I have an apple tree in my garden and its got tons of small red apples falling off now. So far I have been putting them in all cooked foods I make - dhals, sabzi's etc. (It makes a great replacement for aloos in the dishes; similar taste, texture, look) Any more ideas on how I can utilise these apples in cooking ?? Its got to be cooked otherwise its got a very bitter taste when raw. Trying to cook without using Wheat Flour or any form of sugar - so apple pie is a nono

if its for dandruff try my alternative desi-dwai remedy( however nizoral is the best otc stuff i've used: mix some tea tree oil with almond oil. massage into scalp, leave for a few hours, then wash out. do it at least couple of times a week.
