WHY WE SHOULD DO WAHEGURU SIMRAN  IN THE MORNING ❓❓❓
What is so important about morning Simran ❓

🎈Simran  in the morning is so important because you meet Guru Jee  before you meet the Devil.
🎈You meet Guru Jee  before you meet the circumstances of life.
🎈You talk to Guru Jee before you talk to many people.
🎈You fellowship with Guru  Jee before you fellowship with other people.
🎈You hear Anhad Naad  from Heaven before you receive any breaking news.
🎈You sit before Guru  Jee before you sit before people.
🎈You kneel before Guru  Jee before you kneel down before men.
🎈You Honour Guru Jee  before you honour people.
🎈You get into Guru  Jee´s presence before you get into the presence of people.
🎈You feed your Spirit before you feed your body.
🎈You  call Waheguru  before you call all other small names.
🎈You see Guru  Jee before even you see yourself in the mirror.
🎈You sweep your heart before you sweep your yard!
    👏🙏Shukur hae tera Sachay Patshaah🙏👏

What is the fastest way of achieving enlightenment?
Ramana Maharshi answered this question beautifully.

Achieving enlightenment is like bringing a cow to a barn.
The barn is piled with hay, and there‘s a lovely meadow out back where she can wander and graze.
The cow will be happy there, but if you pick up a stick and try to goad her, you’ll see just how fast cows can run.
If you take a handful of hay and coax her instead, she will be happy to follow you.
When we think we should get enlightened, we try to force ourselves into silent awareness.
We brandish a stick and our mind immediately runs the other way.
    Enlightenment is peace.
To get there, we must only choose to be there.
We get to heaven by realizing we prefer it to hell.
When we let ourselves experience peace in this moment, we’ll find we like feeling this way.
We’ll fall in love with silent awareness.
Soon, we’ll be willing to give up anything that would get in the way.

    That is so true.
What I have noticed is that, if the back is totally leaned on the sofa or the pillow, one´s tendency is to go to sleep, but if I keep a space between my back and the sofa with a small cushion at the lower back, then at least I can do simran without falling asleep, though the mind keeps running all the same ...LOL...but at least I feel relieved that I do not fall asleep, and the positive thing is that at least 1 problem is solved ....
I suggest you guys giving a try to this posture,  and come back to share your comments, I think among all of us we must share whatever little help we can, with the sangat, who knows to whom it maybe helpful ... we are all here to give a helping hand.
    Thanks.

Following is a video upon how to meditate at the third eye center which I found it interesting, and would like to share with the sangat.
    https://youtu.be/y_O03h1C8wk
It is in a simple hindi language, but if someone does not understand it for any reason, I would like to summarize its contents :
    1) When you sit for meditation, within the first 30 sec or 1 minute, just relax and tell the Father within your mind that you are sitting to get the blessing of His love, so He should be graceful  to accept that our little seva.
    2) Close the eyes and look into the darkness, without trying to find any particular point, just be still in the darkness
3)Do the jaap of of the gurmatar or any mantar you are used to
4)Listen to the sound of your repetition of that mantar.

By applying  all these 4 points while sitting to meditate, one may find that sitting in meditation is not dry neither a struggle, but rather something pleasant, which with regular practice may take us closer to our spiritual goal.

What are your 12 rules for life?

Be Happy - No matter what, no matter where or when, choose to be happy. Take everything with humor in your heart, regardless of what it is. Don’t Overthink Things - Sit down, think about a possible solution, and if you cannot come up with one in 10 minutes, then just act on the first best thing! Acting beats thinking nine out of ten times! Act with your Mouth Shut - Instead of saying you’re sorry, exclaiming your resolutions to the heavens and proclaiming everything you want to do, just do it. Don’t tell the world what you will do, show it! Give it Your All, Always - There is nothing you gain by living small. Either you give it 100% or you might as well not do it and change. Respect your time enough to give every moment everything you have. Be Honest, especially with yourself - Lying serves no purpose other than getting you into a life of another person. Being honest sucks at times, sure, but it will always lead to a better life. Choose your Path - This is your life and at the end it’s you who has to come to terms with how you lived. Don’t like what someone else is selling? Then don’t buy into it! Show Massive Responsibility - You said you wanted to do something? Then do it! Words are meaningless unless they are followed by action. It’s your life, which makes it your responsibility. No one else liable for the way you live your life but you. Be You - If you do not know what means, figure it out. Drop the B.S. - You know what you are and are not doing. You know when you are lying to yourself, kidding yourself and not doing what you set out to do. Cut out all the crap and focus on what matters. Never surrender on what truly matters to you - Whenever you do find something worth fighting for, fight for it with all you’ve got! Yes, you will fall. Yes, you will fail. Stand back up. The fight is only over when you stay on the ground. Never stop improving - When you stop improving yourself you will fall below your potential and receive a life less than what you are capable of having. Work your hardest. Always. Enjoy - You have one life, one chance, and one opportunity to make this life worth something, so make it count. Love your life, learn to enjoy yourself, laugh heartily, and, most importantly, make the mark you want to make on the world. Whether or not you lived a life worth living at the end is up to you.

    Very well said Bro 👏👏👏
And a possible answer to your typed question above could be:Sikhi has yet to be spread, because it is the only one way road to the Supreme Lord  Waheguru Akal Purukh.
