This, it seems, is an annual affair even though "no sanction of any Granth was behind this practice, and such practices were observed only in Hindu temples, but under Brahmanical influence somebody had introduced it at Hazur Sahib, and so far none had been able to stop it none of the Sant Smaj or Takhts even though it is blatantly against Sikh tenets  reacted to it
2. Aarti: The practice of doing Aarti, in Patna Sahib which the Dass has witnessed  is surely against Gurmat: "Near the
end, Aarti was performed. During the whole of this prayer a tray of candles was circled in front of the Guru Granth Sahib, as part of the worship. Flowers were distributed to the sangat to be thrown at the appropriate time towards the Guru Granth Sahib."
Now if this isn't 'Brahmanism' what is this? 
 
3.Associating Sikh Gurus with Hindu Deities:  There is a painting of the Sikh Gurus at the entrance  with Sri Krishna in Patna sahib  What was so striking was that their faces were all placed on the body of a cow…,  specially at the doorsteps of a Takht. its Jathedhar proudly say Guru Gobind Singh is son of Luv and Khush.
Since many of the members in this forum are influenced by  taksali traditions. I would like someone to please tell what was the intention of making two Gurudwara one in Nanded and PAtna Sahib as Takht during British  rule.
4. A Bath for the Guru Granth Sahib: There are some Sikhs in Jammu "worship Guru Granth Sahib in the manner Hindu idols are worshipped" by wrapping the volume (bir) in a plastic cover and bathing it. That does not leave much difference between Sikhism and Brahmanism, does it?
You can kindly refer your Taksalis rehat mariyada if you want to justify it.

Why should i answer that  ? This  was quoted in regards to comments made by sikh missionary  to Taksal  (plz go through the discussion.So it will be best you ask some missionary members(i doubt there might be anyone) in your forum.I never said anything abt Brahmanism .

Veer ji benchmark for approval is  Sri Guru Granth Sahib. Referring above  sakhsi ,How does these  miracles provide any benefits to humanity. Veerji if that is the case i am afraid the day it  becomes  science we would not required  Sri Guru Granth Sahib instead we would need just that magic stick .Guru Nanak would'nt  need to take on his journey to travel  around the world he might have have sat somewhere and could have given his teaching with miracles  .
If miracles happen then science cannot happen. And as science has grown, miracles have diminished in exact proportion. The more science grows, the less and less are there miracles. If you go farther back you can find thousands of miracles happening.
These miracles stories are created put someone  above all humanity.  To make him superhuman. (Vedantic,Bhramins scholars are expert in these  theories)

On some words pronouncing the Aunkar changes the meaning of the word to something else.
E.g. if you pronounce the Aunkar on ਜੋਰੁ it changes the meaning of the word. Instead of being Jor "power", it becomes Joru "wife".
The aunkar in ਜੋਰੁ is only there to indicate a singular, masculine word, so a singular power source.
ਤਿਸ ਤੇ ਭਾਰੁ ਤਲੈ ਕਵਣੁ ਜੋਰੁ ॥
What Power holds and supports the weight of this world?
ਜੋਰੁ here is singular masculine word - Power - and the aunkar indicates that.
Same with ਭਾਰੁ and ਕਵਣੁ.
Bhar means "weight". Bharu means "one who applies weight". So here it should be pronounced as Bhar, not Bharu.
 
And pronouncing it on other words, makes the word lose its meaning.
E.g. ਗਿਆਨੁ
Gyan means "knowledge". Gyani and Gyanee mean "of knowledge" often "person of knowledge".
Gyanu and Gyanoo have no meaning.
 
So that's why I think the Aunkars are only there to indicate words that are both Singular and Masculine.
Most mainstream Gurbani Grammar scholars agree with that.
 
Where we disagree is that they think Aunkar should never be pronounced, whereas I think in some words it should be.

A person can't be called a mahapurakh no matter how high their avastha is because we don't know whether they have control over their evils or not. I have seen that these "mahapurakhs" dont care at all what Gurbani is saying and are basically telling their followers to do what their own opinion is. Bhai randhir singh was basically telling people to not eat meat and he also wrote a book against meat eating when Guru Nanak Dev Ji already gave his bachan on meat eating. He was also trying to cover up the ritual of jhatka which was fatal considering that it reduced the martial spirit in Sikhs

Its not important who they are or where they are. What difference will it make to your life? By knowing such information will it enable you to tell us what “brahmanism” is?

Sant Baba Bishen Singh jee Murarewale or Sant Baba Sundar Singh jee Khalsa Bhindranwale used to do jaap of "Har Waheguru" as he had a similar thinking as yours. The word "Har" is used the maximum number of times in Sri Aad Gurbani, out of all the names of Sri Akal Purakh. But, when "Anhad Naad" manifested itself to Babajee, he only heard the sound of "Waheguru". There was no "Har".
Our Gurmantar is Waheguru and we should try to focus on it. Having said that, one can do Jaap of other mantars (from Gurbani).
One Jaap to stay away from (especially forJagayasus) is "Sohang". There might be others, which we should avoid.

In the first video he says, "Naam abhyas is not everything."
Ok, so where is the rest of that speech? What other things does he add to Naam abhyas?
No mention of that. No context.
As Sikhs, we should already know from the 3 Pillars of Sikhism that Naam abhyas is not everything, and that there is Sharing Wealth and Wisdom, and Truthful actions that go with Naam Abhyas.
Did Dhadhrianwale say you shouldn't do Naam Abhyas? because that would be something.
If so, where did he say that?
