There was a Taksali Mahapurakh, who used to do Jaap of "Har Waheguru" (as Har is used the maximum (or many) times in Gurbani to refer to the Almighty God), but when he reached the stage of hearing the Anhad Naad, he only heard "Waheguru".
In general, Gurbani is full of Naam/Beej Mantars.

Fair enough. Im not going to claim like I know anything, I’m just trying to decipher the clues left behind us by SGGS and historical roots. I myself still rely on Waheguru and always will, I am just a curious person thats all. It would be natural for any serious seeker to question why Waheguru isn’t used in the Guru Granth Ji and why Har and Raam are used in its stead. That being said, I know nothing and I am just simply operating by the little wisdom that God gave me.

It's Vishnu Har Gobind Ram I believe.  The Mantar not the Devi Devte.
The point is 1 Naam, the one given by Guru Nanak Dev Ji, wasn't made up by anybody.
Nor did your ancestors make up the vedas.

From the lotus of Vishnu's navel, Brahma was born; He chanted the Vedas with a melodious voice.

Guru Granth Sahib Ji is written to all people. 1 Naam is given to Sikhs.

    Waheguru Ji
Slaughter of Sikhs at Sheikhupura in 1947
In the annals of human history, few incidents stand as stark reminders of calculated malevolence as the tragedy that unfolded in Sheikhupura, a district adjacent to Lahore, on the Western side, shortly after the Partition. Sheikhupura, known for housing Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Sri Guru Nanak Dev, was once a prosperous land that generated substantial revenue, primarily for Sikh landowners.
Before the cataclysmic events of Partition, Sheikhupura boasted a thriving community of Sikhs and Hindus, with flourishing businesses, factories, and agricultural enterprises. The Sikhs, renowned for their hard work in cultivating the land, had turned this district into a productive and prosperous region. However, the harmony and coexistence were shattered by the dark clouds of religious fanaticism and violence.
The horrors that befell Sheikhupura’s Hindu and Sikh population were among the worst witnessed during the Partition, surpassed only by the atrocities in Rawalpindi and Multan. Pakistani fanaticism, fueled by a chilling murderous frenzy, led to the sudden and brutal demise of between 10,000 to 20,000 innocent lives in a span of just two days.
The genesis of this orchestrated violence lay in a conspiracy concocted between Muslim Leaguers, civil officers, police, and the military. The objective was nothing short of exterminating the Hindus and Sikhs of Sheikhupura and its surrounding areas. The sheer scale of the planned devilry marked this event as one of the darkest chapters in human history.
As soon as the Boundary Commission announced the awarding of Sheikhupura to Pakistan, Muslim Leaguers and their collaborators in the police and military machinery swiftly initiated plans for the looting and mass murder of Hindus and Sikhs. Attacks on the countryside commenced on August 18, with Sikhs and Hindus being forcibly expelled from their villages en masse.
Simultaneously, plans were set in motion to cleanse Sheikhupura town and other urban centers of their Hindu and Sikh residents. The Muslim population actively prepared for the impending rioting, with notable gatherings at the residence of Karamat Ali, a prominent minister. The 25th of August saw the burning of Hindu and Sikh houses in Gurdwara Bazar.
The nefarious plot escalated with the fabrication of an attack on a Muslim mohalla by Sikhs, a ploy designed to incite Muslims against Sikhs. On the same day, Ranigargha, with its Sikh population of 1,200, witnessed a vigorous attack. The ensuing chaos saw Sikhs being chased by a Muslim mob, followed by the military. The orchestrated violence reached its zenith when, by 5 o’clock that day, the Hindu-Sikh population in the area had been mercilessly slaughtered, and their homes reduced to ashes.
The tragedy of Sheikhupura remains etched in history as a chilling testament to the brutality that can be unleashed in the name of religious fervor. As we reflect on this dark chapter, let us strive to ensure that such atrocities are never repeated, and humanity moves forward towards a future built on tolerance, compassion, and understanding.

Of course. I will not disclose too much but I have had many telepathic communications with humans and non-humans. My dasam duar hasnt opened yet but I know people (fools) who opened their dasam duar by their own effort. Mine is very close to opening and Ive seen peaks of it but I’ll tell you once you reach there you realize everything is in Hukam (Hukam means Laws of Universe AND God’s Plan) and there truly is nothing to fear. I am no Gurmukh but God blessed me with many spiritual experiences and darshans and countless hours of naam simran.

bhai ajit singh ji wss referring to energy transumtation. you have to move the energy thru the chakras, if the energy gets stuck you can feel crazy and might act out (happened to me).

if you do bhagti you must workout (minimum 1hr walk daily). Otherwise you become corrupt because your ahankar develops (aka you start getting ridhi sidhi) and overpowers your heart
this is the true meaning of Khalsa I believe. It is far above rituals and keeping 5Ks. To be shastardhari means you are always ready for death, and you remain pure because we will be examined after death by dharam raj (Waheguru). To be pure is to be truly Khalsa, and a true Khalsa trains not only his mind through Simran but also disciplines his body. That being said I am not Khalis, I am a dirty demon worse than Kal yug.

I was listening to Baba Isher Singh Ji’s diwan audio ‘ Bhai Jallan Ji Di Katha’ and Baba Ji said when someone reach higher state of concentration/focus in spirituality, then they start listening to voices from far away / other planets etc because ‘mann bahut sukhsham ho jaanda hai’.

Also, heard Bhai Ajit Singh Ji talking about something like when energy goes up then need to shift it in some direction ( don’t remember the exact words or meaning).
Has anyone who experience the symptoms here talked to any experienced Gurmukh?

Mental illnesses do exist bro. Even Ayurveda has medications for them. Maybe some of the medications prescribed by the Big Pharma have serious side effects in the long run, but some medications might have benefits (if used for a short period of time).

Daas is not completely sure about the details of the sakhi below, so please don't quote me on it. Gurparsaad, will confirm it in the future.
Sant Baba Bishen Singh jee Murarewale or Sant Baba Sundar Singh jee Khalsa Bhindranwale used to do jaap of "Har Waheguru" as he had a similar thinking as yours. The word "Har" is used the maximum number of times in Sri Aad Gurbani, out of all the names of Sri Akal Purakh. But, when "Anhad Naad" manifested itself to Babajee, he only heard the sound of "Waheguru". There was no "Har".
Our Gurmantar is Waheguru and we should try to focus on it. Having said that, one can do Jaap of other mantars (from Gurbani).
One Jaap to stay away from (especially forJagayasus) is "Sohang". There might be others, which we should avoid.

I forget a lot as worked in a non-clinical setting for nearly four years.
I have experienced depression and PTSD myself and seen someone very closely beating depression + anxiety + panic attacks + body dysmorphic disorder.  Lifestyle intervention plays its part but it is very hard work.  It is like a full time job working on yourself.
    EDITED
VEER,  have you ever been given lifestyle intervention by a health professional? I have edited this paragraph because I have read theory about psychosis and schizophrenia (not experienced the symptoms myself). There is big difference when you directly experience yourself, take medicine, try lifestyle intervention, experience side effects and then try alternative medicine to come over those side effects or ongoing symptoms.

Have you tried to reduce the dose gradually? Are you in stable condition to reduce? Have you discussed it with your doctor?

I would feel good if I could help you, but I don’t feel confident advising on this medical condition.
