Guest New to simran

I reading on this website things so I know peoples of this forum are blessed. I start by touching your feet and humbly ask for some answers to my question.

When I try to do simran I can feel that this point between eyes, there is something. I don't know what it is but there is something definitely here it feels so peaceful.

So please help to understand of what this is. But also how to move to next stage, I don't even know what next stage is.

Thanks so much

Q1) When I try to do simran I can feel that this point between eyes, there is something. I don't know what it is but there is something definitely here it feels so peaceful.

Q2) So please help to understand of what this is. But also how to move to next stage, I don't even know what next stage is.

SSA Guest Jee, welcome.

A1) The point between the 2 eyes you mention while doing simran, is the door  which allows us to enter the spiritual realms or dimensions. It is also the gateway to reach our Nijh Ghar, there is a lot into it,  unlimited parkash, unlimited dhun, even Waheguru   can  be met by entering into it, but for that purpose simran is the key.  With simran we get our surtee focused at that point, which is very much necessary to pierce the dark veil when we close our eyes.

And you feeling something while there, is a mark of His apaar kirpa on you, so please continue with this your devotion, it is the least we can do respond to His pull.

A2) Trust Him, if He has allowed you to experience of tasting a sip of that bliss, it means there is much more He wants to give you within, so the best thing is not to analyze, just give your "self" to Him, and He Himself will guide and take you further.   Just enjoy while being there and stay focused in your simran;  with due time and grace, the Shabad Guru within, will Himself guide you within and answer your queries if any, for in the presence of the Shabad Guru, all doubts just vanish away.

Trust Him, have faith in Him and love Him, the more simran you do, the more He is pleased, and the more He is pleased, the more He showers His daya meher, and this pleasing Him, is the secret in spirituaility to achieve our goal of merging in Him.

   Stay blessed.

Waheguru jio thank you so much.

I don't know how such beautiful response is possible, but you provided it.

If we were speaking in real life I want to hug you but I am not worthy, so I fall on your feet.

Thank you Jee, so kind of you.

And also the fact is, I am not teaching anyone anything  for I am not fit for that, but yes that much I can tell you,  I love to share and listen anything which is related to Guru Jee and Waheguru Akal Purukh, for I see all humanity as His jeev atmas, as all carry His Jot, irespective of caste/nationality, color, or creed.

Stay blessed.

No worries. You are spreading the gyan which is a noble deed in this age for sure. I wish everyone sees that all nationalities and humans are equal. I’m not perfect and have failed in this sense before, but I’ve realised that culture and skin color is an illusion.

I am new to this forum , feeling blessed to be here, hope the great Gurmukhs will help me to get some spiritual experience.

thanks. Gurufateh!

Welcome Guest Jigiasu Jee,

please bear in mind, that the sangat can only inspire you to wanting to love Him, but for that total surrender is required, means nishkam sewa.

It is in His hands to bless us with His darshan if only we please Him, but then that pleasing Him in terms of bhakti, should be performed by us, for nobody can satisfy our hunger by them eating and not us.

We have to eat by ourselves  in order to satisfy our hunger, in a similar way, if we want  Him to enter our inner self, we have to devote ourselves completeley unto Him.

Gurbani by itself is our best inspirer, we only need to pay attention to what it is telling us when we go through it, and then that what we have understood, put it into practice.

The best spiritual experience we can have, is having darshan of His Jot, which means we are on the right tracks of becoming or evolving into pure spiritual beings.

It does not matter even if a lifetime is spent in wanting Him to bless us with His darshan, no time is wasted in that aspect,   then too it would be a worthy bargain, the thing is to be constant in our bhakti, without letting the mind to demoralize us for wanting experiences in exchange.

Even being at His door, is a sign of His utter grace.

Stay blessed.

SSA.

If possible,  just send me blessings, much appreciated.

Still you are in my thoughts ❤️. How will I ever forget the friend I met while searching for God’s gate who said yes this is right path, continue walking.

Dear Guest New to simran,

He is the only doer, the one pulling all the strings, nothing happens without His hukum.

If He wants, He can make even stones carry out His hukum.

So  Guest Jee, it is all His credit alone.

He has mysterious and wonderous ways to bring jeev atmas to walk the path leading to Him.

Ultimately, one has to leave everything and  see Him alone in the horizons. He is only the beloved Sachay Patshaah, and we His lovers.

Yes, we have to be good and helpful to all, as all carry His light, and as all of us are struggling souls in this mayevee creation, finding our way to go back to Him.

It takes nothing to be kind and a helpful hand.

Stay blessed.

SSA.
