    I don't know if this applies in your case but when people first start meditation or restart after a long lay off then they find that they do not feel good because they are getting nasty thoughts or whatever(ange,sadness etc.) BUT this is a way the mind clears itself so you must go through this obstacle & it will go away.

    BikramjitSingh bro, I'm no expert but you being by on your ceiling looking down at your body is called an Out of Body experience (OBE). I seen this yogi on ripleys believe it or not who sat in a tiny box with no air for a few minutes. After he was coming out of his box he was trembling (chilly and looked like he was about to cry), he said that is when he came back into his body and the cold sensation of earthly reality hit.

    thanks, Hari (another forum member) told me it was Vahiguru too. I've read so many books that spell it Waheguru and even on kirtan titles they spell it Waheguru, but does it really matter(seems like it should matter lots)?
