Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh bhen ji. Well without saying too much dass is in the same boat as you as I got my sister who brings meat in the kitchen and cooks it. But dass doesn't eat anything like that. So yes you can still read Akal Ustat at home as they're no whams superstitious with it. Dass himself has reads Bramh Kavach and many other Dasam Chandi banis but as long as you have taken Ishan bath shower it's fine with Bramh Kavach. As long you are not eating non veg it's ok as I try to ignore that it gets made at my home kitchen.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fathe ji bhen ji. Dass reads this mahaan bani and there is no fixed marayda like timings,Ishan with Akal Ustat. But with Dasam Chandi Bani's there is marayda to be followed. So you can read this bani any time and it can be done either one day or a week depending on when you get time.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh veer ji. Yes its all Waheguru's kirpa with all reading all these paaths. I do try to do paath of Akal Ustat like a few times a month due to its length and difficult vocabulary using audio tracks. I did hear in katha that it can read in either one day or a week depending on when one is free. There has been days where i have done the paath in one day using the audio tracks.

Dass uses ear buds for whenever I go to gurdwara sahib as the loud speakers have given me migraines and sinus pain in the past. I mean love listening to kirtan but the loudness i have to numb it down using ear plugs otherwise i get problems.

Waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh veer ji. Dass himself has read Akal Ustat in chunks using English Roman texts with Waheguru Guru Sahib Ji's kirpa drishti. Dass loves reading this mahaan bani with Guru Ji's kirpa. The first time dass read this bani was 5 years ago and now i am getting at it as you can check my other banis which have been sent to me by Waheguru Guru Sahib Ji's kirpa. Yesterday I completed the paath in 2 days alongside other banis which you can ask are which if you like.

You are correct veer ji i do need to make a plan for it as they always say actions speak louder than words lol. For reducing screen time its best to use a timer with limit minutes or time restrictions
