    8 Health Benefits of Nuts
Nuts are a very popular food.
They’re tasty, convenient, and can be enjoyed on all kinds of diets — from keto to vegan.
Despite being high in fat, they have a number of impressive health and weight benefits.
Here are the top 8 health benefits of eating nuts.

What Are Nuts? Nuts are seed kernels that are widely used in cooking or eaten on their own as a snack. They’re high in fat and calories.
They contain a hard, inedible outer shell that usually needs to be cracked open to release the kernel inside.
Fortunately, you can buy most nuts from the store already shelled and ready to eat.
Here are some of the most commonly consumed nuts:
Almonds Brazil nuts Cashews Hazelnuts Macadamia nuts Pecans Pine nuts Pistachios Walnuts Though peanuts are technically legumes like peas and beans, they’re usually referred to as nuts due to their similar nutrition profile and characteristics.

@sevak what is your background ji ? I mean, did you emigrate to Canada from Panjab ?
I thought that Canada is considered second behind USA as 'Sachkhand' lol ?
I think women are better with linguistic skills generally than men ? Men also are not as disciplined I think when taking exams and studying as women ?
Traditionally Punjabi men deserted there desi wifes for gori (white) women. Why wouldnt they desert now.  - How common is/was that ?
Girl or boy is not a genuine student and is only coming to get PR. Govt should exercise some control. >99% of them probably are not , same in UK. Govt/educational institutions make money from these students, also the agents if there any involved also, so they'll 'turn a blind eye' to these fake students

There is an episode in Sri Sooraj Prakash Granth about it.
Along with him, Bhai Ram Singh jee and Bhai Fateh SIngh jee (who were probably from Jatt backgrounds too) also abandoned Sri Satguru jee (Tenth Master).

Jatts and other people who followed Sakhi Sarwar were more like Muslims than Sikhs.
In Sri Pracheen Panth Prakash, it talks about clashes between Sultaniye Jatts and Sikh Jatts.

How much role did Singh Sabha movement play ?
And I think a lot of those Sakhi Sarwar followers were 'Sikh' more than any other identity, but had mixed beliefs maybe

    @Premi
Did you notice that post with the pie charts on the other forum showing how many HP juts converted to Sikh between 1920/1930 in Doaba and Majha? That they were sakhi sarwaars and stuff previously.
That means we have hordes of people in our panth, who've only been Sikh for a 100 years. And even when they converted, it was probably for economic uplift rather than any firm belief in the dharam? It explains a lot!

They are desperate for whatever reason to emigrate (maybe just consider that is how they have been brainwashed rather than saying they are 'mugs').
I think some of them get 'played' very well and would have considered that as a possible outcome before the marriage
, but as you and @GurjantGnostic often have mentioned recently, maybe these wives/wife's family are narcissist/sociopaths whose true colors only come out later ?

Think you are giving jatts too much credit, they are a small minority of Panjab's population
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jat_Sikh#History
They form an estimated 21%-25% of the population of the Indian state of Punjab.
