Bhen ji its really good the progress you have made i am really proud to read this. Slowly you can build up onto doing panj banis nitnem step by step at your own pace. You are right 100% veer ji this guy isn't that bad as you mentioned and the other points you mentioned. But there are way worse cases than this one like this one in the below video is really sad of how they have had to sell everything for false promises for a life in the uk especially as they show them living in bins which is really terrible to see.
