Best way to convert the font is. copy the entire text and paste it in Microsoft Word and then select the entire text and change the font to gurbani font. Can someone do that and then convert it to a pdf file and upload it to this site. I Tried to upload the microsoft word file but it wont let me.

Is this translation wrong. And can anyone tell back in 1500's what was perception of how many Continets and Seas that they thought there were back then by the religous teachers, scholars or scentists.

According to Sant Jarnail Singh Bhindranwale Ji everyone is a born a Sikh, (even if they are Christian,Jew,Muslim,Hindu) But also notes that theres a differnce between a Sikh and a Singh.

I have couple of question Regarding Satiguru Nanak Dev Ji and Mata Tripta Ji and Baba Kalu Ji I was wondering is there any puratan scripture (written before 1469) foretelling the coming of Satiguru Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Also who were the ancestors of Mata Tripta Ji and Baba Kalu Ji. I just thought that prior to Satiguru Guru Nanak Dev Ji being born, his family must have done Jugs of Naam Jaap, and there would be some foretelling of Satiguru Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s ancestry as well.

Baba Hari Singh (Randhawe wale) does katha on our Karams it is about 10 hrs long. But it is very informative and goes in to great detail about free will, hakum and ones own karams. I began listening to Sant Gurbachan Singh (Bhindran wale) on Bhai Gurdas Dian Vaaran , but it does not have all the katha for the Vaars only up to 6. Is there another website were the complete 41 Vaars are done by Sant Gurbachan Singh (Bhindran wale). ok thanks

I was listing to katha at Gurudawara last week and the katha vacheck said that in one the the rehatnamas it said that Guru Gobind Singh Ji insisted that a sikh must do his own ardas. But before ardas, take a shower, put on clean clothes, then make Degh in sarbloh and reciting Path while making Degh and then do 3 full Anand Sahibs. Then do ur OWN Ardas.

I thought that Nirmal Panth (Guru Nanak Dev Ji) is the same as Khalsa panth (Guru Gobind Singh Ji). Since the Gurus are from the same Joytt then does that mean Guru Nanak Dev · Guru Angad Dev · Guru Amar Das · Guru Ram Das · Guru Arjan Dev · Guru Har Gobind · Guru Har Rai · Guru Har Krishan · Guru Tegh Bahadur did pargat of a Devi. I dont believe any Guru Ji did Pargat of a Devi before going on a yudh. That would mean Guru Hargobind Ji and Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Did pargat of a Devi when they went to war, i find that highly unlikely. Guru Gobind Singh Ji thaught the same principles as the 9 other Gurus before him, that there is no need to do a pargat of a Devi only Akaal Purkh.

Āaḏ gur▫e namah. Jugāḏ gur▫e namah. Saṯgur▫e namah. Srī gurḏev▫e namah I have a quick question, i was wondering why is the word (Srī) used for Srī gurḏev▫e namah and not for the other Gurus.

I have download 5 nitnem banis by Giani Thakur Singh and couple of other banis. He reads out gurbani very slowly and nicely (Santhiya Style) I can understand every word and i also so get a chance to get my pronunciation right after listening to him . So I was wondering if there are any mp3s of the whole Siri Guru Granth Sahib Ji Read by him Slowly. Ok Thanks
