    Hi all! I am sorry for my absence from the forum for a month. I had my worst episode of sciatica soon after my last post here and it lasted past the new year. I could barely move and spent most of 3 weeks in bed. I'm a lot better now though. Akaaaalllluhhhh!

      Good to hear. I had sciatica once when I got silly with deadlifting. I actually thought I was having a heart attack! lol Couldn't even sit on the loo without being in serious pain for a bit.
