Waheguru Ji Its hard to keep up with Baba Ji as it's a deep subject, it will be great to slowly read what Baba Ji is saying in a written format to get the full benefit. It's hard to grasp what Baba Ji is saying in audio with a written format (book) , we can read and re-read to fully understand. Do you if the book Baba Ji is reading from is online. Waheguru Waheguru Veer Ji, I dont think they have written format, but if u join their whatsapp group you can probably ask them or request them. I stand to be corrected. @Lucky @Sat1176veerji tagged for correction and support. We need not chant loudly all day however we have to do baikhari bani jaap atleast few minutes a day ( more initially n less at later stages) to 1. wash us off our daily maya indulgence. 2. As we chant loudly our naval automatically gets pull inside at Waahe and released at Guru...
