Please help me in Sikhi

Vaheguru ji ka Khalsa vaheguru ji ki Fateh.

I was blessed with Amrit a few months ago as I had huge desire for it(genuinely I could not think about anything else apart from Amrit). I enjoyed it for the the first 2 months (kept my proper rehat even waking about at 3am). But slowly slowly I fell into lust and then I started waking up late, couldn’t be bothered to path(even if I did, I wouldn’t enjoy it). I used to go to santhia but even that’s becoming boring to me now. Everything is starting to feel like a chore and all I want is to have that desire of Amrit again. 
 

please tell me what this manmukh should do.

Veer ji you need to ardas for yourself as since you have taken Amrit its a very good step to make. 

 

Also how old are you? As  sometimes similar age group sangat can help.

By the way dass hasn't taken Amrit yet but its ok to do nitnem in the daytime depending on what you are doing.

You need to keep good company and sangat. Which can be in form of books, social media, gurudwara.

You also need to be re-baptized because you have given into lust. Lusting over woman is a bujjer kurehit, which is part of “Par istri sang” means companionship of a woman other than your wife. It can be physical, mental —- Kal Yug has many forms of sins in 2023. So stay away from bad things.
