The previous Guru has traditionally given his Guru ship to the following Guru. Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave Gurgadde to Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. Is He alone the Guru of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji passing it, also when He did not include His Baanee in the present Guru? Please express your views. Mystical Posted November 23, 2006 Report Share Posted November 23, 2006 Guru Gobinds Singh Jis bani is in Sri Dasam Granth and Sri Sarbloh Granth, there for theses Granths' are also Guru. But Guru Gobind Singh Ji kept his bani separate. Theres even a story to this as well about the granth being kept separate.
