  1. Can a person attain Brahm Gian only by reading hindu scriptures? Answer that.
  2. From what we've seen, you've expressed a far greater interest in Khalistan than most. Me thinks you protest too much...
  3. Firstly, all the Guru's took amrit, whether Charan Pahul or Khande Pahul. That's how you adopt a Guru. Even hindu philosophy agrees with that. Secondly, from your sentiments, can I assume that you know think of Sikhi as separate from Hinduism? Look, it is possible to discuss this without undermining anyone, but you need to be consistent with your agenda.
  4. Please explain how Kishan Bishan, I'm the idol destroyer offend you, assuming you know what they mean and their context?
  5. How can you say you respect Chandi, when you clearly don't know what Chandi is?
  6. Ummmm. ..yeah... And as far as slavery goes, then a Sikh is a slave of no one but his Guru.
  7. I'm not dropping anything, rather trying to highlight your intention. If you are trying to justify "Sikhs are Hindus, then let's get one thing straight: You DO NOT define what a Sikh is. Sri Guru Granth Sahib ji Maharaj define what a Sikh is. Surely this is something we can both agree on!? Now, if you want to discuss this in the aforementioned context, the I suggest you create another thread (instead of derailing this one.
  8. Sorry, just to be clear, your logic is that, just because Guru Harkrishan Ji Maharaj went to Aurangzeb's darbar, that means he is hindu? Complete nonsense. As far as I understand, and anyone may feel free to correct me on this, Sri Guru Harkrishan Ji Maharaj refused to even see Aurangzeb. All you are doing is quoting questionable sources, distorting the facts in a futile attempt to "strong-arm" history to prove your baseless point that Sikhs are / should be Hindus. Feel free to read the Guru's Bani to understand what a Sikh is. Otherwise, give it a rest. If you're so insistent that Sikhs are the same as Hindus, then you would have no objection to taking Amrit, would you?
  9. Well, I think the first thing here is, have you been asked? Otherwise, everything else is moot. Having said that, better safe than sorry
  10. Simply amazing! Sri Parshuraam ji, I assume?
  11. Just to add, read Gurmat De Paandhi By Sant Sewa Singh Ji I think it's page 10, but it mentions all these things
  12. What can I say? Nothing but lies. How long does it take you to come up with stories like "the Sahibzade lived in Aurangzeb ' s darbar"? Is there ANYONE else who agrees with this craziness?
  13. Do you possibly remember the Sakhi where Sant Giani Gurbachan Singh Ji saw various Sanskrit saloks in deep meditation, told Sant Giani Sundar Singh Ji about it, who said you have reached the highest avastha. ? I read it a long time ago. I'll see if I can dig it up. I think from Giani Kirpal Singh ' s Gurmukh Prakash
  14. Jis de mukh vich "Guru, Guru" hai, oh Gurmukh. Jis de mukh vich kujh hor hai, oh Manmukh. --Sant Baba Ajit Singh Ji
  15. Have you tried to ask Niddar Singh personally to clear up any questions you have?
  16. What's your personal review in terms of presentation, historical accuracy etc.? Looks great though, hope to see it soon
  17. Sorry, but I can't seem to find the source/author of this article. Please can OP post it here? Thanks
  18. Gur Ka Shabad Na Metai Koi Gur Nanak Nanak Har Soi
  19. Nanak Sodhhe Simrit Bed. Parbraham Gur Naahi Bhed.
  20. In the beginning stages it may vary. But as you progress, your simran will, much like your avastha, become constant/ik ras.
  21. It is not simply offence, but a testament to the elitist, fascist and racist ideologies that are prevalent among the ruling government.
