In one minute, one can easily recite it 80 times. This is a great deal. As far as Daas remembers, Maharaaj (Tenth Master) went into a trance, when reciting "Tu heen Tu heen" and ended up reciting it 16,000 times. Srimaan Shaheed Baba Mani Singh jee was the scribe at that time. Sri Satguru jee decided to reduce it to 16 times, as the Granth would become voluminous. Then, Maharaaj uttered the "Var" for reciting "Tu heen Tu heen". Daas will try to provide the audio reference, if found.
