Yeah, I agree with you guys. I am trying to do too much all at once.
Lets start again from the beginning.
    Day 1 ( 5 Mar 2016)
    - woke up 6:30 am, did 5 Banis, and did 10 malas so far. It was tough to sit down. Mind restless. 32 is a big number. It requires so much mental stamina.
    - celibacy: Day 1

I agree with pappiman! Set a realistic goal.
Focus on x amount of katha, x amount of kirtan, 6-10 malas of mool mantar sounds good.
I recommend you read Se Kineya, availible to both english and punjabi just google it.
It is the biography of Sant Harnam Singh Ji Rampur Khera wale and incredibly motivational.
There is no problem with starting off slow.
Building up is a great idea.

    Paaji, set something realistic.
Maybe for example, 10 Malas of Mool Mantar or even 6 Malas, along with Nitnem, Kirtan (x amount of hours) and Katha (x amount of hours).

IMHO, 32 malas daily for 40 days might be an unrealistic goal brother. How about you do 16 Malas daily? You can add Kirtan and Katha to your daily routine. Our minds are very chanchal (naughty). At times, you have to give it different flavors to keep it under control. Kirtan involves music (which is a powerful tool to entice the mind), which can assist a person to do Bhagti.
Try doing the above in a Gurudwara, if possible.
Rest is your choice. If you can do 32 malas daily, that would be awesome and inspiring to people like me.

I guess the positive side is that 30 day original goal was successful, could only maintain upto 46 days though.
I am thinking of starting a 40 day blog about doing Japp to tackle the problem of this lust. I am not getting married anytime soon, so I am not worried if lust stops temporarily.
Only thing I am worried about is , that 40 day japp would end being a failure since I am advertising here, and might not go all the way. I will hear the sangats view and then decide.

You are doing great! I just wanted to add that when kaamic thoughts come instead of waiting for them to go away. Be proactive do something to distract ur thoughts. Immediately start reciting mool mantar, start doing ardasaan, oor recite some shabads about kaam, or go do some activity that will keep u busy. Do this until danger is passed.

Brother, you are a lucky person. You need to embed this fact into your brain.
Acquiring this human body is a blessing Being born in a Sikh family is a great blessing Consuming Khanday wala Amrit is a greater blessing Your decision to improve yourself and do Simran proves that you have love for Sri Satguru jee, which implies that he will immensly love you back. You did 12 malas of Mool Mantar in a day, which is great achievement. Personally, Daas has never done 12 malas in a day.
Don't worry about your career failures or not being married. Stay in the present moment. How do you know that getting a high paying job or getting married, won't make things worse for you?
    How do you determine success?
The greatest thing for a Sikh is Lord's grace.
    ਜੇ ਤਿਸੁ ਨਦਰਿ ਨ ਆਵਈ ਤ ਵਾਤ ਨਪੁਛੈ ਕੇ ॥
If God's gracious glance falls not one him, them, no one would care for him
Without grace, you could be a billionaire, very healthy, have power, rule the world, etc; but it won't matter much as the goal of this human life is merging with the source.
Additionally, Kaam vaashna will gradually decrease as you age, as long as you keep doing intense Naam Simran and follow Gurmat principles.
Other tips, which may be helpful (from another topic):
Don't sit idle. If you don't have a job. get one asap. This will keep your mind occupied, and most likely decrease negative thoughts in your mind. You might have heard the saying. "An idle mind is a devil's workshop". It is very pertinent to keep your mind busy. At the workplace, if you perform well, you will be praised, thereby increasing your self-confidence. Secondly, maintain your circadian cycle  (as sated by Bhagat Singh jee). Try to sleep from 8 pm - 3 am (or 7 pm - 3 am). Wake up at Amrtivela, take a shower and do Jaap/Nitnem. When you wake up, immediately start doing jaap of Waheguru Mantar (it's a short Mantar). For this purpose. keep a mala/counter nearby Try to befriend Gursikhs and stay in their company. Sangat can be very powerful Do Parikarma of SSGGSJ. Please listen to Gyani jee below:

Therefore, brother cheer up. Keep singing praises of the Lord in sangat, keep listening to Katha/Kirtan, doing jaap of Mantars, following Rehat maryada, etc.

Brother, semen is a very precious fluid for our bodies. Loss of semen, gradually destroys a male body. What will you do, if you start bleeding blood? You will try to stop it...right? Why? - because it is vital liquid..right?
Do you know, how much blood is needed to make semen? Please have a look below.
    Quote
The Ayurvedic medicine book “Health in your hands” volume 1 by Dr. Devendra Vora explains in greature detail that 1 drop of semen is equal to between 40-80 drops of blood depending on the individual and how much potency he has built up.

Brother, Daas would humbly request you to keep going. Try to forget the episode of Masturbation, as a bad dream.
Gurparsaad, the tips below might help
Before you go to sleep, recite Sri Kirtan Sohela Sahib jee 5 times, instead of one. Do jaap of Rakheya day shabad. This won't take much time Keep playing Gurbani on an audio player, while you are asleep When you wake up, immediately start doing jaap of Mool Mantar. Keep the mala/counter nearby. Engage in physical workout, when sexual thoughts attack Wash your hands, feet and face with cold water, when sexual thoughts attack Start listening to Katha, when sexual thoughts attack Start playing a game or watching a documentary or engage in any other activity, which can assist you in diverting your mind from sexual thoughts

Don't you dare give up lol. It's okay one bad day but still you did what you meant too. So don't give up, push yourself up to the 14th day. How about you play something before you go to sleep, like find some 8 hours long video over gurmantar or put on repeat and play it if you can sleep with it. So when you wake up first thing your senses will hear is vaheguroo. Then lustful thoughts won't bother you much. But don't give up. You are still on right track. We all fail :)
Edit: oh you said through out the day. I would say if you free carry a mala or tally counter in your hand . It will remind you that you gotta do mul mantar.  Good luck .
