Like around the fringes of melay. Cleaning up events where apnay meet up in droves, so that they can be family friendly and safe is a great idea. But that won't be easy at all because such things are so deeply rooted in strains of our community. It's like our version of what whites do around football. When you're young, going out and seeing kick offs is part and parcel of the event and even makes them seem worth going to - rightly or wrongly. What is really disturbing is the now undeniably apparent and consistent (and completely false) media narratives around Khalistani bogeymen and Sikh 'gangs' we are all blatantly witnessing.
