I understand what you are saying. Its modern bhangra singers - and dirt depicit in the videos. But how did this happen? This has all come from Western Culture — same video styles, geared towards women.

The same people did outdoor kirtan in that same location. Bhangra is just folk dance.

When your Keegan is rising think that your past karma merit has taken fruit, if Jivan is falling then some past paap / sin karm has taken fruit. However, you realizing the fact that your jivan is falling is still positive sign. I would say put all your effort and do ardaas.

Daas had gone to a Gurudwara in Edmonton. I saw a person doing chaur saab of SGGS. His head was vibrating constantly. Something was wrong with that person. I thought He had a medical problem. His behavior, look on his face was out of this world. Initially, thought he had health problem. I felt very pity and very curious to know what had gone wrong with him. He was doing sewa of SGGS like a very devoted man, as if he could see something that we praanis could not. I went around and asked local ppl. Then, the locals told me, he has attained an extremely high avastha. He sees Parthak Hari everywhere. Doesnt talk, Doesnt care, is total mastana, veyparavah, Such ppl u will not see on youtube or internet forums.

There are multiple problems in present Punjab society.
Canada is seen as sachkhand. The amount of effort Sikhs are putting towards getting to Canada.
Why cant men crack IELTS? If Women can?? Different DNA I guess?
 
Women have been suppressed by Punjabi macho jatt men. Ego ! Arrogance ! Once women land in Cavada, they get freedom - car driving, jeans, skirts, freedom to go where they want and whatever time and enjoy life and not be imprisoned in kitchens. freedom to run around naked for some.
Traditionally Punjabi men deserted there desi wifes for gori (white) women. Why wouldnt they desert now.
The root of the problem is deception and malice. Girl or boy is not a genuine student and is only coming to get PR. Govt should exercise some control.

There are a lot of misconceptions and confusions in main-stream Sikhi. Daas can only say that without the sangat of a GurSikh Bhagat (Who has attained minimum “Nadar” of SatGuru), it becomes very difficult to tread this path and only such a person who has tread the path, can guide others. 
People are lost in their own mental imaginations and perception. Good Luck.

also check if your are allergic to anything lacto. Lacto products really made me gain weight and feel lethargic, maybe check.

do you have any stress on your life, such as work, commuting, school college uni?
Those are the kind of factors that actually affect my sikhi jeevan, and I have seen some people really go downwards due to these stressful activities. Stress can make a human behave differently, and activate base instincts in humans.
