Yes, I understand what u mean about the inner feeling. Sometimes such a profound change is noticed that I start to second guess myself in case I may have a medical condition or something. Who are Simranjeet Singh and Dharamjeet Singh? I can't say I've heard of them before. Do they have an e-mail?
    Thanks a lot, bhen ji.

Though I am very small in here however as far as I understand though we come in 'awe' or vismaad and look for some kind of confirmation in case we reach a stage in spirituality yet somewhere inside we know it's there.  U know it's like a wife knows when it's her husband coming close or some other ' paraaya ", so @tva prasad veerji u must be having some feelings to assure urself.  I can provide you the number of Simranjeet Singh ji or Dharamjeet Singh ji who may confirm ur avastha.

In all honesty, I personally feel it has had the opposite effect to a road block !
It has made me realise that i have a very long way to still go and there is so much more. As an idea, I feel it is ONLY a fraction (1/10th) of the complete journey to sachkhand.
The only thing that can worry me at times is that I may feel that everyone thinks I'm becoming introverted and detached. But I am far from that because I feel much more in touch and attached with REALITY.

I just don't see people as separate as much. Like everything material seems fake and empty. I just dont see people as their bodies. I feel a connection with them. Like they are me. And I don't feel like I'm doing anything coz sometimes when I am doing actions I feel like I am everything and I dont do anything. I feel like everything I'm doing is an illlusion. It feels like only my body is doing it but I'm certain in that moment that I'm not my body even if i try to associate myself with it, I cant. Hence sometimes, I can do whatever and not feel anything towards it.
    Really, bro? Thanks, mate.
You can DM if you have any questions. More than happy to help

Haven't a clue, really. I cant even feel my body half the time. Like I cant even remember my name sometimes. The other day a someone was calling me by my name, I heard but I didnt feel compelled to turn around coz I forgot I had a name. I completely forgot there is something even called a name. At that moment I was thinking "what's this word i havent heard before. Doesnt soumd english" after some seconds of pondering I realised that's what they call me. Hahaha. Then I started thinking... Why do we need names when there is only one. We are all one. Kinda thing, I was astounded lol. Sometimes when someone asks for my name I forget what it is. I just feel like it's a meaningless thing. Rather I find it highly amusing that we call ourselves "other people" hahaha! I'm laughing like a loony. Proobably sound mad as hell!
It's the same, really. I feel more energised, though. Some days I straight up feel like running 30 laps around the oval.
Been eating the same. But not feeling like I "need" to eat. When I eat I feel like it's my body eating, it's the one that "needs" to eat. I don't feel like I'm eating. I know i don't eat lol. Honestly, eating feels funny as heck! It feels like I'm playing a game, hahaha. I know the rules, I just don't associate with 'em. This world feels like a game. Have u ever played a game. U r doing stuff in the game but u know it's not real, it's part of the game. In call of duty you could be shooting people but u know it's not real. U know u didnt shoot people. Probably a bad analogy but whatever. Lol.
Could be. It's winter right now in Australia. But Melbourne (where I live) still lives up to its stereotype of having 4 seasons in a day lol.

    from another forum

Yogi allah yaar khan wrote as follows abt guru gobind singh ji while comparing his greatness to some other famous personalities

Dandak main phire ram to sita thi bagal main,

(when ram was given exile his wife sita was with her)

woh fakhre jahan hind ki mata thi bagal main,

(Hindustan or hindus or ism which claims to be the oldest civilazation in this world, her mother sita was with him, well the poet actually is saying that what was this exile if compared to the king of kings guru gobind singh ji’s life, the tenth master cared for humanity not his family, friends or peers, his whole life was an exile starting from the age of 9 when he himself sacrificed his father by saying that who else can save hindu or ism, )

Lachman(Laxman) sa biradar bhaye takhsine jigar tha,

(brother like laxman was with him, here the poet is referring to the tenth master guru gobind singh ji,in machiwara where he was all by himself after sacrificing his sons, while the poet points that ram(lord rama or god) wept when laxman lost consciousness and regained consciousness after hanuman brought sanjiwani butti, while my satguru the tenth master in machiwara when he lost everything : his anandpur, his family including his 4 sons(sahebzadaas), his mother mata gujri ji, his army, and barefooted rendered friendless and helpless he never lost courage. In the jungles of Machhiwara, barefoot and hungry, he remained firm and sang a merry song: he is not even complaining but saying:
"O give Him this news of me,
Without You O Lord, the luxury of soft beds is full of pain and discomfort,
Pleasures of palaces are like living among snakes,
The thorns that ***** my feet are now my flask for drink.
The dagger that is pursuing me is my cup, O Lord.
Without Thy grace O Lord, comforts are nothing but a butcher's knife.
The bed on the ground is heaven to me, Lord, if Thou art with me,
Burnt be the rich dwellings. they are hell to me if I forget Thee."

Sach kehta hoon gobind ka rutba hi digar ha,

(I swear that the status of guru gobind singh ji is unique, here the poet is referring to the greatness of guru gobind singh ji, he says that no prophet has appeared in this world who made his disiciples sit on throne , here the poet refers from guru gobind singh ji’s words

    "Khalsa mero roop hai khaas.
The Khalsa is my complete image

    Khalse maih hau karo nivaas.
    I dwell in the khalsa

    Khalsa mero mukh hai ang-aa.

I dwell in the khalsa who is a storehouse of all my requirements.

Khalsa is my body & breath.

    Khalsa meri jaan ki jaan.
Khalsa is my life & soul

    Khalsa mera satgur poor-aa
    Khalsa is my full-fledged Guru.

    Khalsa mera sajan soor-aa.
    Khalsa is my brave friend.

    Khalsa mero budh ar giaan.
Khalsa is my wisdom & knowledge.

    Khalse ka hau dhar-au dhiaan.
I always contemplate the khalsa prayerfully

    Upmaa khalsae jaath na kahi
Eulogy of the khalsa is beyond me.

    Jihv-aa ek paar nah lahi.
I cannot fathom full praise of the khalsa with one tongue.

Ya mai ranch na mithe-aa bhaakh-ee.
I certify that I have not mis-stated anything in the foregoing.

    Paarbrahm gur Nanak saak-ee.
God & Guru Nanak are my witnesses to endorse the foregoing truth

Katwa diye sheesh shaam ne geeta ko suna kar,

(hindu god krishan made brothers fight with brothers, i.e kaurava and pandavas by giving updesh(discourse) of geeta quote from geeta which poet quotes “yada yada hi dharmasya galani bharvati bharata, abhyuthanam adharamsaya tada tanam srija mahayamâ€,â€whenever there is a decay of righteousness,O Bharata, and a rise of unrighteousness, then I manifest myself in every ageâ€
while guru gobind singh ji said “main hoon param purakh ko dasa dekhan aayo jagat tamasha†, “mau ko parmeswar jo uchare te sab narak kund main jaayeâ€
"Those who call me God, will fall into the deep pit of hell.
Regard me as one of his slaves and have no doubt whatever about it.
    I am a servant of the Supreme Being;
and have come to behold the wonderful drama of life."
He led by example, sacrificed his father(hind ki chadar guru tegh bahadur saheb ji), his four sons, his anandpur, everything he had)

Rooh phuk di gobind ne aulaad katakar

(guru gobind singh ji immolated his soul by sacrificing his sons but still lived for khalsa and complained to none)

watch from 37:40.   Interesting conversation unfolds.  Psychic could not get through Sant Ji but when Sant Ji gave a hint about her past at age 13 she was really impressed  her body language & receptivity towards Sant Ji changed. On the other hand swami got flustered and anxious. What was more amazing was how sant ji hid his psychic/supernatural powers throughout the whole morcha & mission. He just pretended to be a normal person & go through the whole play untouched.  Head bows down to the kamai of such a great Personality.  Waheguru!!!

I don't even know where to post this so I'll just post it here.
So recently, I've been doing stuff but I don't feel it. I don't even know how to explain it. But it feels like I did something but I feel like I didn't do it. For example, when I bump into people, normally I would apologise but nowadays I feel like I'm not bumping into people but bumping into myself and it feels like I didn't even do it. I do stuff but don't feel like I'm doing it. I feel like nothing. Idk how to explain it but I don't feel any emotion or anything towards what I do, sometimes. It's like... if i eat, i don't feel like I'm eating, etc. I just feel like i didn't do anything. I probably repeated half of the sentences but I don't care, lol.
Am i going crazy? I think I am. I just need to clarify before i head off to the psychiatrist, coz they don't help, lol.

I remember my own ‘amrit sanchar’ very well. Bapu Ji took me to see Baba Sohan Singh Ji to discuss amrit as I had felt I was not ready for it. I was 15 and a favourite of Baba Ji as I did kirtan and accompanied Baba Ji and Bapu Ji on numerous occasions.
The conversation went something like this.
Baba Ji: Beta, your Bapu Ji tells me that you feel you are not ready for ‘amrit’
Me: Baba Ji, I will not be able to handle all the expectations of ‘amrit’ just yet.
Baba Ji: Chal beta. Let us go through all your apprehensions.
Me: I will not be able to do all the Nitnem banis expected of me.
Baba Ji:  Can you do JapJi in the morning, Rehras at dusk and Sohila at night?
    Me: I already do those.
Baba Ji: Well, we have no problem. As time goes by add Jaap Sahib and Sawayiyay as Nitnem. Occasionally do the full Anand Sahib. In fact you will find that doing Sukhmani Sahib occasionally is also very uplifting. It will help you in your studies and even in your sports! Can we agree on that?
    Me: yes, Baba Ji.
Baba Ji: You know what is expected of you and let me assure you that you will get supreme bliss and a sense of well-being every time you do all the banis! Next?
Me: Baba Ji, 5 kekar. I cannot keep all 5 kekar on my person all the time. I love my sports and cannot be lugging around a kirpan, a kachhera and even a kanga in my hair. In fact when I play hockey, I am even expected to take my kara off as it can hurt an opponent.
Baba Ji: Beta, I have one important question for you. Do you have intentions of cutting your hair into the future?
Me: (I was shocked at even being asked that). No Baba Ji, I shall always keep my hair. I am proud to be a Sikh!
Baba Ji: (Smiling, seeing the look of shock on my face.) Then Beta, we have no problems. The other kekars are man-made. They can come off and on as required. They are loving gifts from you bapu – Guru Gobind Singh Ji. Treasure them. Keep them. In fact learn how to wield a kirpan for defence and learn self-defence. Treasure your kachhera – do not go chasing after loose women or any woman for that matter. Wear the kara as your ornament from Guru Ji. Does that answer your question?
Me: Yes Baba Ji! But Baba Ji, I play team sports where I am expected to share drinks with other players. What about ‘jooth’?
Baba Ji: Not a problem. Let me explain something about amrit, beta. Amrit once taken is not easily broken. Once your pita, dhan dhan Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj takes you by the arm, he does not easily give you up! Amrit only breaks if you commit a heinous sin including cutting your hair, engaging in extra-marital sex, eating halaal meat or consuming tobacco – the four ‘bejer-kurahits’. You will come up short many times as you are a human being. But all you have to do is realise your shortcoming, pick yourself up, ask for forgiveness from your father and move on in life. THAT IS AMRIT. Amrit is to give you a sense of belonging – belonging to the family of Guru Gobind Singh. If you want to be part of that family, then take amrit. It is as simple as that.
I saw no possible reason not to partake of amrit. It was more about partaking of it and working with it rather than working at it first and then partaking of it when one felt ready. Let me assure you, I believe 95 percent of youngsters or just Sikhs who would otherwise take amrit will never ever feel ‘ready’ to partake of it. IF I HAD BEEN GIVEN A CHOICE BY SANT BABA SOHAN SINGH JI, I THINK I WOULD NEVER HAVE GOT AROUND TO PARTAKING OF AMRIT. He made the partaking of amrit feel like a rite of passage into adulthood rather than an option of getting into a rigid code of conduct for the rest of my life. Yes, I have fallen short many times but I have never felt that it has ever been broken. I belong to the family of Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj.

How do you know how I live? Do you think I'm wrapped in in these 'first world luxuries'?
I've come here living amongst them, and have had to deal with them blatantly ignoring the grooming thing for decades where young girls of your own race have been abused en mass because any Sikh with any conscience should do this. Do you think that I'm in some sort of good books of the government for this? I'm not going to go into details, but don't you think they've tried to attack me for doing this? This is about facing up to the truth about these things. You seem more passionate and worried about boers than the most vulnerable people in your own community getting fed to the wolves.
And it was you that came here on the ropes with his life decisions wanting advice before you give it the large veer ji.

You're views are your views, you are entitled to them. If someone puts alternative opinions out on them, it isn't the end of the world. Both of us could learn something from them. I'm certainly learning that certain apnay hold views that I thought had died out decades ago. I used to hear all of what you were saying when I was younger - always from neo-nazis. So I'm familiar with it. I just didn't know that there are pockets of apnay who bought into this.
Good, I'm glad you mentioned those other peoples. Especially the indigenous Americans and Aboriginals. Notice how what has happened on their lands seems to have a similar effect. It causes deep rooted dysfunction, alcoholism and drug abuse and criminality. They never had these issues before. I do have some degree of empathy for their situation. That doesn't make me a SJW or Lefty. Just human. We're only focusing on Africans because that's the example you brought up. The very same thing could be said about the other communities above.
Regarding your last point. Maybe it's because the Chinese were at a much more advanced stage, and that for a very prolonged period. So for them to return back to previously established working norms for their society after colonialism, wasn't too difficult.
Compare that to us, we just about, with (literally) Guru ji's grace dragged ourselves out of savagery and  prolonged periods of foreign subjugation to establish some sort of independent society. Just about. On the backs of major sacrifice and facing serious savagery. Then this was attacked and dismantled after the annexation. Look where we are now. You can go to some villages in Panjab and see how the poorest people are living Jageera. It's only slightly better conditions than those Africans in the mud huts. Plus plenty of people don't live like you are describing in Africa: Look at these mansions in Nigeria for example:

I'm sure you can find lots of such properties in Africa as well as shanty towns and mud huts.

And you know what section of our community is especially good at this. You've worked with them, as I have.
Strange isn't it. That's exactly what blacks experienced.

I thought discussion is what we are here for????
All I'll say is that if you agree that blacks are the least of our problems, you sure hold very strong opinions about them.....

"Without the Punjabi race there would be no Sikhi, mind you. No Gurgaddi was given to Madrasis,Gujratis or Bengolis. It was only Punjabis.
So if you don't believe in race you have no problem with Girls in your family marrying blacks? And you will happily encourage them to do so?
This is the problem. Once we stop believing in race and preserving it,we implode. No need for anyone to attack from outside."
Have you checked out where the panj piaray are from bro? They weren't all Panjabi.
I wouldn't have a problem with my daughter marrying a decent genuine Sikh guy whatever his colour. I've seen a few cases of others insist on their daughters marrying a certain way (like caste or whatnot) only for it to turn out very badly because the guy is abusive, alcoholic, drug addicted. Only for them to just let the rest of children make their own choices - which sadly goes outside of Sikhs. That's the reality.
Do you honestly have no vision of Sikhi outside of Panjabis? Seriously?

Let that poison out brother. Purge yourself of it.
What I'm saying doesn't stem from any particular affection for blacks (as you put it). It's just how I see things in relation to history, race and politics. Today you are saying all these things about blacks, tomorrow we'll be hearing similar stuff about us. That's how it goes.
You talk about Boers having to give up their weapons, just like us post-annexation.
I tell you what, I'm genuinely shocked at just how hate filled certain brothers can be when it comes to certain other races. I mean I knew it was there, but when it shows its ugly head like this it's startling.
Just so you know, blacks don't have a monopoly on violence and drug dealing. Take a look:

    https://vancouversun.com/news/local-news/metros-deadly-gang-war-going-after-a-familiar-cast-plus-new-players
Vancouver police Supt. Mike Porteous explained that those linked to the RS were known as the Grewals, the Kangs and the Dhaliwals after leaders of each faction. They had carved up the Lower Mainland into areas where each ran dial-a-dope lines.
“They were traditionally at odds with the Sandhu-Sidhu group, which is more of an Abbotsford group,” Porteous said.
Those loyal to Jimi Sandhu, who has since been deported to India, and his associate Sandeep Sidhu, were connected to the UN side.
Underlings in both groups began battling several years ago on Townline Hill in Abbotsford, leading to assaults, shootings and murders. The violence spilled over into other communities and even to Edmonton, where Sidhu’s brother Navdeep, 24, and Harman Mangat, 22, were shot to death in January 2017.
    https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/city/chandigarh/gangland-traps-punjabi-kids/articleshow/66114671.cms
Police in Canada have stated that 33% of all gang and drug violence in Vancouver is by Punjabis. The Canadian media have released several news reports where the Punjabi community was targeted to show that guns and violence in the community was a major problem.

    https://www.surreynowleader.com/news/watch-new-targets-video-takes-aim-at-gang-violence-in-surrey/

I bet you some other races over there are saying similar stuff like you have been about apnay bro.

Here in the UK, some of us are concerned about the persistent way the establishment here  has covered up the grooming and abuse of Sikh girls for decades. I know blacks aren't angels, but like you said, we have to look after our own (because no one else will). This is more of an issue for us than blacks doing the stuff you mention (which they seem to do indiscriminately - even to each other).
