Freed Posted April 12, 2006 Report Share Posted April 12, 2006 GurFateh ! got my copy today!!!! - "Chamakde Taare" (recalling the separation and bidding of farewell by Mata Ji to the Chhotey Sahibzadey) - what can I say - this track is achingly beautiful - had me in tears as I drove the car listening to it Gorgeous track - the lyrics & sarangi are haunting - What an honour to call yourself - a Singh - the son of Sahib-e-Kamaal Guru Gobind Singh Ji - Who gave EVERYTHING to the Khalsa "Mukhon Satnam Bolda" ( telling the Shahadat of Bhai Mati Das) is another outstanding track - showing the Power of "Naam". both these tracks send shivers down your spine - I thought the Immortal people had reached their peak with the excellent and haunting 'Battle of Chamkaur' on the last album - but they have gone from strength to strength ! It also has the 'Full On' vaars on Sikh Heroes - Bibi Deep Kaur and Sukha/Jinda - and Panjab da Ghumaan a critique on "Todays Punjab" Excellent Job Excellent album !
