gurbani to us. Everything in the world can be easily achieved with jugti/technique and same thing applies to jeev atma if GOD wants jeev atma to get out of 8400000 juni. This jugti/technique can ONLY be taught by someone who has already one with GOD or say who has achieved GOD and anyone who achieved GOD is called Bramhgyani (knower of Bramhgyan). But yes, I do believe that there are some persons who are acting as Sants, but they are not. For them I would say that we should NOT say bad to them, because they are in bana (outer) and we should respect their outer bana and there is no way that we can test whether he is a true Brahmgyani or not.......in-fact we should never ever try to test Brahmgyani....... how could we as a human-beings detect/test a Brahmgyani, we're NOT even able to differentiate between a actual pool of water and false pond on a hot day from some distance..............during a hot day on the road it looks like there is water on the road but when we go near it was just our wrong thinking......this is so called Mirage effect........we are misled by our brain and eyes............the point here is our senses are bound to be deceived because of the effect of maya. Only Brahmgyani can remove this parda of maya and help us to see the reality by taking us near to RAAB. Thirdly, modern Amritdharis don't believe that Hell, Heaven, 33 crore devte, Good Spirits, Bad Spirits, Ridhi-Sidhi etc. etc exists........ they simply call these things as RSS da agenda or manmat. These things DO exist, but Guruji has warned us NOT to follow these things.......means that we should not do worship of 33 crore devte, and we should not have the craze for Ridhi-Sidhi because these things are part of maya which may divert us from ONE path. But we can NOT refuse it's existence. I don't have the vast knowledge as most of you guys have.
13. ok, I'll wait for that good day. thanks.
14. thanks for the info. Are they also creating the katha in PDF format. Do you have any idea when the full cds will be completed. thanks
15. Does anybody have FULL Vikhaya of GURU GRANTH SAHIB JI by Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji???? I've looked into gurmatveechar, but it's not complete. I'm looking for Vikhaya by Sant Gurbachan Singh Ji either in AUDIO format OR in PDF format. Please let me if anybody does have the Vikhaya. das
16. it's great seva bhaji....may GOD be always by your side.
17. It's great to know that you have such a collection..........I will be greatful to you if you could upload these to some place..........most of the time I am looking for diwans AND bichans of: Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji, Sant Baba Mohinder Singh Ji, Sant Baba Kishen Singh Ji. das
18. neo bhaji.........from 3rd Panth, do you mean 3rd religion or something more deeper...............I've heard this, but not sure whether it should be taken as 3rd religion or ??? das
19. thanks for the update....it's really mind blowing.......I am always after the Babaji's diwans.........I will download all of them.
20. I agree with Neo bhaji.......... Guru Nanak Dev ji is Sarb Kala Samrath Avatar and our all GURUS are EK joot.........even being a Sarb Kala Samarath Avatar, neither GURU Nanak Dev Ji nor other 9 Gurus never ever asked anyone to worship Him........infact Guru Gobind Singh Ji warned us NOT to call Him GOD................Avatars BEFORE Guru Nanak Dev Ji failed to propagate the name of ONE LORD..........they actually propagate themselves as God.................. As explained in the previous post, maya's job is to: HIDE ORIGINAL THING AND DISPLAY SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL............maya effect everyone even if it is avatar, it depends on the avatar whether He continues to be a worshiper of One GOD or be effected by maya...........because the avatar is in human form and human form is made by 5 elements which is bond by maya, and it is maya which gives rise to kaam, kridh, lobh, moh, and pride.......in GOD there is no blood, but in human form the avatar's body does have blood......so there are certain things/principles under which this universe is running........human does have some characteritics which any avatar has to fulfill in order to be in human form........same thing with maya. example: took a glass of water from sea, now both water in glass and sea are exactly same.......there is NO difference.......both have exactly same qualities........Is it ok for the water in glass to say that I am sea.......I guess NO.......even though it is same, but it cannot say that.........now, is there any way that you can store entire sea in one bottle?? But there is a way to store same water from sea (with lesser Quantity but same Quality) in a bottle........and the water in glass is bound to the shape of glass/bottle (because it is the glass/bottle who has made possible to store small amount of water).......... So, that way sea is GOD himself, and there is NO way that GOD can take birth (He is Ajoni......cannot be born out of womb)..........so, GOD sent avatars in human-form (humans are made of 5 elements), so it means that human form can be effected by Maya........now it depends on the Avtars whether to tell people that they are GOD (by coming under maya) OR be above maya by letting people know that they are nothing (even though they are everything) and asking everyone to remember that One LORD. secondly, according to Dasam Granth Sahib: Vishnu took 24 incarnations and NOT 10 incarnations. bhul chuk de maffi das
21. Firstly, let us discuss Who is Brahmin and who is Khalsa: Brahmin: The actual meaning is anyone who attains brahmavidya. But during the Guru Nanak Dev Ji's period Brahmins started thinking that the Brahmin is actually the person who takes birth in Brahmin family and does have all the Vedas knowledge. Brahmin think that they are the ONLY one who does have the authority to read and listen the vedas. They assume themselves to be superior from all other castes. Core Brahmins in old days didn't allow the low caste persons to enter the temple thinking that they will spoil the spiritulity of the temple. ONE HAS TO TAKE BIRTH IN BRAHMIN FAMILY IN ORDER TO BE A TRUE BRAHMIN. Khalsa: ANYONE OR EVERYONE (from all castes, creed, color) can become Khalsa by OFFERING their head to Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Khalsa does NOT assume themselves to be superme. Khalsa offers langar (community kitchen) to all (all castes, creed, color) and consumes same langar with all while sitting on the same level. Khalsa offers help to all people (helping some financially poor brahmin,shudhar,jatt... to marry their daughters and son). Guru Gobind Singh Ji OR Khalsa allows everyone to pay their repect in Gurdwara. Now, the question of marriage within Khalsa: Marriage is a life-long partnership (at-least in India) under which one has to perform his/her worldy duties ALONG with fulfilment of our main duty for which we all are here .i.e to get out of 84 lakh and merge with GOD. Marriage is like a cart whoses both tyres/tires needs to be equal in order to run the cart. If both the tyres are NOT equal then neither the cart will run nor you will reach your destination (our destination is merging with GOD). Then how could a marriage between 2 entirely distinct persons be helpful to either of them? Lioness milk is extremely powerful and it does have great healing effects, but lioness milk can NOT be stored in any vessel other than gold. If the lioness milk is store in other vessel (except gold), then the milk will be spoiled instantly. Eating jhota: If someone eats jhota, then who knows whether the other person eat meat, or drink alcohol or other intoxicants. And Khalsa is instructed to refrain from meat and alcohol. But one should not go to extreme......we all know that we should NOT kill animals, but it does not mean that we need to cover our mouths as we are killing some micro-organisms by inhaling etc.... Gurbani states that: Kabir Ji says after seeing the Brahmins all the time saying about jhotta: "[/highlight:5a99bafb9a]The mother is impure, and the father is impure. The fruit they produce is impure. Impure they come, and impure they go. The unfortunate ones die in impurity. Tell me, O Pandit, O religious scholar, which place is uncontaminated? Where should I sit to eat my meal? The tongue is impure, and its speech is impure. The eyes and ears are totally impure. The impurity of the sexual organs does not depart; the Brahmin is burnt by the fire. The fire is impure, and the water is impure. The place where you sit and cook is impure. Impure is the ladle which serves the food. Impure is the one who sits down to eat it. Impure is the cow dung, and impure is the kitchen square. Impure are the lines that mark it off. Says Kabeer, they alone are pure, who have obtained pure understanding."[/highlight:5a99bafb9a] Everything is jhoota, water is jhoota by birds, animals.....same way fruits, vegetables are jhoote. Bhul chuk de maffi das
22. Firstly, we need to understand what is Maya. GOD decides to transform itself into many roops WITH Maya. Maya gives birth to 3 gunas - rajo, tamo, sato guna; From Maya sky is born; From sky air is born; From air fire is born; From fire water is born; From water earth is born. This series is exactly the opposite during destruction (maha-parlo). Any being with pure sato gun is GOD himself. Everthing (including humans, Avatars, Deities, top deities like: Brahama, Shiv, Vishnu) is this universe is made up of 5 elements (sky/ether, air, fire, water, earth/mud). And everything is under Kaal/Time, even Maya is under Kaal.............so it means that all Avatars, deities, Sants are under Kaal. All avtars were born and then gone to merge with GOD, so it's obvious that they in human form were within kal. There is only One GOD who is NOT within Kaal. The avatars were NOT God. GOD do NOT take birth. The avtars were sent by GOD himself to propagate the name of GOD. Avtars were one with GOD, like: the avtars does merge with GOD after their human form, but we can NOT say that avtars were GOD. Guru Gobind Singh Ji is one with GOD, but Guruji ordered us NOT to call him GOD. "Everyone is caught in the noose of Death, no Rama or prophet can escape from it. All of them who made grand claims of being Avtars of God died repentant. Why doest not thou, O, hapless being seek the shelter of the One Lord. (15th swayya)" Even the Indra (king of heaven) is under the chakar of Kal. Maya ties to effect everything, but the persons taking shelter of One Waheguru are saved from maya, infact maya does salute them (whom she tried to effect, but they didn't get affected). There are 4 yugs (Sat Yuga, Dwapara Yuga, ThrethaYuga, and the Kali Yuga) and in each yug there are 84 avatars who take birth on this earth. Every avatar is NOT the exact image of GOD......I mean to say that they are NOT GOD.......the different kind of avatars are as follows during each yug: There are different types of avatars: Ansa Avtar Aveshya Avtar Kala Avtar Nit Avtar Namit Avtar Pooran Avtar Guru Avtar The above mentioned avatars have different levels of powers and Guru Avatar does have almost all powers. Those who merges with GOD tells us that after Brahamgyan everything looks like the part of Waheguru and it's just maya who is NOT allowing us (kalyugi jevs) to see Waheguru in every being. Bhul chuk de maffi das
23. Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ke Fateh, This is NOT mocking. We need to look at the deep meaning of these stances instead of saying that Gurbani mocks at Hindu avatars etc. etc...............These things can also be found in Dasam Granth Sahib. People at that time thinks that Bramha, Siva, and Vishnu are the top powers. No one is above them. The power created by GOD made people worship them. All those whom God established for the revelation of His Supremacy, they themselves were called Supreme. They are supreme. But Gurbani told us that they are not the supereme, they are also part of the creation of ONE SUPEREME GOD/WAHEGURU. IT is WAHEGURU who created them to sustain the world: Brahma is creator; Siva is destoryer; and Vishnu is sustainer; AND IT IS WAHEGURU from WHOM the devtas took power to create/destory/sustain the world. Gurbani tells us that even some top devtas are filled with ego, maya and other things which are NOT pure sato gun. Everything is within KAL, even the devtas/avatars are within KAL.....ONLY WAHEGURU himself is outside KAL.......this is what Gurbani is telling us and that's NOT mockery. "All those whom God established for the revelation of His Supremacy, they themselves were called Supreme." (Dasam Granth) therefore Gurbani says that no-one is equal to GOD. The whole thing is to let us (kalyugi jev) know that IT is only WAHEGURU/GOD which is our destination and NOT the devtas/avatars..........because all avatars, saints, prophets, hermits are within the KAL.........ONLY WAHEGURU is outside KAL.......and WAHEGURU can be achieved only through the Guru....... Somewhere He hath created millions of the servants like Krishna. passed away. All the other prevalent object are within KAL, only One supreme KAL is ever Timeless and eternal.84. When I created the world in the beginning, I created the ignominious and dreadful Daityas. Who became mad with power and abandoned the worship of enmity and ego. Everyone placed his own interest first and foremost and did not comprehend the Supreme Brahman. All the great Purushas created by me started their own paths. Whatever the Lord said, I am repeating the same unto you, I do not bear enmity with anyone.31. And that's the reason that NONE of the our 10 GURUS claim themselves to be GOD and even Guru Gobind Singh Ji said that: ਜੋ ਹਮ ਕੋ ਪਰਮੇਸਰ ਉਚਰਿ ਹੈਂ ॥ ਤੇ ਸਭ ਨਰਕਿ ਕੁੰਡ ਮਹਿ ਪਰਿਹੈਂ ॥ जो हम को परमेसर उचरि हैं ॥ ते सभ नरकि कुंड महि परिहैं ॥ Whosoever shall call me the Lord, shall fall into hell. So, please do NOT think that Gurbani is mocking the Hindu avatar, try to understand the core concept. Bhul chuk de maffi Das
24. Thanks Neo veerji, I came to know the following techniques by Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji. Could you please guide me to source (Devan OR Atmik Bachan OR Diary)? I know the source of 1, 2 techniques......1st is from Baba Ji's diary and 2nd is from Babaji Atmik Bachan...................but I do NOT know about 3rd and 4th technique..................moreover is there any comparison for these techniques by Sant Baba Isher Singh Ji: - Techniques given by sant baba isher singh ji rara sahib waley (sub branch of bhai dya singh samparda) Jap(meditation) is also done by: SOURCE By Atmik Bachan 1. Baikri Bani- When one recites naam with javan(tongue), hout(lips), khaieyal(thoughts) that is called Baikari Bani. 2. Madhma Bani- When one recites naam in Kant(throat) without moving lips...just with the thoughts is called Madhma Bani. 3. Pasanti Bani- When one recites naam in hirda(heart). 4. Para Bani- When one recites naam in Nabhi(Navel) without moving tongue and with the thoughts. In this stage vahiguroo naam gets infused in rom rom of the body. Meditation goes in automatic mode. There is no need for concentration. Gurmukh Rom Rom Har Dhavaie || After 4th stage, one gets to very high stage. Where one can hear(jap-resonance,dhuni) with their surati in pretty much everything in this creation ie- walls, birds, leafs, animals, human being, even from realms (bhramands). Dharat Patal Akash Hai Meri Jindaeriye Sab Har Har Naam Dhavaiya Ram || 2nd technique: SOURCE By Babaji's Diary Va Va Da Abhyaas Nabhi Ch Karo (Doing Simran of Va Va on Nabhi/Navel ) Hi Hi Di Awaaz Hiradaie Ch (Doing Simran of hi hi on the heart) Gu Gu Kant ch Karo (Doing Simran Gu on the kant/near throat) And Ru Ru Di Awaaz Mastaak mai Ratan Kartaie Hoye Birti Kou Nirgun Atma Mein Lin Kar Duo (Doing Simran Ru Ru on the Mastaak/third eye) So its a cycle - Va ( on Nabhi) Hi(on heart) Gu (on Kant) Ru(On Mastak/third eye). Thats one cycle....I dont know...this cycle or stage explained in the book is the first intial stage to the simran or second last stage in simran.... 3rd technique: SOURCE By Sant Baba Isher Singh JI ????? This is also included in Soraj Parkash Granth. According to a prasang(divan) on chapter of mata ajeeto kaur reaching enlightment. Mata ajeto kaur was under guidance of siri guroo gobind singh where she was taught all the "YOG SADHNA/Shabad Surat Marg where chakras are used", when mata ji did yog sadhna, when her birthi(dhyaan) reached - Trikurti/3rd eye..she started seeing the future e.g. the besiegement of Sri Anandpur Sahib, leaving the kila etc and the shaheedia of the char sahibjadey. After seeing this in a dream she asked Guru Gobind Singh jee whether this was true, Guru Sahib confirmed this. Mata jee then told guru jee that she could not see all this pain happen and would rather die/ leave for Sachkand and asked permission to leave her body. Guru Sahib jee granted her permission and subsequently she did ishnaan, a Sukhmani Sahib da Paath and then left her body by reciting the mantar and with that mantar taking her prana on top and realising it via bhram randar nari( subtle vein) through dasam dwara. 4th technique: SOURCE By Sant Baba Isher Singh JI ????? First concentrate on Sargun saroop of Vahiguroo while reciting shabad ie- Gur Ki Morat Man mein dhyaan Guru Ka shabad mantar man maan then after mind becomes subtle, that shabad will automatically take you upper realms and that shabad will infuse in your surat Thanks in advance Das
