Look into CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) , I think you need it yourself based on all the lulloo stuff you come out with.

CBT...yes!!.......this is definitely the answer........I have been engaging in it for a few years.

You've had experience of CBT?

When I studied psychology I always thought CBT and Bandura's approach was the most conducive. And Lucky I don't judge people for seeking help, it's probably a helluva lot better than stewing in your own issues. 

I've met a fair few people who've done it now, a lot of them have had SERIOUS family issues; like sexual abuse and ish.
