Acc. to Ayurveda, the human body is made of 7 dhatus, which are as following: 1) Rasa ( plasma) 2) Rakta ( Blood) 3) Mansa ( muscles) 4) Asthi ( Bones) 5) Majja ( Bone Marrow) 6) Shukra ( Semen) 7) Meda ( Fat) As many metals are in the universe, as much as are in Human Body probably, my own thinking. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ayurveda believes in 7 dhatus but Guru Granth Sahib Ji sometimes talk about 8 dhatus....may be the 8th dhatus is Nadis/Channels/Srotas (Subtle and Physical) through which all the fluids and energy is transported. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
