You're basically saying, disunity and problems in our Panth are happening because Jatts by nature are corrupt, power hungary and all other things we can blaim on them. So by your angle, anywhere where there are not Jatts things should be logically better? right? But when I go to Delhi and see the Bhabhay Sikh fighting and playing dirty politics just like in Punjab, that alone throws out your caste based theory about Jatts being the cause of every ill within the Panth out the window. In my Nanke Pend, the Tarkhans fought with one another over the Pend's Ramgaria Gurdwara pulling off each other's Paghs. But I guess they must secretly be Jatts pretending to be Tarkhans. During Parition, Sikhs and Hindus fought against the Muslims. Both sides causing ethnic cleansing. But that must also be blaimed on the Jatts because Jatts are after all the villains who cause fights and murders all over the world.

I agree. But now days it has become quite fashionable to blaim everything and anything on Jatts. If someone says the opposite they are seen as being casteists, biggots and Jatt racists. Instead of looking at the real issues the way they are and finding a solution we just take the easy way out and blaim it on the scapegoat.

This is seem a little confusing. On one side we have free will and we are responsible for our actions. But at the same time everything is also in the Bhaanah of Akal Purkh. xylitol, I don't think that OBE is the seperation of the soul from the body. I think that it's the seperation of the astral body from our physical body. The physical body cannot stay alive without the soul. What we experience in the OBE is only through the astral body.

At a point of my life long ago, I used to read Bhai Randhir Singh Jee's books (in Punjabi). From my understanding I did not even see any hint of Christianity in his books. With reference to his books and writings, Niranjana can you explain your assertion that he was "Christian Influanced"? I know that he was associated with Bhasour as most Malwais were. But like most people of Malwa he disassociated with Teja Singh right after he was kicked out of the Panth. If anything I actually found Bhai Randhir SIngh writing against Bhasourias in his books, which only makes it even more ironic when people still out of ignorance try their best to associate this great Mahapursh and freedom fighter with that heretic, and it's even more ignorant that you are calling this great man a "disciple" of Teja Singh Bhasour, when in fact Bhai Randhir Singh was and alway will remain a disciple of Guru Gobind Singh Jee. If you will Niranjana, please give reference (that is if you have even read any of his books) with regard to your assertion that he was Christian influanced. I may not be AKJ, but it's only because of reading this Mahapursh's books that I stopped cutting my hair and came into Sikhi, and for that I will ever respect that Pooran Mahapursh.

Desi Ilaaj are so good. I have almost stopped using western medication. Only in extreme cases, and under pressure from my family do I use western medication. I always try to use Desi Ilaaj.

Well if you look at it from the perspective of the Maratha people then Sikhs are going out of line in Bombay. In Bombay Sikhs are doing alot of Phasaad like throwing rocks at trains forcing stores to be closed. From the Maratha perpective, they are thinking who are these outsiders do cause damage in our territory. If Sikhs got a problem with Sacha Souda cult then they should take it up with them instead of causing trouble for the ordinary person in Bombay who has nothing to do with Sacha Souda. I did not see his threat as a repeat of 84 carnage against Sikhs. He is reminding Sikhs that the only reason why the Congress was not able to carry out slaughter of Sikhs in Maharashtra was because Shiv Seniks did not allow them to do it. It's similar to how the communists did not allow the Congress Gundaas to carry out riots against Sikhs in Bengal state. Personally I think Sikhs need to direct their violence against the Sacha Souda directly instead of involving people who have nothing to do with Sacha Souda. Last year Sikhs took it directly to Sacha Souda and the whole of India was sympathetic to Sikhs. If we take our anger out on the wrong people we will just end up losing our moral high ground.

I could be wrong, but I feel they read alot of Bani and did alot of Naam and have unshakable trust in their Guru which todays Khalsa(including me) dont do. All we have left is just eating Chakta.

Puraatan Singhs were so strong. Guru Sahib kirpa karn. I hope one day Khalsa of tomorrow will be strong and powerful like the Khalsa of the past.

I know plenty of Jats that also like to have a drink before entering a Gurdwara. So Jats are not different in this regard. All JaatPaats have their goods and bads. But better than Punjabi Sikhs are the Sikhs of Jammu and Kashmir. Those guys are real Sikhs as compared to us Punjabi Sikhs who have largely disowned our Guru's ways and teachings.

That's a very good website. The name of the website reminds of me a Punjabi book I read a few years ago called Panth Rattan which gives biography of great Sikh Saints including Baba Sahib Singh Una down to Sant Baba Ishar Singh Raraywalay. It was a very good book.

Reading some the previous threads on this forum, I really don’t understand why so many people here were impressed with Bahadur which just further inflated his ego about his overestimated abilities as a “scholar”. His trick was to use sophisticated language mixed with knowledge about Shia Islam and lo and behold everyone is impressed by this man’s “Gyan”. Bahadur was as much of a scholar of Sikhi as Jerri Springer’s show is about real issues. What’s sad is that this man would use the most disgusting language and name calling about fellow Sikhs, and some here just supported him and further even began emulating his ways. Perfect example of this is how Bahadur coined the term “Ram Raiya” for AKJ people, then others here just began mimicking him by using the same language and same term not realising who the real snake in the grass is. Now recently some have changed the term from using “Ram Raiya” to “Basauria” when referring to AKJ people or those who they don’t agree with. This is all the emulation of Bahadur Ali’s evil and divisive ways and mannerism to further divide brother against brother. Now that this snake has been exposed for what he really is, we also need to stop emulating his evil ways. I have my suspicions of a certain new member here who I think is Bahadur Ali and is arguing in favour of a very perverted topic which just further shows the type of degenerate mentality he has and is another reason for us to stop emulating his non-Sikh ways. This was probably one of the worst crimes in the Punjabi community in Canada. How can a human stab another human being 39 times? I can't even imagine doing this to an animal, yet this sorry excuse of a man does this to his wife. This type of man should be punished in the most painful way imaginable. Well, if you look at it from the perspective of Missionary/Kala Afghanist point of view, then it is Mithihaas(mythology), because they beleive in the laws and confines of biology and physics and cannot contemplate anything beyond these laws. But if you beleive that Guru Nanak Dev Jee can stop a bolder at Panja Sahib, rotate the Kabba or even the miracles that Bhaghat Kabir Jee and Bhaghat Namdev Jee mention themselves in their own banis then yes Baba Deep Singh Jee did fight with a severed head.

I remeber reading up a book about the history of Kashmir. In the book it says something very similar to the article. Basically long ago during Mughal rule when most of Kashmir was still Hindu, it was common for Kashmiri Muslims and Hindus marrying one another. The newly converted Kashmiri Muslism also did not mind giving their daughter in marriage to a Hindu while Hindus in Kashmir also did not mind giving their daughters to Muslims in marriage. Then I think it was during the reign of Emperor Jahangir who took alarm to these reports of Kashmiri Muslims marrying their daughter to Kashmiri Hindus. So he decided to outlaw a Muslim female from marrying into a Hindu family, strangly no such law was created for Hindu females from marrying Muslim men. This is a huge double standard Muslims have. My sister in Law knew a Hindu girl who married a Pakistani Muslim man. The Muslim man acted very liberal minded, loving and romantic. He told her she did not even have to convert to Islam for their marriage. But right after marriage he began to forbid her from seeing her family or even praying to her Hindu God. Some beating was also involved. But the poor hindu girl felt helpless to turn to anyone because she was no longer allowed to see her family or have non Muslim friends. Whatever money she earned she was never allowed to spend it, she had to give all her hard earned money to her husband. Ironically she earned more money than her Pakistani husband who was working a labour job while she was working in an office.

Shaheediya, Veer trust me but I did not have any bad intentions when I mentioned Nihang Singhs here. I just mentioned it here because that Naamard Bahadur has repeatedly claimed that he was tricked into eating pork. Once he even mentioned that he was "forced" to eat pork by Sikhs. So sometimes he says he was tricked and sometimes he says he was forced. Changing stories for him is like flipping a coin. If you want Muslims to hate you, then tell these scandalous and false stories. But without a doubt, I think that his stupidest lie that really brings out alot of krodh in me are his rape accusation. This dog Bahadur must have learnt a thing or two from the Nazi propaganda minister Joseph Geubels who would also lie and exagerate to make people hate. I think it was him who said if you repeat a lie a certain amount of times people will eventually start beleiving in it. That hijdaa bahadur is doing exactly that. I doubt he will be a life long Shia. I think he will leave that path after a few years if his track record is to be beleived. Every few years he just converts to a new religion and starts to act like the high and mighty, but when people dont recognise him as a schollar he just leaves the path for a new one.

Just curious but did Niddar Singh Jee's followers make Bahadur Ali Shah eat pork as he claims? Bahadur has mentioned this a couple of times in that site. Also, where does he get this dumb idea of Sikh men purifying Muslim women with tusks before raping them? Honestly, where does he get this dumb idea?
